I have a similar issue. I've been waiting almost 8 weeks for a refund. I've provided Wanelo with receipts, tracking numbers, the whole gamut and no answer back on my $156.95.

Hi Carrie, I checked our records and see that the reason for the delay in our correspondence is because we have been initially communicating with your daughter, Olivia, and we never got a reply from her. The email you then sent, has no order number and there is no way for us to consolidate both emails. I do have great news, I show that the return tracking number provided by you shows delivered to the Seller and we will definitely have an update of the refund by Monday. Thank you so much!
