When I received my order the cell phone was not scanned properly and I was accused of stealing it. Walmart.com and the walmart store were extremely rude and not helpful at all, even after I showed my receipt. The walmart.com employee transferred me to Verizon and Samsung and even they could not help me. I called walmart.com customer service back and they said federal regulations would not allow them to refund my money for the phone, nor take it back, when I asked them what I was supposed to do they simply said "I don't know, try to take it back to a different wall Mart location". This was a very embarrassing situation as this was a gift for a family member. I was extremely dissatisfied with the whole situation. My walmart store nor walmart.com even offered to make any of this right. I am a frequent online shopper and have never had anything like this happen to me.
Cheap! Need I say more? Delivery was fast & price was right. I don't go to their retail stores because it's too busy & the cashiers are grumpy, but I shopped there for a specific item for my granddaughter, & they had it in stock when none of the other did & the price was the cheapest.
Walmart hires veterans to get perks from the government then lets them go as soon as possible. This has been done to many veterans and it leaves a poor image. Many veterans no longer shop at Walmart. I have found other stores to shop at. They can not draw me into the store. Have supported other retailers.
My little nephew picked out a toy motorcycle for $29.95. Only to have this poor kid totally disappointed. It would only go in reverse! That's only one example of the shoddy products Walmart sells. BTW They did refund it but wanted me to have it replaced. Only to have my nephew disappointed twice?! I don't think so!
I just hate the thought of shopping at Wal-Mart. Wal-Mart online has an extremely wide variety of products I was just amazed. I just don't care for how they treat their employees, but I'm so poor I've had to resort to shopping at Wal-Mart. I vaguely remember them advertising how important products made in the USA used to be to them, but that no longer seems to be important. I guess that's how the company can offer such low prices on products.
Ordered a 32 oz bottle of Black Algaecide for pools from Walmart.com. Best price I saw, better than Amazon. Had it sent for store pickup because it was free shipping if I picked it up myself at my local Walmart. No problem with that since I'm a Walmart shopper and visit my store at least once a week anyway. BUT it took 8 days to receive (could have had it in 2 from Amazon) and when I got the box home & opened it, it was the completely wrong product. Had to go back to the store to return it. Have reordered again, will give them one more chance. This time will have to wait ANOTHER 10 days to receive. Hope it's the right product this time or my days of ordering on Walmart.com are over. Not sure if this has been worth saving a few dollars. Am thinking I should have just ordered from Amazon.
I was very disappointed to find out Walmart does not offer any discount to the Military or Veterans of our Armed services. This is a very telling sign of a company and where they stand in their views of our nation as a whole. We all appreciate the Loyalty other merchants show to our Military community and appreciation for what they have in this wonderful nation of ours from the Blood, Sweat, tears and lives of our Veterans and active duty military. They are very quick to ask their consumers for donations then take credit for the donations but when it comes to giving 10% or 15% like other merchants do they keep their hands in their pockets.

I have been shopping online and having everything delivered from Walmart for over a year now so it's been a long time since I actually stepped into the store. I can not believe how horrible the store looks today. It's very obvious that the employees don't take an ounce of pride in their work and don't care what the store looks like. You can never find anyone to get help even at the service desk and everything and I mean everything is always out of stock. We have one main grocery store where I live and that's walmart. You would think seeing how they cover soany counties they would have a better stock of products but they have nothing.
I just purchased a tent to store heavy equipment for the winter. The price was the best I found anywhere and the deal was bundled with sides, front and back. Most items are good quality. HOWEVER, after 3 return trips they finally found the 2nd half of my order, even though the item was there all along with a picture on the outside. This area is severely understaffed with just one poor soul running back and forth from desk to warehouse.
VUDU saw this review & made things right for me by resetting my account and reloading all of my paid for movies. It took a min. But they did their job... Finally. Thanks VUDU for getting my movies in order and playable. I guess I don't need to leave VUDU after all.
I bought 2 DVD's from Walmart that had VUDU stickers on them that said "FREE digital download if you buy this DVD". I got "Planet of the Apes" & "Friday the 13th". I try to download the movies and Friday the 13 didn't download all the way and Planet of the Apes didn't download at all. I called VUDU to get my movies on my VUDU page and they said they would fix it. 1 week went by, no movies on my page. 2 weeks went by I call they said they now needed a copy of my Walmart receipt and they wanted pictures of the DVD boxes and they would give me my movies. I send the the receipt and pics. 3 weeks go by, and still no movies on my VUDU page. I call again, they say their working on it and have to ask the studios if they can put it on my VUDU page. I assume they were referring to Hollywood Studios. It's going on a month & a few days. I never did get the other half of my Friday the 13th movie nor did I receive the Planet of the Apes at all. I have my e-mails between us and would love to post them here so you guys can actually see the way they're acting with me. I feel I was scammed into buying DVD's in the name of more American theft against more unsuspecting victims.
I was on hold first try and then disconnected. Second try I had to be transfered to a Supervisor named Tony who told me he did not care what review I wrote for the site and that it did not " make any difference what I thought of my experience. ". If they do not care - then I just love Amazon even more. You will be lucky not to get a call center with someone who barely speaks english and I hope you have better luck with talking to a supervisor than I did. This is why Amazon is number one. Just saying. Never again.
It's been three months since I began shopping on Walmart.com and I am thrilled by what I've found. There is the free trial of the Shipping Pass, Great Value products and excellent customer service. Walmart.com has products that I can't find locally. Delivery has been quick and the items are well packed. The Great Value products are very high quality and I'm hooked on many of the things that I've tried. Many of the items are priced lower than they are in discount supermarkets.
Walmart.com in many ways has exceeded my greatest expectations for an online shopping service.
On August 1st I placed an order online to pickup in store. I was given a pickup time of 11am 8/2. At exactly 11 am I received a message stating there was a delay. Then later on I was messaged saying it was out of stock, but could be shipped to me for free and I would receive it August 4th. August 3rd was my kids birthday and the gift would be a day late but I said ok. Well August 3rd I chatted with customer service to check the status and get tracking number. I was told it does not have one it's coming from the store. With in min I'm told oh it's out of stock at the other stores too. Long story short we can cancel the order. Now I'm Soo extremely frustrated I can't sleep. My money won't be on refunded to my account for almost a week. Walmart has failed at delivery of accurate information and poor communication. I will never shop here again. I had a similar experience on June 28 of this year.
Walmart.com delivered 3 trash containers either damaged or dirty. Then, Walmart's return policy is to keep all my payment for 3 weeks after Walmarts received returned items. Will never purchase from Walmart.com again.
So been ordering groceries to my home and I love the service but my weight debited fee is just pending and not released, there's a weight fee from March 3rd just sitting so every order I place the weight fee I never get back but charged for it and told would get back. I think it's a joke and after you paid and delivery done my remaining funds should be released than. I had 3 orders that had weight fees and so far 3 orders I haven't received the refund. I've order specific products and most times something's are almost always not available.
The cashier's at the check outs are getting very picky about price matching competitor's sales adds. Example the add stated 8 Oz to 10 Oz on a product, the same products picture on the add was 7.5 Oz, this product does not come any larger, the cashier did not care and said buy it or leave it. Fine I will take my add to the store who had the weekly special and Walmart can take there price match bull and go to the birds. I also will buy the other stuff I would Of bought at Walmart else were. Most of the employees not all but some act as you are a inconvenience stopping them talking between them and there friend to take care of the customer. If I have to go into a Walmart again I will go out of my way to avoid this store. A top manager needs to come into this store unannounced and take notice on the loafers and clean house.
I ordered an iphone online on Walmart which stopped working after few weeks. I am trying to return the phone for weeks and being tossed between customer care, walmart store and third party seller. Never buy anything online on market place. Worst place to shop. I never had such experience with amazon.
This store is one of my favorite store that mostly has the clearance sale. I love how they have almost everything in one store. I can spend time as much as I want shopping around cause I know I can get anything I need in one trip without going anywhere. One time they had the $3 each watch I bought 10 pieces, and went home happier as can be. Descent price for a good shape watches. Worth the money and love it.
I've always shopped at Walmart for prettt much everything and never ran in to problems. About a week ago I went shopping for a few groceries for myself and as I approached the frozen food, vegan and vegetarian section, two of the shelves were completely empty. I've been vegan for 4 years and right now Walmart is the closest grocer with the best vegan options. I spoke to a manager about the problem right away when there was only vegetarian nuggets available and he let me know they get shipments every Saturday and it was a Tuesday. It's been almost two week and the shelves are still empty. It's very frustrating to go grocery shopping and not getting what I need, wasting my time to drive there. There's no reason for this to be an issue because everything else in the store seems to be over stocked. Very disappointed in the service.
Ordered groceries last week for 2 day delivery. It's now Thursday of the following week and I received a very large box (waste of resources) with 8 canned goods in it. 5 of the cans were so dented that i wouldn't consider using them. I ordered online for delivery because I am handicapped. Now I have to drive to the nearest Walmart store to return the items. Wast of time and energy. Also, their policy was 2 day free shipping but I have noticed in the last couple of months that if you order their "Equate" or "Great Value" products online for delivery, they charge more for them than they do in store.
