I ordered through walmart.com a ortur laser engraver with desk protector plate.well its now day 3 and nothing has been solved. The order i placed according to the ad included tis desk protector plate. Well low and behold my order shows up and i unpack the box and guess what there is no protector plate to be found...so i made a phone call to see what was going on walmart said they would reach out to the seller. This was a 3rd party seller. Big red flag to start. I got a message from dhl saying there was a package coming the next day.this is something that i did not know. I assumed i should have had it as advertised well lets say the ad is false advertising. The ad does not state anywhere that the order would be shipped 2 different boxes. Strike 2. After calling dhl they said sorry they did not send a tracking number for said package. Well it was out for delivery that day grant it there was somone home all day and whole family was home when DHL said they attempted delivery but no one was home.strike 3 we were home at said delivery time and i have cameras all around the house and guess what there was no delivery van or person at all on the cameras.strike 4 they blatently lied to me about this. So another phone call went out i got ahold of someone told them what went wrong and i strongly urged that the package to be dlivered before end of day they said it would yeah right it never showed up again. Strike 5 i made another call today and told DHL that it didnt show and i was told it wasnt put on the truck for some reason.now im pissed. So we go back and forth about this and i was again promissed that it would be delivered today meantime i check the delivery update and says it will be delivered tommorrow. So im going to make another call.DO NOT BUY FROM WAL MART. COM BECAUSE MOST OF IT IS 3RD PARTY SELLERS WHICH COMPLICATES EVERYTHING GOOD LUCK TRYING TO REACH ANYONE TO HELP YOU AND DHL SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. SO IM DONE WITH WALMART.COM AND DHL...PROBABLY WONT GET THE PACKAGE TODAY AS I WAS PROMISSED...
I purchased a SGIN 15' Laptop computer from Walmart on August 3,2023. I spent $275.59 plus 59.00 for protection plan insurance, the seller was SGIN OFFICIAL STORE. At the time I assumed that I was purchasing from Walmart. It had a 90 day return which again I thought it was Walmart return policy.
I turned the computer on and it disconnected from the Wi-Fi. It would not stay connected to wifi my phone, tv, tablet, and another laptop do NOT turn off it is this laptop
I thought it was my wi-fi, I hired an IT man to come see what the problem was. He said he did not know why every 20-30 min the computer would shut down it would not keep online. It constantly disconnects from the internet for no reason, all my other devices on that network are fine but it disconnects from the wifi. He said it has to be the computer.
I took it back to walmart to return it for a refund. The manager told me I could not it was a third party. I had no idea what a third party was, they explained that SGIN OFFICAL STORE sold it to me? It was called Walmart Marketplace. I said then why do you have your name on it if you do not stand by what the third party sells. She suggested that I start a return online.
I started my return on Walmart contacted the seller through Walmart. The receipt states that Marketplace sellers have different return policy. China said I went over 30 days but I said Walmart policy is 90 days. I had to text CHINA again, they got right back with me (SO SORRY) they told me to go back to Walmart. I went up and talked to three managers, all of them tried to get a refund because the employees agreed with me.
They told me to go through my protection plan insurance that I had purchased for 59.00. I put a claim in but the employee said that was the only computer that was NOT COVERED. Why would Walmart sell me insurance that did not cover my item? This is not my job to check to see if the computer was covered under their umbrella. Walmart just took my money no flag went up and said (we do not cover this item under the insurance).
This laptop is crap and won't hold a charge, tried getting a refund and it's apparently sold by a 3rd party even though it's on Walmart website and fulfilled by Walmart that.
BE WARNED DO NOT BUY FROM CHINA check to see who the (3rd party is) I am out $334.59
This problem is more with the third party not returning item and selling junk computers.
Walmart should check into the third party standards before they back them up
FedEx and Walmart are horrible irresponsible delivery companies!
I have had UPS,FedEx and USPS deliver my packages to the wrong address, and even UPS and FedEx say they can't deliver my items because they were damaged in transit, and I have had damaged broken, ripped open packages delivered from FedEx!
Months ago Ebay and Target kept saying on their sites that my order was delivered, but there was *nothing* outside my front or back door apartment building.I told them that I was telling them the truth and about a week later a maintenance man knocked on my door and said he had two packages for me that were delivered to the wrong building next door!
Walmart,FedEx,and Amazon.com delivery drivers have also delivered my items to the wrong building and took a picture of a blank wall of my out side apartment building so you can't even see what the if it's the wrong building #! A Walmart delivery person even took a picture of the wrong apartment on the first floor, and delivered my package there and I live on the third floor! Then someone left my package outside my apartment door many days later and thankfully I did get refunds sometimes.
I have complained to all of these stores and delivery carriers about this too. On Pissed Consumer,Hissing Kitty,Site Jabber, and Trust Pilot,UPS,Fedex, and USPS have only 1 star ratings, and 1000's of customer complaints,USPS got a 2 on a few of them.
Sometimes a nice neighbor or maybe another deliver person with these services leaves my package outside my apartment door many days or even about a week after I never received it when the carriers and stores I bought the items from said they were delivered.
Just the last 3 days Fedex kept saying 3 days in a row that they were going to deliver my package, a $0 dress from Walmart.com from about 10 in the morning until around three in the afternoon, then that changed and they claimed by the end of the day, this is now three days in a row they changed it to delayed and Pending! I even spoke with a Fedex customer service agent on Saturday the second day and he claimed they had too many packages the day before but he reassured me that I my package would be delivered by the end of the day, but I never got it on Sunday either! And now the item is out of stock too.On July 31, I finally got the dress.
And now the item is out of stock too a Walmart representative said he was giving me refunds for this and another recent order of 6 items that they claimed were delivered to me about a week ago but I never received them and the picture the delivery guy took you couldn't even see what building it was and there was no package visible in the picture and I called and told this to a Walmart customer service representative and he said yeah you can't see what building number it is and there is no package in the picture either.
This customer service agent was nice and said they often have complained about these Fedex drivers not doing their jobs right, I told I have too including complaing to Walmart, and he said but why would items from the store be delayed like this? And then he said that many times they don't have delivery drivers show up to do their job, I said yeah they don't have enough good help. He claimed he gave me a refund for both missing orders but when my items were refunded, it always showed this on Walmart's site where my orders are.
Another customer service agent I spoke to about this a few days later offered to give me a discount promocode but I said no because I was falsely accused in the past of often trying to get compensation and promocodes when I didn't ask for them I only spoke up about the bad service experiences I had, and most of the time they offered a justified refund. This customer service agent said that I could wait until August 1 for my order to be delivered, so I said ok, their website days later still says delayed order.
Well on July 31,I ordered 3 packages of sugar free cookies and 2 minutes later the site said my items were canceled falsely accusing me after carefully reviewing my account of a series of return violations and also said while future orders from this account will also be canceled I'm always welcome to shop in store. I haven't been vaccinated for Covid yet, and I haven't been in a public place since March 2020,I also have a bad painful permanent lower back condition too so I can't carry or lift heavy bags or bend over. This is the second time Walmart wrongly unjustly flagged my account falsely accusing me of often asking for promocodes and compensation many months ago, a very nice customer service agent said they shouldn't have flagged your account and shouldn't have told you that, and he said he can see that I have been a good customer and have given them 1000's of dollars worth of business for over two years.
Even when I didn't receive an item or two, I was always honest and told customer service that I received all of the other items in the order, I even called them and told them to charge me if after many days I didn't receive an item, and then sometimes eventually got it, there were times when they delivered it to the wrong address but then either another delivery person or a kind neighbor put it outside my third floor apartment door. I have had items not only missing in my Walmart grocery orders, but wrong items I never even ordered in the delivery order! I have to wait until August 2 for the Walmart customer Account review department's response about this very unfair situation.
I just called Walmart and I canceled my account and I will *never*do *any* business with them again! Searching on Google I found that they unjustly wrongly did this same thing to many good customers for no good reason too! In a way I really hope that they continue to do this and lose so many good customers that they go out of business, one can only dream and hope.
Warning to Walmart.com customers, if you can avoid using their site to buy items then it's in your best interest to do so.
Why I stopped going to Walmart and maybe you should too.
I wasn't a big fan of Walmart before the virus ran through the country. I like deals, coupons, clearance, all that fun stuff and Walmart does not participate all that much in that sort of thing. So, I found most of my shopping was done at Kroger, Aldis or local smaller stores. I liked it that way, but then things changed. With several high-risk people in my family, I started doing Walmart pickup and I loved it. I used the service religiously for almost a year, and still a few times a month since then.
I also started to go in store to not only check on clearance items, but also because I noticed that Walmart's pickup prices were skewed, and lower cost items weren't showing up when I tried to find them. Once I went in store, they were in full stock, even though Walmart an hour prior had tried to give me something that was three times as high. This particular incident happened more and more, noticeably so when they started to charge this higher cost.
That was bad enough. Yes, they were getting extra money out of me for that, but the savings of time for pickup made it worth it and I would just pick up several items in store that were regularly switched out for higher cost items. It was always just a quick run in before I would get my pickup order. This went on for a while and though it defeated the purpose of pick-up ordering sometimes, and I watched most of the Great Value items go up exponentially, I stuck with Walmart anyways.
What changed was Walmart and how they checked us out. There used to be cashiers, but when I go at seven in the morning, there usually isn't one, at least not at the register. They could have possibly had one floating around, but I was unaware of it. I don't care for self-checkout, but you really don't have much of a choice anymore at Walmart. So, I went through self-checkout.
I went inside for a discount meat check, as well as the start of school supplies. I knew that the prices were better in store. I grabbed several packs of markers that were not available through pickup, as well as a few other things and went to the self-checkout. I had done this so many times before, begrudgingly. Everything changed this time around. It wasn't a normal checkout, because while I was paying, one of the workers came up to me, accusing me of not paying for everything, namely these seventy-five cent markers. The worker was scrolling through my order, while she told me again that I hadn't paid for them. I was putting the money in the machine and my receipt printed out. I had paid for them and showed her so.
I am not going to lie, I was livid. First off, I am almost forty years old and had my mother with me. I can't explain the level of embarrassment that comes with being accused of such a thing in front of family and strangers, everyone looking at you. This is of course at the same time that I had a couple hundred in a pickup order to go get. I spent three hundreds dollars there that morning, but was humiliated for less than a dollar.
The second problem was why I was accused in the first place. There was my order on her handheld. She could have easily just looked and seen that I'd paid for it, but instead I was confronted and falsely accused. The worker could have taken a few more seconds and checked properly before coming at me about it. It was beyond rude, her mannerism and attitude, so it went about as well as you can expect when you accuse a very loyal customer of such a petty crime, loudly and without reason.
I was going to let it go, the bad taste there and not going away. I was just going to stop going because Walmart had lost its appeal a while ago. There was one line that the Walmart employee used that really got to me. "I am just doing my job."
That line had me wondering if this was her job now, to jump on customers as they were forced to check themselves out so Walmart can save some money. When I looked into it, I saw a survey where about a quarter of their customers steal at least one thing in the self-checkout. That doesn't sound like a lot, but that ends up being about 3 billion or 1% of their annual sales. That is a lot, but it shows me a bigger problem with using the company for your shopping needs, you are now viewed as a thief, all of us. If one out of every four people steal from self-checkout and they still impose it, we can now all be accused of thievery because that is how they see us. If you do a quick internet search, you will see where Walmart employees and security have taken people down at the door, never even looking at their receipt, falsely accusing them of stealing too.
While this didn't happen to me and will likely not happen to you, I won't step foot into a store that will embarrass me because they choose to make customers cash themselves out and then accuse them of stealing. With as many cameras as there are trained on customers in that area, how could they get it wrong? So often?
So, I called and complained to the corporation. I wanted them to know they had lost a customer for life. I wanted to know if this was how they were training their employees and if not, maybe a heads up that they had an employee doing so. This got me a call from the store manager, and he wasn't too happy about having to call. It felt obligatory and, in the end, made me realize that there is no remorse.
Walmart saves money on cashiers with self-checkout and even with shoplifting, they are still better off. They will just now look at you as a thief and treat you accordingly. Who needs that kind of stress when we are already paying these crazy prices? It's not worth it and that is why you won't catch me in Walmart anymore. I spent thousands there a year, but no more. Maybe you should consider how you will feel when an employee comes up to you in front of friends and family and accuses you? Is it worth it? To me, it is not.
No

Title: A Disheartening Experience at Walmart: Disregard for Customer Service and Concerns, and the Disturbing Perception of Racism
Review:
My recent encounter at Walmart left me deeply disheartened and compelled to share my experience. The incident not only revealed a lack of customer service and concern for customers' needs but also raised unsettling concerns of perceived racism. As someone who values fairness and equality, I believe it is essential to shed light on these distressing aspects.
Upon entering Walmart, I encountered a Hispanic manager named Vernonia, who had a distinct and strong Spanish accent. While accents should never be a basis for judgment or discrimination, it is important to note this detail to provide a comprehensive account of the experience.
The unfortunate series of events began when I approached one of the mechanics to inform them about low brake fluid in my vehicle. Despite this crucial information, I was made to wait for over an hour before receiving an oil change. This prolonged delay displayed a blatant disregard for my concerns and an overall lack of efficiency in their service. As a customer, I expect my needs to be addressed promptly and professionally, and unfortunately, this was not the case.
Adding to the distressing experience, I couldn't help but feel targeted and uncomfortable. Florida's current advisory for black Americans traveling to the state heightened my sensitivity to potential discrimination. While I understand that perceptions can be subjective, the combination of prolonged wait times, lack of assistance, and the existing advisory raised concerns of bias and unfair treatment. It is disheartening to feel this way in a public space, particularly when seeking essential services.
It is crucial for businesses, including Walmart, to prioritize the fair treatment of all customers, irrespective of their race, ethnicity, or accent. No customer should feel marginalized or targeted due to circumstances beyond their control. While it is unclear if the experiences I encountered were intentional or not, it is vital for companies to proactively address such concerns to create an inclusive and welcoming environment.
In light of these experiences, I sincerely hope that Walmart takes immediate steps to address these issues. This includes improving their customer service training, fostering a more efficient service culture, and encouraging open communication with customers. Additionally, it is crucial for the management to address concerns of perceived discrimination and provide reassurance to customers who may have similar apprehensions.
In conclusion, my visit to Walmart was marred by a lack of customer service, disregard for my concerns, and a disconcerting perception of potential racism. These aspects are disheartening, particularly when encountered at a renowned establishment like Walmart. It is my sincere hope that Walmart acknowledges and addresses these issues to ensure a more inclusive and welcoming environment for all customers.

On 12/20/2022 I ordered a MOOER RED TRUCK Combined Guitar Multi-Effect Pedal Processsor Overdrive Distortion Reverb WAY01. I was charged a total of $281. Plus some change for the item. I ordered it for a Christmas gift but was advised it wouldn't be delivered until 01/12/2023. I waited patiently although my son needs the item asap and my money is in Walmarts hands. On 01/09/2023 I received notice that the item with the tracking number was delivered to our mailbox. We were concerned because we didn't believe the time would fit in the mailbox. When we retrieved the item it was a torn envelope the size of the shipping label with a tiny emory board inside. I immediately contacted Walmart Customer Service and demanded my money back so my son could get what he needed and had been waiting on since Christmas by purchasing something locally. I got the runaround and after about 1 1/2 hours I requested to speak to a supervisor. After another 30 minutes on the phone I got an apology, a $25 gift card and a promise that I would be able to get a refund on Saturday the 14th because there was a window and because the delivery date fell between 01/09 and 01/12/2023 and because Walmart rules said I had to wait two additional days I would need to call on Saturday. I waited one additional day and called today, Sunday, 01/15/2023. Once again I got nothing but a runaround waiting considerably more time after two additional calls and a bunch of research. The first person on todays call promised me a refund but said I'd have to wait 24-48 hours for the funds to be refunded. (I'm sure Walmart prefers for the money to be in their account as long as possible rather than mine). I asked for a confirmation and she said I'd get an email advising me of what she had stated. I checked for the email and what it said was they were investigating where the item was and contacting the seller and I would hear from the seller in a couple of days. So what she said was a lie. I made actually two more calls because the first one just sat there, finally after the initial conversation I had to ask for another supervisor. He was completely uncooperative and said I had to return the item first before I could get a refund. I said I wouldn't waste my time returning a one inch emory board, if I received the item and wanted my money back of course I would return it but not this total insult of a package. I did offer to provide a photo of the label and item. I also advised I was already promised a refund immediately and I believe they would have taken notes as all businesses I know take notes regarding calls. He continued to insist he wouldn't give me a refund without returning the junk I received in spite of the promise previously made by a supervisor. I would highly recommend that noone do business with Walmart in light of their horrible customer service, dishonest promises and crappy vendors. I looked up the vendor and they had terrible reviews and I could only find reviews about clothing items, nothing musical or electronic. They are past they delivery date and have zero right to be sitting on my money. I am appalled by their behavior to say the least.
Haven't gotten a replacement.
I would NOT recommend anyone purchase the Walmart Moneycards! THEY ARE A RIP-OFF! I bought a Walmart Visa Debit Moneycard a year ago for an online Walmart purchase. I set up the Account and paid for and received the item without a problem. I have NOT used the Card since and it is NOT set to expire for another two years. HOWEVER, yesterday when I tried to RELOAD the card for ANOTHER online purchase, I was told by the "Financial Services" Division that it COULD NOT be reused because, though my Account was STILL IN the system, they had "decided" that my "identity could not be sufficiently verified"! WHATEVER THAT means, which is BS because the cards are NOT "personalized" with the Account holder's name on them but it can STILL be verified that the card number MATCHES the name set up in the Account! The agent REFUSED to explain what this meant and claimed he "didn't have the specifics" so he "DIDN'T KNOW"!
BUT I figured it out!
When I looked at the online "financial services" terms and conditions policies (which I STRONGLY suggest EVERYONE DO who's intending to buy one of these cards) it stated that "Walmart HAS THE SOLE DISCRETION at ITS OWN ARBITRARY decision whether to ALLOW a customer to RELOAD [and therefore REUSE] the Card"... OR NOT! THIS is a TRICK-TRAP, because IF they decide NOT to allow you to reload and reuse the SAME Card, you will have LOST the REMAINING BALANCE on the Card; you will be INconvenienced by having to GO BACK to Walmart to BUY ANOTHER ONE, and possibly finding they DON'T HAVE any in stock at the moment; and MOST SIGNificantly, as the Card activation policy states on the package, you will HAVE TO PAY AT LEAST TWENTY DOLLARS EACH TIME to ACTIVATE a new Card! THIS is the "gimmick" for the Corporation's Department DECIDING "NOT" to ALLOW REUSE of the SAME Card: because ONCE you have bought and PAID FOR the "activation" of the Card you and you want to "RELOAD" it you can put ANY amount on it, INCLUDING LESS than the ORIGINALLY REQUIRED $20.00! READ the BACK of the package peeple!
AND READ the RECEIPT! Because you will see IF you decide NOT to open the package to keep and use the Card you CANNOT GET A REFUND FOR IT. It CLEARLY states ON the Receipt ANOTHER GIMMICK you WON'T KNOW ABOUT UNTIL AFTER you BUY the Card and get the Receipt for it:
"NO REFUNDS AVAILABLE IN-STORE"!
So I went ONLINE to the WalmartFinancialServices.com website to do it. THAT has yet ANOTHER GIMMICK attached to the entire RIP-OFF transaction! You WON'T get to speak to a live agent/PERSON because the system is ALL AUTOMATED. THIS MEANS you HAVE TO ABIDE BY the options THEY PROVIDE! There are NO alternatives! And the FIRST TRICK the system uses to SNAG YOU into thinking you are initiating the "REFUND Process" is by REQUESTING THE CARD NUMBER of the Card you just bought; which is IMPOSSIBLE to give because YOU CAN'T SEE IT while it is STILL in the UNopened package! AND, of course, IF you OPEN the package to give the Number on the Card you then CAN'T RETURN IT for a refund EVEN THOUGH you HAVEN'T USED IT! So there's NO point at THAT point of going through with the refund request! And EVEN IF by some "Divine Pyschic Premonition" you are able to MAGICALLY GUESS the Number, ONCE you have SUBMITTED IT you have AUTOMATICALLY THEREBY ACTIVATED THE CARD to YOUR NAME by ALSO HAVING TO SUBMIT YOUR IDENTITY (for the SUPPOSED refund) EVEN THOUGH you are ACTUALLY SETTING UP THE ACCOUNT FOR IT! THEN... you are STUCK WITH THE CARD anyway just the same and MIGHT AS WELL USE IT because YOU AIN'T GETTTIN' the REFUND! So you're STILL OUT the TWENTY-ONE BUCKS!
WHY TWENTY-ONE instead of TWENTY? Because, as you can read on the front of the package, the Card ONLY costs a DOLLAR. BUT the "INITIAL DEPOSIT" for "ACTIVATION", as it states ON THE BACK of the package, COSTS TWENTY!
THIS is NOTHING but a CONSUMER RIPOFF GIMMICK to MAKE YOU HAVE TO KEEP SPENDING TWENTY-ONE DOLLARS for a NEWLY-"ACTIVATED" Card EACH TIME THEY DECIDE you MUST HAVE TO PURCHASE A NEW one!
When I called the Walmart Corporate "Customer Service" Division to rectify the situation, the agent kept referring me BACK to the Financial Services Department telling me I HAD TO SUBMIT the Card Number for the refund, BUT AS IF REALLY TRYING to get me to ACTIVATE IT and BE STUCK WITH IT! The ONLY POSSIBLE WAY to get the refund is to MAIL IT BACK to the address given in the "Policies" WITHIN TEN DAYS; PROVIDING they DECIDE to acknowledge and RESPOND to it AND it DOESN'T GET "LOST" in the MAILS!
IF you're going to use a DEBIT CARD, you're MUCH BETTER OFF with "PAYPAL"; which I WILL GET next time. I'm THROUGH WITH CREDIT Cards, BANK Debit Cards, and WALMART Moneycards! They're ALL GIMMICK TRICKS. The ONLY OTHER electronic transaction card I will use is my EBT Card, which I HAVE TO to get "foodstamp" subsidies! BUUUTTT...
WARNING: By the END of THIS DECADE ALL "monetary transactions/purchases" will BE DEFUNCT because MONEY in the form of CASH, COIN, CHECKS, and MONEY ORDERS will BE EXTINCT! They are PLANNING on DIGITALIZING the currency system to ONLY ELECTRONIC CARD issuances! THAT is HOW you will RECEIVE your WAGES and your SALARIES! The ONLY "money" will be in ELECTRONIC NUMBERS, which THEY CAN EASILY MANIPULATE!
GET READY for the COMIING "CRASH" poople! It's ALREADY "IN THE WORKS". Just look up the "ELECTRONIC DIGITALIZATION CURRENCY TRANSACTIONS ACT"!
DO NOT BUY THE WALMART DEBIT MONEYCARDS! STICK WITH THE RELOADABLE PAYPAL.
THE CARD
I've had very good luck on ordering computers, dehumidifiers, and small durable goods from walmart.com. No complaints about anything. I chose walmart.com for these because they had the most competitive pricing at the time on name brand items.
However, I ordered a large Safavieh area rug one time which was clearly used and damaged along an edge, so I don't order any kind of home decor from the website.
The most frustrating experiences have been in ordering food, which I attempted twice.
Once I waited ages for them to ship a food item, a difficult to find condiment. When I ordered, it said the item was in stock and would arrive in two days. Turns out it was not in stock at all and was backordered. I cancelled the item without dificulty but wasted time waiting when I could have ordered elsewhere.
The worst food experience, and the last, was with organic mayonnaise. Having checked my local Walmart Neighborhood Market and two Walmarts, all the Hellman's Organic Mayonnaise was about a week from expiring.
I ordered it online, thinking it would be shipped from a warehouse and the mayonnaise would have a better sell-by date. I chose shipped, not local pick up or local delivery. This is important.
Imagine my surprise when I got a text saying a jar of mayonnaise had been delivered, and a photo of it.
It was the same nearly expired mayonnaise I had seen at the store!
I tried to cancel the remainder but only a partial cancellation was possible because two other jars of nearly expired mayonnaise were out for delivery!
All were nearly expired and left in the hot sun. Hot mayonnaise with no preservatives? Yeah, threw it in the trash not wanting a $2K emergency room visit for food poisoning.
I called customer service and while the rep was nice enough, he was apparently untrained. I was told these could be returned/refunded but this was not true. Half an hour wasted on nonsense. Out $15 for the trashed mayonnaise.
It was like a farce, refusing food at the market only to have it show up on your doorstep. Never again. I had no idea at the time that this was how they worked food deliveries.
Occasionally I've ordered some cotton t-shirts, and these were fine.
Because the negatives outweigh the positives, I'm not planning to use walmart.com in future.
Don’t order food or expect phone customer service reps to be trained to resolve order issues.
Electronic housewares, computers, casual clothing, food
My review of Wal-Mart online grocery outlet WORST!
Let's start - I was ordering a few things online and to get to Wal-Mart's $35 for free shipping I added what I thought was a 12 pack of Kool-Aid as it was priced just over $4 with tax. When it arrived, it was a single packet you know the same one they sell for. 30 cents in the store. I called Walmart and told them I would not except this as even in their email reply called it a multi pack. The agent I talked to was very nice and agreed this must have been a mistake and said she would refund my money, no problem right! Well, I get the email and they try to tell me this is what I ordered, and I needed to return it, no problem right! Well, there's no return label or instructions so I blacked out my delivery address and wrote RETURN TO SENDER took 2 pictures of the procedure and replied to the email, no problem right! Here is their reply:
Sales Order Id: **************
Item: Kool-Aid Unsweetened Black Cherry Artificially Flavored Powdered Soft Drink Mix, 0.13 oz Packet, (Multipack Quantity: 1)
We are not going to apologize for something we made no money on. (Shipping costs $3.30) - Walmart fees were. 50 and the kool aid costs us. 40. Apparently you thing it is free to ship items. The cheapest shipping with a tracking number which is required is 3.30.________________________________________

Reminder where we started - I was trying to get to $35 for FREE SHIPPING! So yeh I think my shipping should be FREE! My total order: Includes all fees, taxes and discounts$40.92
They could have apologized admitted the mistake sent a 12 pack to my local store on their next truck, hell I would have opened the pack and handed one back to keep it fair. But no, I get this, I don't care about the $4 I'm probably out it's really about BIG business sticking it to us day after day and they just don't care.
