I was recommended Teladoc from insurance and it's free me. A doctor canceled last minute 4​ times on different days last minute after I had clicked on Y for yes to confirm my appointment!

One time their site said that she couldn't call for the phone visit at the times I chose so I picked another confirmed time that she could. This is so horrible, uncaring and such an unprofessional irresponsible thing to!

So I picked a new time and a new appointment was confirmed but she never called a fourth time and this was after I called and complained to the Teladoc customer service about this and they weren't that nice about it either!

I asked to file a complaint and I emailed them about it and left a message on their corporate office voice mail, but I never heard from then.

I mistakenly tried to try this same doctor again because when I looked up 3 of their other specific specialty doctors they have on their site to talk to, they got bad patient 1 star reviews on several different doctor review sites, she only got 3.

This last time I even brought my cordless phone into my bedroom on my little table right besides my bed so I wouldn't miss the call, and I hadn't slept hardly at all for a while and I hadn't slept the night before but I made myself stay awake so I would get the call. I saw on my text message in the morning that my appointment was canceled again!

I called customer service and told a not that nice young woman about this and she claimed that the Dr.wasn't able to reach me, I have read tons of bad reviews for Teladoc on many different sites and 99% out of over 200 on The Better Business Bureau's site including many who had the same thing happen to them by doctors on there and that Teladoc claimed the same bull**t and I told her that I had my phone right in my room by my bed and that there were no caller ID notifications on my phone either.

The next day I checked my cordless phone's voice mail to see if there was any messages there about her trying to call me but there was none​. I finally very mistakenly chose another Teladoc doctor.

She did call me and I asked her how long we had to talk and she said that this was just an intake for 30 minutes after that it would be 45 minutes.

She wanted to only do the intake interview but I really needed to tell her at least a good amount of details of my symptoms so I told her enough for her to know and understand this,she wasn't a warm doctor from the beginning of the conversation and she incomprehensibly wasn't empathetic towards me.

And she hung up on me after about 20 minutes! She never called back and I looked on my account the same day to see if there were any notes and there wasn't but I looked the next day and all it said was she recommends a referral to an in person doctor.

I had a phone phone appointment with a nutritionist but I was so tired from not sleeping I was asleep when Teladoc called me 3 times.

So I made an appointment with a different nutritionist who I did speak with and she was very nice but we got disconnected after about 15 minutes. She didn't call back but she did leave some links to some helpful nutritional articles on my account.

So I made another phone appointment with the first nutritionist that I missed the calls from, I confirmed my acceptance of this appointment but she never called so I left another complaint on the corporate office's voice mail,so far I haven't heard anything back,and I called and complained to customer service again.

I had my youtube channel with no videos since 2014,and I had 20 subscribers then in June 2021 I posted a video and I had checked on my account first to make sure that there were no copywrite issues and the only thing youtube said was that I couldn't make any money from posting the video but I didn't post the video to make money anyway.

The video was on my channel with no issues for about 6 months,and I got 986 subscribers and over 200,000 views for the video,then I got a notice on my account that the video was removed for copywrite reasons. I lost 19 subscribers recently but still had 967 with no video posted at all.

A few years ago before this, youtube unfairly falsely accused me of posting harassing hateful comments and said my account was suspended and I never​ did post any hateful harassing comments,so I emailed them and they said I can ask for an appeal and review of my posts,and eventually they ended up writing back saying they reviewed my comments and that it was a mistake and gave me my account back.

Now just yesterday I had posted quite a few informative posts about a very famous,great popular rock band on someone else's channel and I even removed all of the highlighted links because I know that in recent years youtube removes posts with links included,they didn't used to many years ago.

They sent me a message on youtube's site after they removed my posts,falsely accusing me of spam and scamming and that if I continue to post like this they will not allow me to post any comments and my account can be suspended.

At first I wrote them and said I did not post spam and scams,but then I just deleted my whole youtube channel because they could continue to do this again in the future and the first time is an enough of an injustice!

Also on the Google support site,there are 100's of people from 2020 up to 2023 saying their totally innocent comments were removed by youtube for no good reason.And some nasty comments by people often to other people or true spam that I have reported disappear only for a short time and then they are back on the site.

FedEx and Walmart are horrible irresponsible delivery companies!

I have had UPS,FedEx and USPS deliver my packages to the wrong address,and even UPS and FedEx say they can't deliver my items because they were damaged in transit,and I have had damaged broken,ripped open packages delivered from FedEx!

Months ago Ebay and Target kept saying on their sites that my order was delivered,but there was *nothing* outside my front or back door apartment building.I told them that I was telling them the truth and about a week later a maintenance man knocked on my door and said he had two packages for me that were delivered to the wrong building next door!

Walmart,FedEx,and Amazon.com delivery drivers have also delivered my items to the wrong building and took a picture of a blank wall of my out side apartment building so you can't even see what the if it's the wrong building #! A Walmart delivery person even took a picture of the wrong apartment on the first floor,and delivered my package there and I live on the third floor! Then someone left my package outside my apartment door many days later and thankfully I did get refunds sometimes.

I have complained to all of these stores and delivery carriers about this too. On Pissed Consumer,Hissing Kitty,Site Jabber,and Trust Pilot,UPS,Fedex,and USPS have only 1 star ratings, and 1000's of customer complaints,USPS got a 2 on a few of them.

Sometimes a nice neighbor or maybe another deliver person with these services leaves my package outside my apartment door many days or even about a week after I never received it when the carriers and stores I bought the items from said they were delivered.

Just the last 3 days Fedex kept saying 3 days in a row that they were going to deliver my package, a $0 dress from Walmart.com from about 10 in the morning until around three in the afternoon, then that changed and they claimed by the end of the day, this is now three days in a row they changed it to delayed and Pending! I even spoke with a Fedex customer service agent on Saturday the second day and he claimed they had too many packages the day before but he reassured me that I my package would be delivered by the end of the day, but I never got it on Sunday either! And now the item is out of stock too.On July 31, I finally got the dress.

And now the item is out of stock too a Walmart representative said he was giving me refunds for this and another recent order of 6 items that they claimed were delivered to me about a week ago but I never received them and the picture the delivery guy took you couldn't even see what building it was and there was no package visible in the picture and I called and told this to a Walmart customer service representative and he said yeah you can't see what building number it is and there is no package in the picture either.

This customer service agent was nice and said they often have complained about these Fedex drivers not doing their jobs right, I told I have too including complaing to Walmart,and he said but why would items from the store be delayed like this? And then he said that many times they don't have delivery drivers show up to do their job, I said yeah they don't have enough good help. He claimed he gave me a refund for both missing orders but when my items were refunded, it always showed this on Walmart's site where my orders are.

Another customer service agent I spoke to about this a few days later offered to give me a discount promocode but I said no because I was falsely accused in the past of often trying to get compensation and promocodes when I didn't ask for them I only spoke up about the bad service experiences I had, and most of the time they offered a justified refund. This customer service agent said that I could wait until August 1 for my order to be delivered, so I said ok, their website days later still says delayed order.

Well on July 31,I ordered 3 packages of sugar free cookies and 2 minutes later the site said my items were canceled falsely accusing me after carefully reviewing my account of a series of return violations and also said while future orders from this account will also be canceled I'm always welcome to shop in store. I haven't been vaccinated for Covid yet, and I haven't been in a public place since March 2020,I also have a bad painful permanent lower back condition too so I can't carry or lift heavy bags or bend over. This is the second time Walmart wrongly unjustly flagged my account falsely accusing me of often asking for promocodes and compensation many months ago, a very nice customer service agent said they shouldn't have flagged your account and shouldn't have told you that, and he said he can see that I have been a good customer and have given them 1000's of dollars worth of business for over two years.

Even when I didn't receive an item or two, I was always honest and told customer service that I received all of the other items in the order, I even called them and told them to charge me if after many days I didn't receive an item,and then sometimes eventually got it, there were times when they delivered it to the wrong address but then either another delivery person or a kind neighbor put it outside my third floor apartment door. I have had items not only missing in my Walmart grocery orders,but wrong items I never even ordered in the delivery order! I have to wait until August 2 for the Walmart customer Account review department's response about this very unfair situation.

I just called Walmart and I canceled my account and I will *never*do *any* business with them again! Searching on Google I found that they unjustly wrongly did this same thing to many good customers for no good reason too! In a way I really hope that they continue to do this and lose so many good customers that they go out of business,one can only dream and hope.

Tip for consumers:
Warning to Walmart.com customers, if you can avoid using their site to buy items then it's in your best interest to do so.

I had been a customer for almost a year and had never had any problems with deliveries from Giant Direct online,and I hadn't used them for a few months until I placed a larger order than I had in the past.

Giant Direct never delivered my $700 order their site said delivered so I asked a woman at customer service why is your site saying it was delivered when nobody called me and it wasn't delivered she claimed the driver was on his way and that I'm # 13 and he's at # 10 now and he would be here at 10 PM.

At 10:30 PM I got a call from a woman who said in a not nice way, that the driver can't find my place and that he's at 9803. So I said this has never happened before, and she said it's a new driver, they have different drivers all the time. I told her to tell him that my building is the A side of the 98** building across from the car dealership, so she said what I said.

I thought that he must have delivered my large order to the wrong address, probably 9803 Many blocks away! But a customer service agent told me he didn't deliver my order at all and the site was saying this because of a technical issue.

I used my debit card for a few things too, I got some on sale with online coupons. I'm hungry I didn't eat anything tonight because I was going to eat some of the food delivered. I also gave the delivery driver an online tip of $20 as I always do with large orders and I payed about $5 for the delivery charge strangely so far I don't have any email from the billing department and they usually send me emails soon after my order with the billing charges.

I have written instructions on my account for the delivery driver to always call me 5 minutes before they arrive so I can put a bag between the outside building so they can come inside because the intercoms have been broken for years and my apartment manger and maintenance refuses to fix it.

I deserve and want my money back their Giant Direct site then somewhat later also claims in the section of their site that lets you know that your order has been prepared,packed,on it's way, that my order was delivered at 10:16 PM I even went Downstairs at 11:30 pm and Looked Outside The Front and back doors but there was nothing there!

They gave me a refund after I called and complained, I had sent emails the first night ( I did again after this just happened again) this happened on December 14,2022 to people in top positions to contact but so far they never replied. I told a customer service agent that I was afraid this would happen again,and unbelievably it did the very next night with a different delivery driver!

It was 10:30 PM I had Been waiting for my delivery but nobody called me but their site once again like the night before falsely claimed my order was delivered at 10:10 PM! Just like the night before, I checked off and on to see how close the driver was to delivering my order,and once again it said my items were packaged and prepared, then later that it was on it's way,and it said around 10 PM that the driver was 4 stops away from me and said it was going to be delivered at 10 PM.

I didn't order any lettuce because I expected them to deliver my order this next night even more so after I complained about what they did the first night. And I didn't eat anything or defrost anything to cook again either and I was hungry again.

I deserve and demand another refund, and after this I want to cancel my account and never do any business with them again.They also didn't substitute several items even though some were available and I had allow substitutions set to on,on my account and the order the second night that never arrived just like the first night last minute said online that they were out of stock of several items that they could have substituted like deli low salt chicken,and cherry tomatoes.

When I called and said to the customer service agent,they aren't giving me any tomatoes are they and she said no, and said she doesn't understand why they didn't substitute when there are a lot of other tomatoes and I said I can't afford to keep paying for new delivery charges,and she said she would give me credit for a free delivery for another order.

I had to order deli chicken and tomatoes from another online store and pay a $5 service fee and a $ 10 tip,but I didn't order any lettuce or bread for the deli chicken that night because I expected Giant to deliver my order and not do again what they did the night before!

I had bought a nice winter robe from Carol Wright Gifts and in June I bought only one top for about $13, I never was told or asked about signing up for any membership for any fee, but my father just called me and told me that I was being charged $14.95 a month for a membership that I never even knew about and never signed up for! On the Better Business Bureau's site there are other complaints from customers of Carol Wright Gifts that said they did the same thing to them, and I will never give them any of my business again and they really should be out of business for scamming and ripping people off like this!

I called and spoke to a Carol Wright customer service agent today who told me that when I bought my top I was automatically enrolled in this $14.95 a month plan, and I kept telling her that I never even knew about it and I didn't enroll in it at all!

She claimed after my father called and asked for this to be canceled and to get a refund, (will see what happens) that they are giving me a refund and canceled my membership fee that I never of course even signed up for or even knew about.

Do not give ever Carol Wright Gifts *any* business !

I had been an online grocery delivery order customer for almost 2 years this year and there were many times when I had ordered a large order and some items I payed for were missing, one time they delivered 2 big boxes of cereal boxes I didn't even order while other items were missing!

I complained to Walmart.com customer service many times and I was always given a refund, I even asked them to pass my complaint to their corporate office and had the reference number emailed to me. Now things got much worse, two weeks ago I had scheduled for a delivery of a large grocery order for 6-7pm, and my instructions were always on the site for them to call me 5 minutes before they arrive so I can go down and put a bag between the outside building because the intercoms are always broken, I don't want any contact because of Covid-19, so I then need them to come up and bring my items inside and place them on my tables and or couch because I have a very bad painful back condition and I really can't life heavy bags and bend over and I'm on the third last floor of my apartment complex and I always give them a 20$ tip for large orders like these and in the past I was really lucky to have very kind good delivery people from Walmart who did bring all of my large amount of groceries and even place them inside on my tables and couch.

After the second recent time that they never called and didn't deliver my order, a young woman from Walmart called me 2 days later after I had complained to customer service, and she asked me if I still wanted them to deliver my order and told me they are short staffed at this store, I told her that I had already canceled the order. Well they never called me and I waited and waited and they never delivered my order, so I re-scheduled for 2 days later and they did the same thing again!

It only said on their web site that my order was delayed, after they did this the second time I called up customer service and said to cancel my order and give me a refund which they did. Two days before, the first time this happened a guy only delivered the cereal box I ordered and a few non perishable items were shipped for both orders. Last night was the last straw, I gave them one last chance and placed a very large grocery order and a few non grocery items to be delivered between 6-7 pm, they never called me again and didn't deliver my order and around 11 am the next day my next door neighbor rang my bell and told me that a lot of grocery bags were left outside and there were a lot of items that needed to be frozen and refrigerated so they were ruined, I don't even know how long they were left outside and it was 70 degrees this day! My neighbor was very nice enough to bring the non perishable items up to me and throw out all of the perishable items.

I called customer service and the agent gave me a refund but she also said that's really weird because on her end it doesn't even say it was delivered it says it was being prepared and had been delayed, and on my end the site and an email from them the day before said just delayed, no other information was provided.

A couple of months before these incidents a very nice helpful delivery guy told me when I told him that some items I ordered were missing again, that it's Walmart you can't expect that much, and he said they have poor customer service, and he also told me that he was left waiting in their parking lot once for two hours before he was able to get the customer's groceries and deliver them!

I looked up reviews for this store location and sure enough a guy Stu had the same thing happen to him, they never called him or delivered his online order three times and he said he didn't even get a phone call or follow up email and he said avoid it at all costs unless you feel like wasting hours on the phone getting transferred multiple times to get a refund and he put 3! He also said before this part, in the beginning of his review that he can't comment on this store as far as in store purchases but he can on their delivery service for Walmart and customers = Horrendous!

I recently had 2 bad experiences with Instacart, two years ago I had my first bad experience, they delivered the wrong items and wouldn't even come and pick them up from where they left them inside my apartment complex down stairs after my instructions were for them to always call me first 5 minutes before they arrive because my apartment maintenance won't fix the intercoms so I have to put a bag between the building door to keep it open for them to get in, I don't want any contact due to the Corona virus, but Instacart refused to take the wrong bags away and one of my apartment neighbors down stairs, I don't know who left a note taped to one of the bags saying I should get them.

Last month I ordered about 13 items from Giant supermarket and they used Instacart, well on the web site I have instructions for the shopper to please call me 5 minutes before they get here as I said, and please bring my bags inside my third floor apartment and put them on my tables and couch too if it's a large order because I have bad painful Degenerative Disc Disease, 5 bulging discs, and Spinal Stenosis in my lower back and I can't bend or lift heavy bags and other things. Well almost 2 hours after my shopper delivered my items without ever calling me and quite a few were perishable too, I learn on the Instacart site that my order was delivered and it was somewhat warm weather that day too, so my food was now spoiled!

I called Instacart customer service and the guy I spoke with said that he sees my instructions on the site and that my shopper didn't pay attention to them so he assigned me a new shopper to get me all of these items again, and this shopper was really great too, she really took the time to look for items that I can only have because of a recent blood test showing my blood sugar was somewhat too high, but some items weren't available.

Before she got to my place, a guy who was visiting one the residents who lives on the first floor of my building knocked on my door to tell me that there was food in bags outside and that there is fresh chicken etc that can spoil in the warm weather, I told him that a new shopper was coming and I had asked her on the phone before he came to my door if she would please throw the first order of food in the dumpsters outside and she said she could do that.

The guy who came to my door asked me if I wanted him to throw it away, well after my shopper came over and kindly brought up my 3 bags inside my third floor apartment and put them on my table, she told me that the guy helped her throw out the first order. Instacart choses the tip for your shopper but you can change it, at least $5 tip and then $5 or sometimes more tip and service fee, depending if you get a bigger order.

Just a few days ago, I ordered 15 items through Instacart from Aldi's market, about 1/2 hour went buy and the shopper never called me or showed up and was wondering where she was, I then get a phone call from a neighbor I never met from the other part of my building who tells me that there was a woman with my bags of food and that she can't find my apartment, and neither could this neighbor at first and she told me that the woman (my shopper) barely spoke any English! It was about 11.30 am and it was about 70 degrees outside too.

And she said to me can't I come down and get the food, and I said no I can't and it's written in my instructions on the site but of course if this shopper could hardly speak or understand English she wouldn't have understood my instructions. Finally this neighbor, with the shopper, and with another neighbor I don't know knocked on my door and she brought my few bags inside and put them on my table and I thanked her and said sorry.

I called customer service and they said they were sorry and gave me credit for the next order, and said they wouldn't assign me this shopper again. The next day I saw that I only received one avocado and I had bough a bag of mini avocados 6 count, so I called and told another customer service agent about this and she gave me a refund, but I also said that I should really get the delivery charge refunded too, but after she put me on hold and spoke with her supervisor, she said he said no, so I told her that that's not fair or right, and that my neighbor was the one who really delivered my order etc so she put me on hold and spoke with her supervisor again and she claimed that he finally said ok he would refund the delivery charge.

I also said to her, why would you use a shopper who doesn't speak English? And she said that they don't discriminate and they give equal opportunities and I said this isn't about prejudice it's about being able to communicate with the shopper so things like this don't happen.

I had been using their free cell phone service since 2013, and in early 2020 the second non smartphone that they had sent me broke, so at first they claimed I wasn't eligible to get a new phone, and then they said it could just be the battery that needs to be replaced. At first they said they weren't going to even send me a battery so I had to order one and then I had to return it because after they claimed they would now send me a replacement phone of the same model, and told me I wasn't eligible for a smartphone, then they mailed me a brand new decent smartphone.

Well after having this smartphone for a year and a half, it broke and was totally dead, and I asked them if the Safelink customer service could please send me a replacement for it, and I said I don't care if it's the same model or even just a basic cell phone because it's very important to have a cell phone for emergencies, both the customer service agent and then the supervisor I asked to speak to both claimed I'm not eligible to get another phone, they are full of garbage and I said I am still eligible for the same reasons I have been for years using their service.

3 different times from 3 different stores, I had delivery drivers that didn't follow my Corona virus safety instructions that is written in details on my super market's site, and on their site for orders from Wendy's and Taco Bell, and all 3 times ludicrously the delivery drivers don't speak any English so you can't even communicate with them!

They also delivered the wrong order from Taco Bell but I called DoorDash customer service and they said keep that order and then they sent the correct one.

My specific instructions are to please have the delivery driver call me 5 minutes before they arrive so I can avoid any contact and put a bag in between the outside building door because my apartment building's intercoms are broken for years now and they never fixed them, and then please have my order left outside my third floor apartment door. The only local grocery store that I can get delivery services from unfortunately uses DoorDash, and I'm getting another delivery on Tuesday evening and I'm really afraid this is going to happen again.

The last time I got groceries delivered from my grocery store using them, it took the guy almost 10 minutes to understand he has to bring my packages up to my apartment, he didn't speak English and he just showed up without calling me 5 minutes before.

A few nights ago my grocery store made sure that my delivery driver spoke English thank goodness.
