The Walmart delivery was disappointing the delivery person lost or stole from a poverty stricken person... the new delivery details were disregarded and now they all play dumb
Walmart is getting more and more expensive, I never buy toys because of high prices, now grocery and other stuff like cream are more expensive. Now I think twice to shop at Walmart.

I Purchaed Nintendo Switch on Walmart.ca and learned the merchant supplied by third party called VIPOUTLET. After 10 days item arrived, and in my surprise the pack was opened or it was return of sales.
I purchased it as a birthday present and package was not presentable at all.
Issue was escalated to Walmart and they referred me to third part (vipoutlet) to deal with my complaint which I found it very slow and should send chaser emails to get response.
Once I saw the quality of service both from Walmart and vipoutlet I decided to return the item.
It took two days to send me return label. After handing over the item to Canada post. I asked for refund. Walmart replied since the amount is over 150 CAD refund should be processed by vipoutket.
Vipoutlet replied after item arrived in the warehouse refund will be proceeded and takes 7 business days.
In Amazon the above process is constant and as soon as item accepted by courier company refund will be processed. And courier label can be printed right away.
Walmart has a very passive role dealing with complaints and forgets if it was not Walmart brand people didn't buy from such unknown portals.
I never buy from #walmart anymore.

I ordered and paid $15 shipping for a puzzle for my Granddaughter and then again a puzzle for my Grandson. Both of these had a piece missing. WHAT A DISAPOINTMENT FOR THE KIDS. I want my money back. I ordered both of these online and I also ordered 2 more for my other Grandsons. Never again. The other puzzles have not been put together so I don't know if they are whole or missing pieces too.
So I'm usually an Amazon shopper. Yes prime 80$ a year might be steep but everything i've ordered has been on time mostly, great customer service and willing to help solve any problem.
I decided to order online from wal-mart for the first time as they were having great sales on some things i needed. On april 9th I was charged 157$ my items were ordered and good to go. This morning on April 14th I woke up to an email saying my items have been shipped and to my surprise I was double charged as i checked my bank and i was for sure charged twice. I called customer service just to have this guy tell me that i was not charged twice and on his end there was nothing. He told me since he doesn't see anything that i should try there by email customer service. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? You take a big chunk of my money and expect me to do all by email now? Apparently on the phone line they dont have access to everything I was told which is so shady. Had to call my credit card company for potential fraud. First experience with wal-mart and was a HUGE let down. Never should of supported corrupt sweat shop leading company in the first place.
You should change the name from Walmart Pharmacy to "CITY OF ANGELS" because it is run by angels in human form. They are compassion, kindness, patience, love incarnate. They go over and beyond the call of duty to listen, help, care. They truly are angels in white coats.
Isidro Wang, Marina Zhan, Tara Rizi and Caroline are the few that I constantly deal with and there are times I just look at them and cry because all I see is not human beings but pure Angels of Mercy. I wish the world was full of human beings like these people. It would be a wonderful place to live.

I used a Walmart gift card to order a messenger bag from walmart. A couple of weeks later I got notice that I chose to cancel the order. I never did so I called them. They claimed this was in error and to wait for my bag... 2 days after the date it was to arrive I checked my account and saw that there was no record of the item ever existing.
After calling them they told me they'd give me a full refund to the card I used "Which I had thrown out after the purchase"
After explaining this to them they said the'yd send me a new gift card... I fought tooth and nail with them to just have the bag reshipped... They refused. They've been absolutely Horrid to deal with. In fact the experience is so Bad I no longer wish to shop at walmart at all... I'm even stuck with this worthless gift card which I intend to try and cash in so I can at least have some money toward the purchase of this bag Ill now have to buy on amazon...
I'm absolutely Livid... I've wasted 5 hours of my time trying to get this sorted but they refuse to fix this error. I've gone to the BBB but am learning fairly quickly that its a losing battle and that the BBB will not help with the matter either.

NEVER ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE WITH WALMART ESP TV> Blackfriday sales advertised a RCA TV 50inch for $248. I went online exactly at 9pm during the sale launch, the TV was in stock online. I bought an e-bike conversion kit from Walmart it had no battery there is no way to get a battery and the company bestco the third party company is a grocery store in Etobicoke that does not deal with ebikes or ebike conversion kits so it's a fake company so therefore I got ripped off and there is no way to fix it because Walmart's immune from prosecution
Absolutely shocking service and even worse customer service. Order placed April 28 delivery was supposed to be May 4th. Customer service was called because i noticed the item had not even shipped. So the customer service rep told me nothing i didn't already know. He put the blame on Canpar but assured me the items would be picked up that day and delivered May 5th. But i was shocked to checked on the morning of May 5th and the order is still not picked up. Called back asked to speak to a supervisor waited 15 mins for an answer to have the supervisor who could barely speak English hang up the call without even looking at the order. I will never purchase from walmart online or in store ever again... ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SERVICE

I am disabled and my purchases were many and heavy. I was left with no option but to return them or carry them through the mall. PROBLEM SOLVED - I WILL NOT SHOP HERE EVER IN THE FUTURE!
I ordered a playpen for my up coming shower of my new grandson, ordered it the 12th of Sept, I got an email Sept 13th saying that it was out for delivery too pickup store. Here it is Sept 28th and its been nuts trying too get answers as too where the playpen is for the last week, finally today I get a call from head office stating they lost my order and they are refunding my money. Finally, but tell me this, how the hell can you lose an order that is only a 40min drive from where I live. I order a Nintendo switch on the Walmart.ca market place. The game console was at a very low price and they had two versions on the web. I order one and 4 days later got an email that stated my order was cancelled. No reason given. I phoned customer service and the first person I talked to took 15 minutes and then said your order was cancelled. Great information. I asked to speak to a supervisor and did not get much further. Manya the supervisor I spoke with said the same thing.
She stated your order was cancelled and told me I will not be charged. I explained politely that I do not want to cancel the order. I want the product or something similar. She told me my problem was resolved than hung up on me. Wow great customer service.
If Walmart is going to have a market place they need to ensure that they sellers are reliable and trustworthy. Macegames should be removed from the marketplace seller list and Walmart should ensure that they correct the problem and honour the order. Walmart also needs to understand that hanging up on a customer is not good customer service.
Very disappointed in the quality of the crib and walmart's customer service. I bought this crib and it was supposed to be all white and you can see the yellow primer in multiple areas. If you read the reviews to many cribs sold by walmart you will see that this is very common. I called and complained and was told that I could return the crib and then purchase a new one. I did not want to do this because it is a huge hassle and it seems likely that I would order a new crib and just get another one that is painted poorly and be in the same position. I asked to be reimbursed for the paint that I would have to buy to repaint the poor quality one I received. I was asked to take pictures of the crib and send it into walmart customer service. I was then told to resend the pictures pointing out the very obvious yellow colour in multiple areas of the crib. I did this and then received a call apologizing for having me send in the pictures because that there was nothing that they could do for me. Walmart does not care that the products they sell are of poor quality and will just waste your time. NEVER BUY A CRIB FROM WALMART!
Was at the Kanata/Bridlewood Walmart store and bought a few items. At the self serve cash, the price of a T-Shirt I had picked shown $16.98 while the price on the item was $14.98. I called the lady in charge of the auto cash and asked for a rebate of $10.00 (off the marked price) as specified by the law. She told me that because it is a piece of clothes, and the price tag was attached by the manufacturer, the rule does not apply. She adjusted the price to what was written on the t-shirt. So I went to the customer service and asked to speak to a manager. A woman showed up and told me the same thing; the rule only applies if the price is shown on the shelve on which the item is displayed. Well, I never heard of such a special rule! Frankly, they will only apply the rule if, when you are at the cash, you remember the price shown on the shelve you picked the item from. This is, from my point of view, darn right dishonest. Obviously I won't take legal action for $10, but I wish to inform the population that Walmart price exactitude is not respected. A shame for a store of that magnitude!

Answer: They appeared to have a patio table to fit on our balcony. The delivered item was a bigger size which did not fit. We have been unable to return it although we cannot use it and it us bigger than advertised.
