Ordered 2 items from 3rd party. First of all I was charged shipping on each item although shipped at the same time. Second, third party provided fake tracking to Walmart so that it looked as though items was delivered to the store on time. Items are nowhere to be found and Walmart has been giving me the runaround. They absolutely do not stand by their vendors. I have asked for a reimbursement and next step will be a claim with my credit card company. Total scam!
I bought some underwear from the Walmart store (5400 Rue Jean-Talon O) about 10 days ago and because their size was not suitable, I had to return them but the store did not accept and said that underwear cannot be returned while this was not mentioned at the time of purchase.
I always buy from Walmart and I have always been satisfied with its services, but this time I was really disappointed.
Just some days after my purchase I went to Walmart to return them but your colleague said to me, I could not do anything and you should call our customer service to solve your problem, I called the customer service *******295) several times but no one answered! I also chatted with the Walmart help center and they said we only can solve the online purchase problem and you have to call the customer service of the Walmart branch.
Purchased an iPhone 8 Plus from a third party seller, Cellulartech. No stars Worst "third party" company to deal with. The phone had rust around the screws and speakers at the bottom of the phone. I am still in the process of trying to get my money back. Conveniently the company is being unresponsive and Walmart customer service has been less than helpful in trying to make this right, for me the customer. I am having to follow up for my money back $600 and some is a big refund. If Walmart wanted to make a customer happy they would refund me the purchase and they deal with the "third party". Do not buy this phone or buy from this "third party" Walmart seller. Disappointed is not even close to how I would review this phone, this "third party and Walmart online customer service. Walmart also rejected my review of the phone saying it would drive business away, mentions money and is customer service focused…Walmart is screening reviews that don't reflect well on them as a company instead of helping the customer they're silencing the customer. Just amazing."
It says I can add to my existing grocery order. However. There's no where to click on. The Walmart.ca needs SERIOUS REVISION. There are so many mistakes, so many discrepencies. Omg! Where on God's Green Earth do I begin?! How can I add items to an existing order when your website doesn't provide a button to click on like it says in the "Help" description? Very annoying all the glitches and mistakes you have on your website. No one wants to be paying for Walmart's damn Shipping TWICE!. For example. Hmm, lets see here. It's says there's Walmart shipping $5.95 (WHEN IT SHOULD BE FREE AFTER SPENDING A CERTAIN AMOUNT!). Then there's "HerbsPro shipping" added, (WHATEVER THE F. That IS.?) for $10.76 which is completely PREPOSTEROUS! AND Then there's the HST on top of all that at $2.29. My Subtotal comes up to measily $13.74. After adding all the Shipping costs plus the HST. You know what my order comes out to?. $32.76! That is completely OUTRAGEOUS! Thirty-two dollars n seventy-six cents is a far cry from the $13.74 I should be paying if I were able to add these items to my existing list like it's supposed to let me do! When I should be able to add these 3 items to my existing order arriving late this morning. I'm putting in a formal complaint to head office.

I never got my order. Ordered in Nov 28th 2020. No emails came in that it arrived for pick up. I Started calling them in end of Jan…"where's my order?" No answers…gave me months of run around…. No refund on my purchase. I even had one customer service rep laugh at me when I said I'd get my bank to investigate. Now 8 months later I get an email saying "thanks for picking up your order. WTF? Who picked up my order? Cuz it wasn't me! Then I just get an email yesterday. Thanks for picking up your order, can u Rate our service?

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
After searching for an item in store and finding it is only available online i chose to place the order. I receive my order after quite some time and some serious delays. When i open my package i see I was sent the item I ordered only it came with a European plug on the end of it. Of cource ordering from a canadian site to a canadian address I was not expecting this. Contact walmart.ca and was told to contact the seller of the item first. I do so and was responded to very rudely and unprofessionally and they were not willing to resolve the issue. I recontact walmart.ca and told to wait for a review team to get back to me in 3-4 days. I do so. I get no response so again I contact walmart.ca. This time I am told to just return the item to my local store and after they receive it I will receive a refund in 7-10 business days. I have had to jump through hoops over a mistake on their end and with one of their sellers. And I am still hopping through the loops almost 2 months since i placed the order. NEVER AGAIN! Do not order online or if you do be sure it is shipped and sold by walmart otherwise they do not stand behind the sale. Absolutely rediculous.

So I tried again and wrote:
"I purchased XL and received 5XL. The service I have received from Walmart is deplorable this is not the first time I've had issues."
Again I received the following answer:
"Your review cannot be approved because it is customer service focused"
So basically if you received bad customer service or if there is a shipping or fulfillment problem (like receiving the wrong size), your review will not be accepted. All I can say is this is a huge FAIL on the part of Walmart. Censoring reviews is not only manipulative but does not allow other buyers to understand the true issues and make an informed opinion.
I received an order that was incomplete with an item that was also damaged and filed a report, as instructed by customer service on May 17. I was advised I would be contacted within 10 business days. Heard nothing and called after three weeks. I was told the incomplete part of my order was "at the warehouse" (whatever that means), and they were aware of it. The damaged article would be escalated for a response. Nothing. I finally called after waiting another 2 weeks and insisted on a refund for the missing items. I STILL have heard nothing for the damaged article, despite another call - each one lasting around 30 minutes! - and an email. Terrible service!
I purchased a cartoon of milk from Walmart at Scarborough town ctr last Thursday June 25,2021. This is my go to shopping ctr since I live in the condos behind the store. I open the milk last nite and surprised it was not good. The expiry date is august. I tried returning it Sunday June 27,2021. The agent and manager at the returns said they could not accept it with our a receipt. I said who keeps their receipt for groceries but beside that the fact that they refused to change the milk was unacceptable
I wish I had read these reviews before. Walmart makes money selling space on their website to 3rd party sellers in China and taking a cut of all sales. I ordered 2 items and was the victim of a bait and switch scam on both. I reached out to the 3rd party sellers and the best they could eventually offer was a 20% partial refund, otherwise I had to pay for shipping myself to return to China. I then contacted Walmart online FOUR times via chat. Each time they promised to escalate and get back to me but NEVER did. When I called their customer service line I was disconnected after 45min when I asked to speak with a supervisor. I called back and was eventually transferred to a "supervisor" who basically told me I have to deal with the 3rd party seller on whatever terms they decide. Walmart takes NO responsibility for the scams 3rd party sellers operate on the Walmart website. To top it off, at the end of the call there is an automated survey. The survey would not accept any response that was not positive. What a joke.
The customer service is absolutely terrible. You can't speak with anyone in Canada about your concerns. Representatives are rude, loud, and disrespectful! Maggie-PNM! And Ric*******! Should be retrained on customer service. Would not recommend using or applying for a Walmart card. There is no assistance and everyone will keep forwarding you to different departments. "Supervisors" are not trained and of no assistance to resolve yours issues. Walmart MasterCard rewards program is not worth the poor customer service to resolve ANY issue.
I went at the North Battleford, Saskatchewan location to return an airmattress and unfortunately it was on final sale but nobody told me at the time of purchase that this woul be final sale and the person whom talked his name was Varinder and was a Customer Service Manager. He was so rude and instead of saying sorry for their mistake he was arguing with me that this would be my responsibility to check if its on final sale or no but this is there service provide customer enough information regarding the product. These kind of people should be not on these positions if they dont know how to treat with people.
Purchased $2800 Swing/Activity Set on May 13. It was delivered by a rude courier from Day and Ross on June 1st. He dropped the skid off just inside garage and took off. Didn't check anything, didn't ask us to sign anything On Saturday June 5th the contractor I hired and paid $300 for the day to put this activity set up tells me I only received 6 out of 7 boxes. The box we are missing is hardware (nuts and bolts) Contact WalMart customer service was told "Delivery is incomplete and to return it. It came on a transport truck... lol Called back to have an escalation ticket made up. Was told it would take max 3 business days and it's now 4 Still waiting for a response. So far I have been getting the run away. The activity set is just rotting on the ground in the backyard now WalMart and Day and Ross have failed to deliver on their promise
Takes FOREVER to get a refund for a returned item which was not the item I ordered in the first place.
Those associates handling online orders do NOT seem to read / check if the item they are giving their customers is correct or not. It is SO frustrating as it consumes so much of your time to explain to each and everyone you talk to. VERY POOR customer service... :(( ((
Walmart made another dumb move to now not allow customers to see what items are in store vs on line. So customers once again must blindly drive to multiple walmarts to find items. Can their score get any lower. Management run amuck again.
So disappointed with Walmart customer service. The worst ever! I made an online order but returned all as soon as I picked them up. Walmart hasn't made full return yet. Walmart still owes me $20. IPad is a great product just don't buy anything online from Walmart. I ordered a iPad on May 17th and on May 20th I got an email saying it was shipped and would arrive on June 5th. When it didn't arrive I called the 1 800 customer service and got someone in India who with her very poor English told me she would investigate and I would receive an email in 3 to 5 days. I told her I would like to cancel the order and have my money returned. She told me I could not cancel I could only return it once it was received. Online my order shows it is waiting for pickup by the courier since May 20th and I'm still waiting. The internet is full of poor reviews just like mine. DO NOT BUY Anything online from Walmart
I ordered 9 dresses and a patio set. 2 dresses were fine and of average quality. The rest were cheap, flimsy and either way too big or way too small. The items did not look like the pics by any means. I couldn't return online because the third party shipper is from china and their sku's don't match Wal-Mart's. Went to Walmart directly and they were unable to return the items for some reason. So I left with a number to call customer service. I called and the rep said to call back when I have the sku's sorted out. I called again and got another rep. First, both were hard to understand and when someone is explaining info you needit is very frustrating. He contacted the third party sellers. The third party seller basically said "Dear, it cost too much to return. No refund. Thank you for understanding." Grrrrrr I haven't even had the heart to attempt to deal with the other 3rd party seller for the restof the $#*!ty clothes. Shame on Wal-Mart... DON'T order online unless you want cheap clothes and to be ripped off.
I bought a bed online that was supposed to be at the store May 28. It did not arrive. I called customer service two times and both times was told it would take them 2-3 days to follow up and never received calls back. I finally decided enough is enough and tried to cancel the order and they refused to cancel it. Never again will I shop online with Walmart and will likely not be anxious to give them in-store business either.
Answer: After the bad experience, Walmart will not be my first choice for shopping. Bad customer service and employee behavior.
