Walmart advertised their recliner as Contemporary Palamino Leather Recliner. I discovered after purchasing the recliner it was Faux leather, so not animal skin real leather at all. Their Customer Services Department and Head Office have ignored all letters and emails, I have received absolutely no response. The Walmart system forces the customer to pay a $120 shipping fee, for the recliner to be shipped to a Walmart store, it is not possible to ship it directly to your home. Walmart is not taking any responsibility for this mis-represented product. Shame on you!

I ordered a Samsung phone A32 for the amoung of $377.88. Phone never worked from day one. Returned to the third party like the company asked. They send pictures of a phone full of scratches and label made in Vietnam in the back. By the pictures I can tell this is not the phone I returned to them. Walmart and third party refusing to give me my money back, nothing they can do for me. Lucky for me I payed with paypal they are the one who gave me back my money. The amount of time I passed on the phone trying to resolve this is non sense.
Leson learned never biy anything without paying with paypal and always take pictures of the product before returning it. Not great costumer service.

I ordered an item from the online Walmart Canada store. It was supposed to have been delivered last week, but still has not arrived. Upon contacting Walmart they tell me its a third party seller and they will be in contact with them. I get a false tracking number for Canada Post, then they tell me their message to the third party seller went astray. I ask for a full refund and in chat they tell me it will be processed. However the confirmation email only says that the seller will contact me in one business day. I opened a dispute with Paypal. Customer service is atrocious and the whole affair is a complete waste of time. I will not be shopping online at Walmart again

WORST COMPANY EVER
October 6, 2021

Placed an order for instore pickup on sept 25th, got an email that my order shipped sept 26th, but i could not track my order, the tracking number was not working. I called them several times and got the same answer "we will message the seller", the so called seller came back with "contact canada post".

I contacted canada post, but the tracking number is not in their system. Day of pick up comes, i was told by one of their "supervisors" that i will be receiving my pick up order the morning of the order, the day came no email. I called them again, the agent told me my order is already at the store, i called the store and was told the order is still in transit and not coming anytime soon.

I had to call back the customer service line and got the same BS answers, asked for a refund and was told they needed to conduct a review. Absolutely BS, never shopping at walmart again

Online ordering
September 28, 2021

Ordered a mini fridge online that was on clearence, when it arrive box was heavily damaged and obviously was going to be damaged. Corners of the fridge were crunch, obviously dropped on the tip and bottom. Some other dents were visible on both sides. The tape for the door was cut opened so looks as if it was opened previously. I called right away to return the fridge and was informed that I could send it in for warranty repair, which was out of the question. Return process was good but had to return vis post office since it was a clearance item. Which I mailed back next day, but I just got an email a week later saying my refund will be returned within 2 billing periods. So upto 2 months for a refund on something that should of never been sent to a customer.

Playpen
September 28, 2021

I ordered a playpen for my up coming shower of my new grandson, ordered it the 12th of Sept, I got an email Sept 13th saying that it was out for delivery too pickup store. Here it is Sept 28th and its been nuts trying too get answers as too where the playpen is for the last week, finally today I get a call from head office stating they lost my order and they are refunding my money. Finally, but tell me this, how the hell can you lose an order that is only a 40min drive from where I live. If anyone is reading this wants too order anything from there PLEASE DON'T you will regret it. If I could give -5 stars I would

Please be aware! Do not use a Walmart Canada Website

Ordered a furniture, kid's bed frame, and got updated few days later saying should arrive in 7 days. 7days pass and the website doesn't even changed so I contacted the call center, a person was saying nothing is wrong I should wait few more days. 3 days later, nothing happened so I contacted the shipping company which is called a Sameday. A person from the Sameday said they couldn't locate my shipment so they will find my package and they will contact me either phone or email which i provided to a person on the phone. No one calls either from a Walmart and a Sameday so I called the Walmart Call Center to cancel the Order. Ok fine i called a cancel right? Noooooo nightmare just started... long story short, after numerous calls and 20days later got a refund into Credit Card and a Walmart Gift Card (I paid gift card + Credit Card online). But... here is But, the Walmart told me they sent an egift card via email which i never recieved... another few phone calls and 7 days later got $200 egift back via email.
Now im stuck with $200 Walmart gift card so I give a Walmart second chance. First one might be a fluke right? Not a Chance. Ordered a desktop computer from 3rd party and I'm going through similar situation with first time. It has been 28 days since i placed order and got no refund nor a desktop computer.

NEVER AGAIN WALMART NEVER!

I have shopped Walmart produce and have been consistently disappointed. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried three or four different times with the same sad outcome. I purchased a turnip that was rotten inside…peaches that were packaged but well beyond being consumable. Packaged grapes and strawberries are over-ripe and tasteless. Don't waste good gas money trying to save at these locations…Sobey's and President's Choice are far ahead in terms of shelving good produce. Also service is terrible for returns or complaints. We stand in line to spend our hard earned dollars, have to pack our own bags, they squabble over a lousy coupon and in other areas of the store there are no personnel to assist with your shopping needs. Saturday evening shopping is a no no because the shelves are near empty. They no longer offer aim checks but fail to have the supply necessary to meet the consumer's needs. I did so much work at Walmart on my last four shopping trips, that I truly expect to get a T4 slip from them at tax time! Ver, very, disappointed with how this business operates.

3rd party seller

Please do not buy from Walmart online... i ordered clothing and was a 3rd party seller. Item did not fit. Went to local Walmart. Could not refund... waiting for a "tag". Called Walmart and they contacted 3rd party. Their answer. Sorry no refund. 10% refund as gesture of good will and give to a friend! Can you believe this. From Walmart! Highway robbery! Buyer beware!

After a very long chain of events / hoops they made me jump through in order to purchase online, the next day I was notified that my order was ready. Went to the store and it was NOT in stock. Apparently this is common. They literally ask you if you would accept substitutions, meaning, they DON'T EVEN CHECK FIRST... They just tell you they have a product and later, once you've already paid and are ready to get your item, figure out whether it's in stock or not. What a garbage, garbage company. Personally, I'm done with them all around - period.

Never buy anything via Walmart online if it is fulfilled by third party. Walmart refuses to issue a refund. Third party vendors are not required to answer emails. Although you are charged by Walmart, only third party can process refund. Vendors are not required to communicate using coherent language.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
September 16, 2021

I ordered a car seat/stroller travel system online Walmart Canada. I was informed it would be in on September 10. I did not receive any notification it was ready. I called the 1-800 number and was informed the product was "in transit", that the personal online tracking system does not work. They would not provide me a location as to where my order was. I was informed that the product was escalated and it would be in on Tuesday September 14. Yet again, no notification. I was told my order was in the store but they could not find it. I called the store and they dismissed my request to speak with a manager and told me to call back the next day. When I called back, I was informed my order was not actually in store and was still "in transit". I called the 1-800 number requesting my money back. I was told I won't receive it for 72hrs. The whole experience was a complete waste of time. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

I ordered 3 DVD stands at 99.00 each, order accepted shipped but no address on items, so returned and credit to my account after I emailed and said return items not a credit. Third party seller at fault they say by Walmart, bull$#*! same company. Told me I had to reorder but now the price is 162.96 from same seller. What a scam, Walmart management should be charged with fraud and jailed. I will NEVER shop at WALMARTS again.

Worst experience ever... spoke to three different peoe and none could understand me for they barely spome English! I ordered a TV, when they said it was in I drove 45 minutes to get it only for the store to tell me it was cancelled. Tried to get it through these idiots that you took the money for the tv but they say they didn't when I can clearly see the charge on my statement and the money is gone. These people are so unprofessional and disorganized that they should be ashamed of themselves. I am a 23 disabled veteran and I was treated like crap. Perhaps if they actually hired someone who could actually speak English this would not have happened! STAY AWAY from their online services, it's a scam!

It was a nightmare!

I bought two electric scooters through Walmart online and paid for fast/2-days shipping. However, after two weeks back and forth with very unprofessional and rude, Walmart's customer service just received one of the scooters.
After that, they took 20 days and had to call ten times to get my money back for the second scooter that I paid, and they never sent it.

The funny thing is they not allowing me to post a review about my experience, and they replied this:
Your review cannot be approved because it:
• directs business away
• shipping or fulfillment focused

A simple purchase took two months of my time, and it was a nightmare, and I never will try Walmart again!

They do not deserve any stars, I purchased for $321.57 for my online grocery order. Received confirmation of $202.62 when they delivered my order. My Credit card was charged $321.57. After I called Walmart they tell me that I have to wait 7 to 10 business days for the difference to be refunded back to me. WTF...

I don't believe that the employees have been properly trained. The box is twice as big as my LEGO items, bubbles were placed on top only. It resulted in my LEGO crushing each others.
I bought Miles Morales mech and 2X #*******.
I don't recommend to buy LEGO online on walmart.ca, I did it a couple of times and the boxes are always crushed. It's a recurrent problem with Walmart.
I would gladly share pictures but the website keep on saying there is a problem.
