Ms. Somervile provided exemplary customer service recently at Jordans Interiors & Floor Coverings, Douglas St. Victoria, BC.

Ms Somervile was informative and knowledgeable. When I experienced difficulty due to an unforeseen problem, she was understanding and provided superb customer service. Jordans Interiors & Jordans Flooring, Victoria provided an outstanding service from beginning to end.

Tip for consumers:
Excellent service at Jordan's Victoria, Douglas ST. ask for Ms Somerville.

Walmart advertised their recliner as Contemporary Palamino Leather Recliner. I discovered after purchasing the recliner it was Faux leather, so not animal skin real leather at all. Their Customer Services Department and Head Office have ignored all letters and emails, I have received absolutely no response. The Walmart system forces the customer to pay a $120 shipping fee, for the recliner to be shipped to a Walmart store, it is not possible to ship it directly to your home. Walmart is not taking any responsibility for this mis-represented product. Shame on you!

Tip for consumers:
Do not by anything expensive from Walmart.

I have not received the product yet.
The product is mis-represented and the customer is duped into thinking they are buying a Leather recliner.
I was told that there is no refund policy after the first 24 hours by a Customer Services Assistant.
Walmart Head Office Senior Customer Services executives do not respond to my emails or letters.
I have discovered this product is a third party product and despite Walmart selling it they donot take responsibility.

Having shopped at this store for over 5 years, I have nothing but good reviews to give of the Hudson Bay store in Nanaimo. The Manger Maureen Richardson, is superb in her leadership of employees and very understanding. Whilst the employees are courteous and go over and above in order to provide a superb customer service or order a product. Recently, Elizabeth in cosmetics not only assisted me but was dedicated in seeking further information. As promised she later took the time to call me be back with this information later that afternoon.

Tip for consumers:
Watch out for Bay Days, as there are fantastic discounts

You won't get your money back or the right sizes. I ordered four different dresses in the same size from Nora Cora. On arrival each dress was a very different size, the colours of the dresses were faded and nothing like the photos or description. The length of the dresses was not the same as identified on the online website ipictures or description. I paid for an expensive returne shipping of the full order inline with their very strict returns policy, every email they sent had to be replied to within 24 hours. Be warned the returns address is in China! They claimed they never received the package. I provide proof of postage they said they could not verify the shipping number, 6 months later the package was returned to me. It showed it had been delivered to the Nora Cora Returns address. A sticker was placed partially over their address and return to sender was written on the package and it was shipped back to me. Despite sending them photos of the package postal markings etc. They refuse to be honourable and refund the money I spent for dresses which did not by any means meet the description of what I ordered. As you'll see the photo of the purchased yellow dress the length should have been a maxi dress length as displayed on the Nora Cora website. My photo compares it to a grey Nora Cora Maxi length dress and you'll see it is a lot shorter and also the size is smaller than than advertised.
