Ordered a $2000 swing set... Walmart had no problem taking payment but can't be bothered to ship the item... 2 shipping labels have been created but no movement... Purolator states they've had no contact from Walmart to pick up. Call Center is located in India (as per their statement) I'm now on my 11th phone call... 4 promises of supervisor callbacks that didn't happen... 3 promises of escalation team callback that didn't happen... was placed on hold for 2.5 hours to wait for a supervisor to then be hung up on... got the same agent 3 calls later who openly admitted that she doesn't have the ability to transfer me but that because I said I would hold for a supervisor she decided to just put me on hold... she then attempted the same trick during that call before hanging up on me. I've filed a complaint with the BBB but Walmart has yet to respond. I only just managed to find the Customer Experience number in Mississauga instead of the 800 number they want you to call so I guess I will spend all day tomorrow harassing them for either my money back or my swing set. So glad I bought this for my daughter's birthday on June 2nd... delivery of May 26th as promised would mean she would have had her gift in time... instead her birthday was yesterday and no swing set.

I did an online order for a store pickup, the item was supposed to arrive at my nearby location and I was supposed to pick it up from there. After 8 days of shipment, I get a notification from Walmart on May 28th, 2021 saying " we are sorry but home delivery was attempted and it was refused" and I was like it wasn't even supposed to be a home delivery it was a store pick-up delivery. So I checked the tracking page and it says delivery was refused and the Order pickup date is May 28,2021. It's the day of the delivery and I have no idea who refused the shipment where it is. So I called Walmart customer service and I was told oh sorry your pick-up date is June 3rd, 2021 please wait until then. I was like okay I will wait another 5 days. On June 3rd I called and asked where is the pick up they said please call the store it's there. I call the nearby store they said oh we never got the shipment. I call back and they say ohh please call the carrier and check with them. Who's job is it to call and make sure the delivery is on the route and what's going on?
Walmart supposed to ensure that! Anyways so I went along with it, I called the carrier and they finally gave me the accurate information saying the item was damaged and is currently sitting ducks coz they don't know what to do with it because the Walmart store refused to take the damaged item and they never told the carrier what to do next. So I call Walmart back with accurate information and guess what they ask me to communicate with the carrier and tell them to send the package back to the warehouse and then they will refund me. I was like wait so are you going to send me a replacement or what? They are like nope, we don't offer replacement you will have to have this returned then get a refund. So what did I wait for almost a month?
They have no communication between their staff, their system is soo bad it shows the wrong information. They themselves have no clue, they ask their customers to deal with their carriers
My family bought me a kitchen appliance for Mother's Day at a Walmart in Saskatoon. The drive to get there and back is over four hours. When the item was opened at home it was dirty and very obviously used. I called Walmart and asked about a mail in return since I don't go to Saskatoon very often. I was told that due to Covid no mail in returns would be accepted. I asked about returning it to a Walmart about two hours from me, they could not accommodate that either. So I said if I had to drive all the way back there I should reasonably expect a discount to compensate for the time and drive. They could not do that either. I called the customer service number but no one ever responds. I called Walmart USA and they were able to put me in touch with someone in Canada. I was given an email address and instructions to send pictures of the item and receipt. I did then followed up with another email. I still have not heard from Walmart. What's going on Walmart? I should have been enjoying my gift already. Why is this matter not being addressed?
I paid into the express delivery. Did not recover my groceries. It is now the next day. Unable to cancel my order. Called Walmart Canada, one lady hung up on me after asking to speak to Manager about my problem and a refund... oh I called a total of 4 times. The lady lady said she would cancel my order and give me a refund but after talking to the other 3 people I do not trust their knowledge on how to resolve ANY situation. No confirmation email on the cancelation or money back. Contacted PayPal to submit a claim again Walmart Canada for not giving me my order and taking my money. $400 in limbo and 5 mouth to feed... not impressed with the Walmart Canada customer service. I'll never order online delivery again.
Call centre in India, very Apologetic, but no resolution. Empty promises without any corrective action. The worst online shopping I have ever had, as I do over 90 % of my shopping online.
Worst online experience of my life. Double charged, missed delivery, unable to cancel, no way to escalate problem, support people unable to support and zero communications or updates.
Still have not received product, out $50, on my way to Canadian Tire to buy it for $25.
Was over optimistic on getting it resolved. It's been 2 weeks now, lots of shorts, no resolution.

I could write a 1000 words complaints, but I have no time. Just to make it short. I cancelled the order one month ago, was told I can receive the refund within 3 days. One month later, I still haven't received it. When I phoned, each rep gave me a different answer. Now today, this rep told me that their system showed the order was picked up. Then I phoned the store, the store told me my order number was not in their system at all... the woe just goes on and on...
Terrible grocery delivery service - DO NOT recommend. Bought nearly $200 in groceries from walmart.ca recently. Delivery person was subbed through Instacart (which we use with about 95% satisfaction rate on their app) - but you never know who Walmart uses, so this fell on Instacart this time. Delivery person was rude and would not bring items to suite, who knows where he left them. I buzzed him to enter and come up, he decided to not do that, lazy and irresponsible person who should not be doing this job. Spent 2 hours after with useless Walmart customer service that eventually blamed Instacart, put me through Instacart cust svc, who in turn said its Walmarts issue to create a refund. Spent another 1 hour total with 2 different Walmart cust svc people, having to repeat my situation over and over again. Was told refund would take 24-48 hrs - waited 48 hrs, then told it would take 3-5 business days, and finally got a refund confirm code - THIS IS NOT GOOD WALMART - NOT GOOD - WILL NEVER USE YOUR delivery service ever again through your site, as your cust svc is crap poor. On the other hand, will continue to use Instacart, they resolve issues fast.
I ordered a product from Walmart online (a baby play mat). I did not realize there was such a thing as Walmart marketplace or perhaps I would not have ordered it in the first place but anyway, the product was received damaged. I contacted Walmart who would only get me in contact with the marketplace seller. I sent photos of the damaged product to the marketplace seller (MARGOT) and their response was that it isn't damaged and they won't return orr replace the product (the photo literally shows a tear through the packaging and product). So I tried to write a review of this on the Walmart website and the review was rejected for "directing business away". So clearly Walmart likes to control what reviews are seen by customers and sweep the bad stuff out. Very sketchy and scummy. No longer giving my business to them as they clearly cannot be trusted.
Walmart used to be a go-to store because the prices are great for so many things. Unless you have a problem with third world countries making these items we wear every day for just a few dollars a week. If that and that is with a whole family working and slaving to make the shoes, clothes, etc. Of course, that always was in the back of my mind but I could not afford to shop anywhere else. TODAY at least for this location in Maple Ridge if you buy strawberries, they are moldy two days later. If you buy a Vileda mop it seems to be made by a two-year-old or a broken-down machine and is not worth the money you pay for it when it breaks on your first use. The one I bought 3 years ago is still not broken but was getting worn out looking and the new mopheads do not fit on it anymore so I had to get a new one. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY! I am down on my hands and knees again washing it by hand for now. WOOHOO Thank you Smallmart Check out the Noxema I bought there EWWWW Yes that is a crust on top and a hard one.
Since last month, I placed 3 orders at Walmart.ca. The first order was missing an item upon arrival. I tried to reach out to customer service and get a refund, but the waiting time was too long to chat with a representative that I decided to let it go (it wasn't an expensive item). With the 2nd order, one of the items delivered was incorrect and, even though it had been their mistake, I was told that to get a refund I would have either to go to a store and return the item, or send it back by mail. I went to the store and returned the item, but I was issued an incorrect refund (significantly less than I had paid). I contacted them again to get that corrected, but the customer service person couldn't help and said they would escalate my concern and that I would hear back with a solution, which I never did. The 3rd order, which I had placed before the one I described above but was delayed, arrived with a broken item (glass item just thrown in the box without any protection). Again, I tried to reach out and get a refund for that, but was told I had to get off the call (after the longest wait), email a picture of the broken item to an email address they provided, then call them again (and wait another eternity), and only then they might be able to issue a refund for the item. The worst experience of my life and money wasted with all three orders.
Ordered a Sojag Gazebo Aug 22,2020. Even though it was supposedly shipped right away, it ended up taking nearly 3 weeks to arrive. As soon as it did, it was evidently of very poor quality. The metal legs were so thin it was impossible to thread the base screws without cross-threading. I immediately requested to return it on Sep 11.
Now the fun begins. For two months it was a non-stop nightmare of phone calls to Walmart and the shipper (Day and Ross) to try and get a pickup. Twice it was scheduled, and nobody came. Finally, I managed to get the item returned by the end of September. Weeks go by, no refund. More calls to Walmart and Day and Ross, usually 30 to 45 minutes on the phone each time. Eventually I filed a dispute with the credit card company, then with the bank. After about a month, the dispute was ruled in my favour and I got my $1100 back "conditionally". Within a couple of days, suddenly Walmart issues me my credit, that's on Nov 19, two full months and about twenty phone calls after the item was returned.
Final insult? On December 4, Walmart sends me a message informing me my "return was not received." Fortunately I had all the paperwork.
Don't waste everybody's time - shop somewhere else and put this bloated and miserable retailer out of business.
Absolutely shocking service and even worse customer service. Order placed April 28 delivery was supposed to be May 4th. Customer service was called because i noticed the item had not even shipped. So the customer service rep told me nothing i didn't already know. He put the blame on Canpar but assured me the items would be picked up that day and delivered May 5th. But i was shocked to checked on the morning of May 5th and the order is still not picked up. Called back asked to speak to a supervisor waited 15 mins for an answer to have the supervisor who could barely speak English hang up the call without even looking at the order. I will never purchase from walmart online or in store ever again... ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SERVICE
After spending another hour + on the phone and live chat still no further forward. The customer service at Walmart are completely useless. And now they are saying it will be another 2 to 4 business days to look i to why the items have not even shipped. Whats so hard to put a note to have the item picked from the warehouse. But noooooooo they can't do that USELESS

Repeated delivery issues
Order delivery for 1-2 pm but the order gets delivered sometimes before 11am with nobody home.
Last time on Friday Apr 22rd 2021 and the driver left the groceries at 11 am (2 hours early)
Food was spoiled, milk was warm, all the frozen items were melted and vegetables were not kept cold.
Had to reorder groceries from another supplier because everything was very unsatisfactory from Walmart.
Waste of time. Worst company that delivers groceries.

2) online Walmart is a scam, April 26 my wife ordered groceries to be delivered on April 27/2021 between 9-10 am, it's April 27@ 857pm and still have not shown up, my kids need milk and I cannot leave my house due to covid and my wife work till midnight, Walmart told me I have to wait 2-3 days to have someone to get back to me or get a refund, not cool Walmart canada, so I have to skip the dish delivering milk for my kids, I hope Walmart canada does something about this, because this is only the beginning on how far I'm willing to take it, social media will hear about this and the local news (cp24) I will be sending a massive email out to all news stations, if I don't hear something back by April 28 2021
Bought a plain cotton tank top for $13.99 and was charged $19.99 for shipping. All Apparel Distributer gouged me big time and Walmart Canada does nothing about it. Never again. $150.00 order added $57.00 for shipping. All items were light weight apparel and delivered by Canada Post.

Walmart sent me a foot cleaner that had someone else's dry skin all over the inside of the wrecked box! The box was missing a piece to change the emery pad and the one page in the instructions that has that tool! Nothing was sealed! I phone them and got a guy who can't speak English with attitude! The product was used obviously and I get attitude in the middle of COVID 19 from a sent from CHINA product that's used, has dry disgusting skin in it and missing a tool and parts of the instructions! They sent me a used item with flakes of skin in it! Watch what you buy from this garbage unsafe company! Bloody gross! And Sick!
Don't shop Walmart online. We are in lock down and my Roku broke so I can't watch TV. Since all those items are roped off in store I figured I could order online and just go and pick it up. After I paid for it I was informed that it would take month to get my Roku. I don't want to go a month with no TV. There is no way to cancel my order and get my money back and no one is there that can help. The help line is no good. Never again. Worse on line shopping ever.
I purchased a 5 piece patio set and the table came with no fasteners. I contacted Customer Service, and their final resolution was for me to go to the manufacturer. I told them I bought it from Walmart so they must resolve this. I then was told I would have to return the product and purchase it again. Asking for a supervisor resulted in being passed on to another customer service rep.
I went on the manufacturer's website, who specifically states that they are not affiliated with Walmart and that any product issues must be dealt with through Walmart. I'm in the middle of a standstill.
Answer: After the bad experience, Walmart will not be my first choice for shopping. Bad customer service and employee behavior.
