I purchase a couch on Walmart Canada website 2 weeks ago and paid on there website. The couch came and was not what I expected. Put it back in the box immediately and call to return. This is when the nightmare began. The couch was sold on Walmart website by a 3rd party Mattressdirect.ca and they don't care about customer service. Mattressdirect.ca does not want to take the couch back and return the full cost. They will take 50% of you money. I try going to a Walmart store to return and was send back to deal with Mattressdirect.ca. I trusted you Walmart to have the customer back and you left me with a nightmare dealing with Mattressdirect.ca with still not help. Dont order on the Walmart website you will regret it.

I ordered mini sexy dress with christmas pattern and got huge sweater instead. I wanted to cancel the order because of late delivery but this company EYIIYE ignored my wishes. When I wanted to return it it was late because I am an essential worker and had no time to do it and also I thought they supposed to do more then 30 days for return as other companies in this covid time. Since that they treat me as a sh*t. Last answer was: You got what you ordered. Me: you lost a customer for only $30. Enjoy

I ordered a 4K monitor but was cancelled by Walmart while it was still in stock (probably because Walmart entered a wrong price)! We were promised to get a price difference when ordering again, then when we order the same monitor again, but they said the price adjustment can't be done because the SKU# is different, even though they are the same machine! They also change the monitor from 4K to 1K with the same SKU# (see photos). They played tricks on SKU# to avoid their responsibility! Just be careful with online orders. They cheat!

Don't order from this site

This site is crap, don't buy from there. My mother is a senor and purchased three items. Two of them were sold by a third party. This is dumb, one item is Fleecy which is sold by Walmart in the store. I was charged $15.00 for shipping on a 4L liquid jug of softener. The little box of face serum shipping was $43.10. This doesn't make sense. We asked for the $15.00 back in shipping charges. We heard no five times over a recorded conversation.

Terrible service

I ordered an u. V light to make some cash through the pandemic on november 6th up until today i have not recieved the item nor my money back walmart caused me to lose reliable clients and money i called today again and they saying to me the same thing from november that someone will contact me in 24 hrs i asked to speak to a manager none can contact me as yet nor can they find one to speak to me they say all the managers are occupied and the customer care is awful

Worst Return Policy

So we went back to return some items that was not what we expected. They informed us they don't accept returns without receipts. And wouldn't budge or offer any resolution. They say it was effective since March of last year. How would we know that is now the policy. We were not informed when we bought the items. Would we hang on to every receipt for every item? And end up with a bag of receipts and useless items we bought that was not to our satisfaction? This is a pretty stupid and worst policy ever by any store. Stay way from Walmart, any Walmart for that matter.

0*. It's always nice to have items shipped to your home, but Walmart, when will I give up?!? Items are always lost, always late. Now my item still shows to be delivered on the 18th, still shows the date it was shipped without further updates aside from ITEM MAY ARRIVE LATE. No kidding! Is it the staff, their shipping system or the carriers they use that are totally incompetent?

I recently tried to post this review to the walmart site. Walmart refused it as a review.
" bought this product in December and received it in January. The phone sometimes will not come out of sleep mode and several times the entire screen has gone to nothing but coloured lines. We have been in touch with Walmart and the third party seller. We have been trying since the end of January to get a refund. Called Walmart first to explain that the phone was defective. They had two brothers Solutions contact us ( third party seller). They Emailed asking for information as to the phone problems to which we answered. No further contact until we reached out to Walmart again. Received the same email from two brothers solutions. We answered again. No response.
We are now into March. We have had to contact Walmart 4 times and were assured of a refund asap. In response Two Brothers Solutions sends us the same Email as their original one. Our response has been that we want a refund ASAP but receive no response from two brothers.
Walmart says they can't do much more then send out an email asking two brothers solution to get in touch with us. This is my first experience ordering through Walmart. NOT impressed with the lack of assistance as I would not be dealing with this company if it were not on their site."

It was refused because it reviewed service and not the product. This review covers both product and service issues both of which are important when a consumer wishes to purchase any product.

Horrible Experience
March 18, 2021

I ordered the incorrect bike on Walmart.ca. I then realized this and ordered a second bike and canceled the delivery of the first bike. I was told by Walmart customer service that the first bike would not arrive to my house. Both bikes arrived on the same day. I refused one bike and told the Carrier that Walmart said it would not be delivered to me and refused accepting the shipment at the door. It took over 2 weeks for the bike to return to Walmart despite refusing the shipment with a 900 dollar purchase on my credit card and multiple complaints I still have not received my refund as of today on my credit card even though I refused the shipment back on March 2. Walmart needs to step up their refund policies. It's not my fault if their carrier does not return the bike on time to the Walmart warehouse after it wasn't supposed to arrive to my house in the first place! Communication and policies from Walmart need improvement! Costco and Amazon Walmarts 2 largest competitors refund in days! I'm unemployed in the pandemic. You would figure a company like Walmart would care more about refunding customers on time promptly. This was their fault. They told me the bike wouldn't be delivered and it was and I refused it and they haven't even received the return to thier warehouse in over 2 weeks nor can they confirm where the bike is and refuse to refund me until they receive the bike returned safely! Furthermore the box on my first bike was damaged and the driver left the damaged box at my door and ran away! HORRIBLE customer service on Walmarts part. If I could give less than a 1 star rating I would!. I still haven't received my refund 2 weeks later. I doubt Walmart will pay the interest on my credit card. HORRIBLE experience. Will never order from Walmart online again!

I order grocery online and add 1 item in it and they expire my redeem coupen and cut extra 20 dollars. After calling customer service they don't do anything. They should mention it. Its very unconvenience.

Walmart.ca are thieves!
I'm still waiting since September 2020 for my $20 refund.

Never got a call back from the head office # *******111
Nor got any answers from the *******402
Nor from the email: *******@walmart.com

Horrible customer service, it's like a bunch of monkeys can do a better job then the staff they have.

Also, their online grocery website keeps giving me errors in my order.

GET IT TOGETHER & ACTUALLY FIX THINGS & REPAIR RELATIONSHIPS!

Disappointed

I like buying, walking around at walmart. Indeed in this pandemic it has been the only place that relaxes my mind.
Unfortunately, recently I noticed when
U go pay at cashier they tend to keep some stuff. I get home, notice something was missing.and went back and they said I forgot it but the cashier was the one putting everything in the plastic bag. This happens twice in the same month

Online ordering
February 23, 2021

Placed an order in Jan, was due to be here Jan 25. In Feb I called the store as I had not received an email that my order was here, they told me that nothing had come in, when I called the online number they told me that 1 piece of 2 had been delivered. I called the store again and they found it. Its now Feb 23 and I'm still waiting on the second piece. I called in Feb 17 and asked to talk to a manager, I was told that one would call me in 24 hrs. No call. On Feb 20 I called back again and asked to talk to a manager again but the guy that answered the phone took down my complaint again, he said that a manager would call me back within 3 days with a full refund. Well Feb 23 and I got an email this morning with a refund of the 1 item but no call back in regards to these issues. I still need the second item I had ordered but there is no way in hell I will support walmart. I will see if I can get it from a canadian made company. I would even be willing to pay double the price not to support them. This is BS that they can't get peoples orders right, and the customer service is crap from management.

I bought a 600cca car battery 23 months ago with a 5 yr warranty. 2 wks ago at -35C it wouldn't hold a charge for more than a day. I test the battery with my load tester and it tests weak. I tried to get Walmart to replace it but they closed their garage some months ago. So I had to get my car towed somewhere else to deal with the problem. That garage was Northside and they quickly told me that my battery wouldn't put out constant amperage under a load test. That confirmed the test that I did. They replaced the battery and my car has started reliably ever since. But now, I take the old battery back to Walmart for a refund but they have a machine that says my battery is good and it's putting out 625cca. I keep asking the manager if their machine tested my battery under load. He initially says it did, but I ask him what the amperage was under load and he admits he doesn't know anything about load tests or batteries in general. No matter what I try to explain about the initial amperage reading vs the reading under load, he keeps saying he goes with what his computerized machine tells him. So the take away is that a 5 yr warranty is worthless if they use a bad faith test and/or the manager isn't smart enough to understand how to use the tester. NEVER SHOP AUTO SUPPLY AT WALMART AGAIN.

Poor service
February 20, 2021

I do not like walmart in general.
I used to be a big Walmart shoppers, but after they started to hire some people with no ethics, I stopped going there.
I had many bad experiances shopping at thier stores.
But in the end of the day, you get what you pay for, cheaper items mean worse service.
They should work more on the HR and the customer service.

My first and last time buying from Walmart online. They allow scammers like unlimited cellular to sell products on their website. They don't deliver the product and when you call Walmart they direct your complaint to the seller which won't help you after that. They say it's been delivered to the post office without any proof. The manager at the post office says it's on the paper manifesto but the actual product is not scanned meaning that the product was not delivered. I've spend days and weeks now trying to get my product or a refund. Unlimited Cellular won't offer refund or product. I will be filing complaints against both Walmart and united cellular with the BBB.

Bought 2 security cameras

Bought 2 security cameras online. Never ordered before so no experience. Third party is Ami Ventures but I'm thinking I pay Walmart.ca so MUST be alright... WRONG. Cameras arrived and faulty so request a return and refund. Walmart.ca drops the ball and I have to do everything with Ami Ventures which turns out is a SCAM company. I phoned Walmart.ca numerous times to explain I purchased from Walmart so it shouldn't be MY problem. Every time their response was they'd send an email for them to contact me... Ami Ventures doesn't respond. So... I'm out $378.09 and Walmart.ca won't take care of their customer OR their third party seller. Walmart.ca is just as bad as Ami Ventures! SCAM companies the both of them. Won't happen again from me... BUYERS BEWARE!

WORST to buy stuff online

I bought a breast pump abd smart watch from their third party seller "ECanada" m. The breast pump was broken, and the smart watch which I ordered is black they sent me white! When I went to the store right away after opening the package, they said they don't do returns for third party, and the lady gave me the walmart customer service is the walmart US instead of canada.So I phoned them, and they send email to ECanada, and they asked me for the photos. And they're reply is ridiculous. For the breast pump they replied "It wont affect the use, can I refund you $2 as a compensation and keep it?" seriously?! And for the wrong item the reply was "It was just a different band but it works just like the same" Oh my God! I will never again in my life order online thru walmart.ca it seems like all their third party are not worth the trust to buy any stuff. Worst service ever it took forever for them to get back to you! Never waste your money nor your time ordering from walmart.ca!
