The worst online shopping I experienced with a large company, it's like a scam you don't get refund, they have a worst customer service with no respect with client they don't listen to client with the fake survey that don't allow you to say no, I called 12 times spoke with even the supervisor but they are all the same
After 4 months of ordering I still don't get my refund.
Online order on Sept. 30/20 and received part of order on Oct. 7th. Missing 3 balls of yarn (packing slip indicated was in order) and the wrong color for 3 other balls of yarn. Called customer service sent email refund to return items via canada post to warehouse and indicated wait for rest of order to see if missing yarn included. Received rest of order on Oct 15th... no missing yarn included. Called customer service received refund for missing yarn. Tried to return wrong color yarn to Walmart store REFUSED to accept because email Canada post refund was issued. Returned yarn via Canada post on Nov. 4th and yarn was received in warehouse on Nov 9th. No refund received by Nov. 18th called customer service and provided tracking #. Indicated will process refund. Called again and again... same answer refund is being processed. Talked to supervisor on Jan. 28th. She indicated will ensure refund is processed. Received email from Walmart asking if I am returning my yarn. UNBELIEVABLE... I have a tracking number from Canada post that says they received my returned yarn but REFUSE to acknowledge or refund my money. Called again another supervisor at customer service on Feb 10th... 10th time. And he said will talk to financial dept to ensure my refund is processed. I can't believe a corporation can be so corrupt and be able to get away with the worst customer service ever experienced. They actually received the returned product and refuse to refund my money... WOW... how do they get away with stealing people's hard earned money. BE CAREFUL WITH WALMART ONLINE SHOPPING. This corporation has no ethics when it comes to stealing your money. Note: 1 star rating is way too good for this corrupt corporation.
I ordered an item that took almost a month to arrive. And when it did it was wrong... They use 3rd party sellers from China, much like eBay. No satisfaction from customer service or resolution. This is the response from the seller lol

I bought an item from a 3rd party seller. The company shipped the wrong product, charged me shipping fees. I was able to return the item to walmart physical store but was left with shipping fees that were not refunded. What a scam! And to top this off, there is no mean to post on walmart.ca website...
Ordered on Jan 7. My item shipped, or so it said. A week later I received a refund with no explanation. It was sold by Universal Herbs. Poor customer service. Order #*******762. Look it up for yourself
I have never experienced worse customer service than walmart. They dont know a single thing what they are doing.
We have purchased a camera lens and the third party seller(My Phone Accessories) in Walmart has never sent us the item and Walmart has done nothing after 2 months of following up and many escalations! Sick and tired of following ups and wasting our time. Closed our account and will never shop there at least never online!
Ordered over a month ago, package was supposed to arrive 2 weeks ago but it still isn't here. The tracking doesn't work (code keeps popping up as invalid) so I have no idea where the package is, reached out to both walmart and the shipping company and haven't received a response from either. Website doesn't even have a clear way to ask for a refund/new package for non grocery items
Was on the phone with customer service for over an hour, neither of us could hear each other properly and I was eventually hung up on and sent to a survey to rate them.
Hopefully I can sort something out with my bank instead because it was a pretty expensive mistake to order here, if you came across this site because the same thing happened to you I'd suggest doing the same because your package likely isn't coming
I usually go through the self-serve checkout usually because there is always a line up at the regular cashiers. Probably because there is not enough staff.
After scanning my items and then parceling everything myself. The computer asks how was my service?
I laugh every time because basically there is no service. But the thing that bothers me the most is even after I check myself out and parcel they still want me to pay 5 cents for a bag.
I think at least after they save all that money on not hiring a cashier to do the work at least they could throw in a free bag or two.
I would give 0 rating if I could! I ordered a head and scalp massager price was $30.30 Thinking it was better quality than most. I receive it a month and a half later and it's the exact same one that is in the center of Isle of Walmart for $2.00. Im disgusted in Walmarts POOR CHOICE of product sales and how they could possibly allow this to happen.
I ordered and paid $15 shipping for a puzzle for my Granddaughter and then again a puzzle for my Grandson. Both of these had a piece missing. WHAT A DISAPOINTMENT FOR THE KIDS. I want my money back. I ordered both of these online and I also ordered 2 more for my other Grandsons. Never again. The other puzzles have not been put together so I don't know if they are whole or missing pieces too.
I bought a Nintendo Switch video game on Dec 25th and was supposed to receive an email with the digital code to download the game. Two days have passed and I have not received the code needed, so I contacted customer service; however, they refused to cancel the order and asked that I wait until January 13. Obviously, I did not accept that solution and they asked for 72 hours.
I placed an online order on November 27th it was to be Delivered on December 8th today Ishtar 27th and I still not received it. Customer service is the worst. Take forever to answer calls and can't resolve problem. I requested a refund was told only can cancel order 30 minutes after placing the order. I will have to email their external seller and deal with it on my own. They have no control. This site just used Walmart name and is not the Walmart store that we know and trust. This is a total SCAM! Said it delivered and still have not received it and they know it has not been delivered because they told me over the phon on my last call on December 27 th that the sell run out of and is still taking orders for something they don't have. I am so angry.
I ordered on line Nov 18,2020. Item not received as of Dec 23,2020. Yet paid for. Tracking stated order estimated date of arrival Dec 4,2020. Numerous calls and emails sent to Walmart. Escalated 4 times. Still no merchandise or refund. Customer service is NIL.
I ordered this on November 24th for a December 4th delivery…. I've had three separate calls with Walmart PROMOSING this would be delivered BEFORE Christmas…. In the email below (after my second call….) indicates that is WILL be delivered in 4-5 BUSINESS DAYS…. Which means it SHOULD have been here by December 18th! It's now December 22nd and I am on the phone with Walmart AGAIN and am being told it WON'T arrive before Christmas and is sitting in ONTARIO as we speak…… This was supposed to be my grand daughters CHRISTMAS GIFT!

Try to find anything on walmart.ca. It's useless to find if your nearby store has the item you're looking for in stock. Plus it doesn't publish the prices of what's in stores!
That's it for me. Not only is customer service at stores appalling, but their website is totally useless. If their prices were worth the hassle it would be a different story but check the price on an item on walmart.com and walmart.ca and be prepared for sticker shock.
And if you try to get help on their website good luck! You're barraged with lame, cookie-cutter problems and answers and can't actually ask your own question and if you try to find more, you're stopped with a "are you human" captcha.

It's really too bad that the service has to be that bad that customers lose and leave that it's awful as well as the site simple tasks the instructions to do them do not match what they say so they waste people time which by the time a customer is done they are annoyed and frustrated to the point, of "no return". The capture below is an example of how bad it is, "try" to follow that! It just doesn't work from beginning so there is no finish this is only a small part of the dissatifaction!
First they have lost an order. Still can provide no information where it went after it left the depot in Calgary 6 weeks ago. They called 2x to pick up an order. I hadn't receive any email that it was ready so I called just before going there and they confirmed. So went there, waited 25 minutes before I was told there was no parcel for me. Can I vote less than one. Toooooo frustrating.
Answer: After the bad experience, Walmart will not be my first choice for shopping. Bad customer service and employee behavior.
Answer: Choose menu option 1 for grocery order and customer service will answer. Discovered in frustration, was going to say oops and ask for transfer to human but no need.
