Terrible online service. Ordered 6 items that were on sale. One by one they cancelled every item except 1.
One by one. So I was sent 5 digital gift cards for each cancelled item. I did 3 online chats asking why the 5 items that were cancelled are still showing as in stock on line. They kept sending these generic texts telling me to be patient and they can understand my frustration. I told them to cancel the last item as it is no longer needed as the WHOLE order was supposed to be a birthday gift that was now ruined. Kept telling me to refuse the delivery. I asked how I was supposed to do that from work. They would not cancel it. It is an electronic item which they refused to return even though it was unopened. A set of head phone. Unopened and the store refused to do a refund because it was an electronic item. I had to go over an hour by buss to a store to return the ONE item they sent. They REFUSED to return it.
Every person you speak with is some idiot who cannot speak English or French in INDIA. I hate hate hate Walmart and am completely done with them. EVERY store in Canada is ALL INDIAN people. ALL OF THEM. This is CANADA. Have a variety of people from all backgrounds working in the stores. This will properly reflect Canada. I feel like I am shopping in India. The clerks are rude, they speak in their own language right in from of the customers. It is a discussing experience shopping at Walmart now.

Huma took the time to help me and provided with an outstanding customer service that I never experienced at Walmart in Moncton. People like that need recognition as they are the most devoted employees any company would benefit from.
Ordered groceries making sure I did not allow substitutions. Was ignored and they sent a pile of items I did not authorize a purchase of. Because they are groceries, they cant be mailed back. They get off scot free with robbing people? How is this possible.

We bought the gift card in 3105 walmart and when we are paying in the cash register we are not allowed to use our credit card. As far as i know because i have experience as a cashier the credit card which is provided by walmart will not allowed to buy credit card in the store but the credit card which is your bank card you are allowed to use that for payment. This is not a good experience in this store. There's a lot of instance that the cashiers in this store has no proper training of implementing policies that the head cash manager has to focus on it. Proper training and good customer service. I know most of the store wants a good experience for customers but this store is worse in cashing people. Other associates in the floor help a lot but cashiers are mostly rude.
Walmart isn't able to track scammers on their site. I was delivered a fake item (photo) and now being asked to sign litigation forms to launch a formal legal investigation to get my refund back. Plus poor system of email communication from poorly names accounts (*******@custhelp.com???) asking for signed forms, and confusing discussions with unknown callers. Worst experience ever, will never be shopping at Walmart online again.
You should change the name from Walmart Pharmacy to "CITY OF ANGELS" because it is run by angels in human form. They are compassion, kindness, patience, love incarnate. They go over and beyond the call of duty to listen, help, care. They truly are angels in white coats.
Isidro Wang, Marina Zhan, Tara Rizi and Caroline are the few that I constantly deal with and there are times I just look at them and cry because all I see is not human beings but pure Angels of Mercy. I wish the world was full of human beings like these people. It would be a wonderful place to live.

I went to self checkout in Laval 6 machines with only 3 active. My beef, why don't the inacive machines have some kind of indication there down ex red x light or something. I can't beleive that someone bought these machines with out asking a logical question like this. Other clients said I should be more patient. Why be patient with a machine. I perfer to be patient with a person, a machine should be 100% no excuses

Hello Walmart Canada, we speak English and French here in Canada you need to have someone who speaks clearly the language so customers can understand on top of the language they have the worse customer service unprofessional, disrespectful, rude towards customers it's the worse place ever and the products it's absolutely disgusting mouse everywhere hidden underneath the shelves where do we live? Someone has to inspect Walmart due to the mouse's they have. I will never shop there neither my friends.
Worst customer service. Recently I had purchased two mobile phones online at a discount price for myself and my husband. But since the price reduced further within next two or three days, I had contacted Walmart customer service and asked for a price adjusment. Eventhough the customer service rep promised that I will be contacted soon by the seller and also be refunded me the differential cost, they never did so. Not just that, they kept me in susupense for one and a half months. Each time a customer service rep would respond saying either it's possible one time and say just the opposite the next time confusing me totally. After keeping me waiting for this long, they finally said it's not possible. So, I lost my patience and asked them to either lodge a complaint against the customer service rep (for mileading me, giving me false hope and giving me such mental harrassment by keeping me in suspense for so long) or compensate by sending me an e-voucher. But they simply refused to do it. This, I find to be totally rude, unethical and extremely unprofessional towards one of their loyal customer. Hence I'll NEVER ever purchase anything from Walmart anymore!
Ok why is it that I can't walk into a Walmart and show them what I want and have them order it and I pay for it.plus the fee for the service no matter what it is that I want. With no risk to service store because it's already paid for it's free Money! Why would they tell me no! You have to order from Amazon isn't that the opposite of capitalism
My husband bought Tylenol with codone in Wawa for $13.00. An elderly friend with severe arthritis asked me to pick her some up when I went to Thunder Bay store 1166. They charged $24.97 for identical products. Price gouging at its finest! Beware people.
The company is a piece of $#*!! They don't give you requested sick days off, they screw your hours by showing favouritism, they expect you to do a million things when you're only one person and they pay minimum wage just to be walked on and treated like $#*!.
You go to the managers with issues, like you're supposed to, and they don't do $#*! about it. They just say it's nothing I can do. You go to the higher ups on the chain and all they do is send your complaint back to HR who then still does absolutely nothing about any of the issues that are going on,
As both a previous worker and a shopper I see all of the neglect that the workers are receiving at being on the bottom of the chain and how over worked that they're getting. At the Owen Sound store in particular all of the management is corrupt. Store manager will do what he needs to to make the higher up's happy and think that everything is fine when that's farthest thing from the truth. All other managers won't do anything to properly help their team and make them feel like $#*! instead because they're not getting enough work done. And they try to demand other teams to complete not only their jobs but other people's jobs as well.

Terrible experience with online order and not receiving the product parts. Simply Walmart says you as a customer go and deal with the vendor or supplier.

Ordered cat litter - 10 boxes... 9 delivered (2 damaged) one missing... Fedex Shows missing - this was on June 12th. Have wasted over 2 hours on hold and speaking with multiple people who assure me my issue is being escalated... no credit, no replacement still... when i call CS no one can help me - so essentially they have stolen my money. 10.89 + tax and no one will authorize refund... Will not order online ever again. Also won't shop at their store either. Would give a zero if i could...

Ordered a lawnmower online for store pickup as i needed it the next day to finish my lawn as the landlord was coming over. I was informed it would be ready the next day. As my husband was driving to pick up the lawnmower i was informed it would not be available for pick up for 10 days!?
If I would have ordered delivery i would have had it in 5 days.
When i called they said there was nothing they could do. I said either refund my money or get me a lawnmower by the following morning. I said you enteted a contract with me where i agreed to give you money if you agreed to supply me with a oriduct the next day. So, i gave them money, they did not give me a priduct, yet still took my money knowing they didnt have it. That is pretty greasy, if another person did this to me it would be considered theft.
I would never again use their online anything...I will be returning the item the minute they give it to me.
They will most likely not see me spending any money in their stores anymore either.

Oh yes, and when I asked to speak to a manager about returning my money, i was sent to a dead line that just kept ringing. Guaranteed they were informed to do that. Very classy
This company has what might be some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. Made me wait a month for my order, then cancelled it at the last minute. Every service representative I spoke to was either clueless or rude and pretended the connection was bad so they could hang up or disconnect chat. The third-party seller is not available to contact via email or phone and cancelled the order over a week after when it was supposed to be delivered. Lastly, had the gall to ask me to go through the whole experience again once the seller cancelled. Terrible experience here. These people make me never want to walk into a Walmart ever again.
Answer: After the bad experience, Walmart will not be my first choice for shopping. Bad customer service and employee behavior.
