I haven't recieved my contacts yet so I can't speak of the quality, but I paid 20$ for overnight shipping & it's been 6 days & they only verified my prescription THIS MORNING probably because I emailed them. Guess when? This morning. What is the point of overnight shipping if it's taking a week? (Or more, since my order hasn't even been processed yet) I complained when it had been 5 days and they didn't apologize or anything. Just gave me an update. Never ordering from here again, they left me blind

I can't recall buying anything from Drugstore.com for among other reasons my prescription plan decides where I buy what. However I have found the site's prescription drug information and interactions information helpful.

I routinely get about 3 prescriptions a month and I thought they all cost the same price due to some industry regulation--what I didn't realize is that isn't true at all. It seems very unusual to me that pharmaceutical drugs that saves lives varies so much by price and it is all the same exact drug. This online store is saving me about 50 dollars a month and now I don't even have to go to CVS every month for refills.

Drugstore.com is easy and hassle free. They have a pretty wide selection of merchandise and always offer additional savings. Shipping is reasonable and all items are as advertised. Items have never been omitted from my order and they reward returning customers with coupons and other incentives.

The site is easy to use and the search feature works well. Shopping on this site is easy, hassle free and the prices are reasonable.

I like Walgreens's stores but there online data base is kinda not up to the stores standards.The package tracking can get so confusing from Pre-Shipping notice(wth is that) to getting your package 2weeks later... it's okay

Went to pick up Prescription called in 3 days earlier there were 6 people in line ahead of me 30 minutes later when i got to the Register there were 8 people waiting in line behind me.
Poor Cashier was swamped, No help. Others in the pharmacy did not come to help her. No sign of Pharmacy Manager or Store Manager. No Customer Service. Did not used to be this way

They offer fair and reasonable prices for their products, offer lots of discounts, and if the purchase is over $25, there is no shipping or handling, or taxes. I have used them for more than 15 years and find their services excellent.

I'm in an apartment building and the landlord won't allow me to change my cable services. I am considering moving where I have a choice. I have had my bill go up several times. When I asked for no phone and fewer channels I am told that "retail" would cost more than my 'bundle'. I have documented (for 10 months) far slower internet speed than the extreme I have been paying for. TWC just raised my bill by $10 but my internet speed has not improved. This is fraud! The last 3 nights my TVs have been skipping and screwing up the picture. I am so frustrated and understand why TWC is the most hated company in the USA.
When my cable is out of service the phone doesn't work so I have been forced by health problems to get and pay for a cell phone for emergencies.

I had a couple of deployments in Iraq & Afghanistan, and these guys were a real blessing. I found good deals on many items that were hard for me to find otherwise, and shipping is fast & free on most orders. Many online retailers will not ship to military APO/FPO's overseas, but these guys do. Even back home. drugstore.com is a convenient way to get many things at a good price.

Ordered 3 of same item

Ordered 3 of same item. Site never said it was backordered. After almost 2 months finally shipped. 1 item was damaged due to insufficient packaging. Another item was not even what we ordered. Waste of money. Will never order from them again.

If I could give negative rating I would.

Overcharging theft
June 12, 2022

This is the third time, a Walgreens cashier has stolen from me. The first two times I caught the overcharging theft as soon as I left the store and immediately returned to have it corrected. This time I had walked all the way home and started putting my items away when I looked at the receipt and saw the scam. I contact Walgreens via customer service chat and was disconnected and told to walk all the way back to the store despite my disability and exhaustion and it being nighttime. I was even charged for an item I did not buy and overcharged again because the cashier did something and lost the scan of my savings card.

Randomly cancelled my order 3 times before accepting it and finally shipping it. The return process has been AWFUL! I am still waiting for a return 60 days later. Customer service is horrible. BUYER BEWARE!

Quick and easy

Walgreens.com is an easy to navigate site. Lots of products not available in store. I like that when you order online you still get points as you would in store. I've never dealt with the pharmacy online so I can't speak in that service. But I love the selection of products. Excellent beauty section!

They delay and scam you when you seek refund. I ordered High street spectacles, which they quickly accepted payment, but then they said they don't have the spectacles in stock. I requested refund they didn't reply unitl days later indicating they will discount a second pair. Wait I never received first pair. When I tried to get a refund, they said it was done, but here I am 39 days later and still no credit to my purchase. The worst customer service with real attitude. Still not refunded. No better way than to take it to social media. Good luck vision direct!

If you cannot make the drive to your local Walgreens or CVS this store is excellent -often with lower prices. If you combine eBates with the current DrugStore.com coupon codes you can get a lot off your purchase.

I was in the Walgreens on Pine Ridge in Fort Myers Florida and was rushing around looking for some specific when my change purse opened and all the change feel out. The cashier, Michelle, and another employee, did not get the name, stopped what they were doing to help me pick up all the change. I was truly thankful for their kindness.
