They delay and scam you when you seek refund. I ordered High street spectacles, which they quickly accepted payment, but then they said they don't have the spectacles in stock. I requested refund they didn't reply until days later indicating they will discount a second pair. Wait I never received first pair. When I tried to get a refund, they said it was done, but here I am 39 days later and still no credit to my purchase. A computer error, Hah! The worst customer service with real attitude.
