I ordered the same product for almost 10 years ( desk calendar). But this year the quality was really bad, not glossy, paper is think.
If you're looking for a fast and very good quality printed stuff, you can leave your work in their hands. Simple the best option for printing!
Good experience with them although the discount code didn't work at first. Got the cards delivered on time and they looked great. Would use again.
Prices could be a bit better, but very convenient. You can design your cards and such and then repurchase or redesign. LOVE the magnets.
I've been getting my business cards from Vistaprint for years. Suddenly their quality and customer service has hit rock bottom.
I received my 200 cards with a giant QR code covering the entire front of the card. This was so obviously a mistake, anyone in a print shop could have caught it and corrected it. But instead, they shipped me the cards. The QR code had nothing to do with my business or organization. It covered my name, address, and company logo.
I have the card shipped by Express delivery, and paid extra. They arrived 2 days after the promise date.
After I received the 200 misprint cards, Vistaprint, of course, agreed to reprint the order. But they refuse to overnight express the print job, so I had to wait another 7 days. Once again, we are at day 8.5 and still no cards.
Customer service was deplorable. I could not reach anyone by phone, so I used the online chat. The entire conversation was obviously the product of preformatted statements. It was as if I was chatting with someone hitting function keys. When I finally got the representative to speak in normal sentences, the conversation was confusing and convoluted. First the agent blamed me for the misprint, completely illogical, because my design template was visible on her screen. Then the agent all but refused to connect me with the supervisor. After waiting on chat box hold for 27 minutes, a supervisor came up on the chat. The supervisor promptly cut me off.
I've lost all confidence that Vistaprint can complete an order correctly on time.
Take a look at my photo and imagine anyone in a print company making 200 copies of this then shipping it to a customer.
I have used Vista Print for years! A wonderful company who produce everything you could ever want from a printer!
Best deal for business cards! This site has some pretty good deals and the delivery is quick. Overall good experience.
Quality goods, But a company that does not understand the word NO when it comes to pestering customers, Only used this company once and I would not go back to them ever again
Terrible! I had to keep my project with the wrong name! Absurd lack of respect for the customer!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY EVEN TO DOGS
Quality is ok, but suuuuper high prices what you're getting... I mean a mug is around $14! Holy s**** it's just a mug
I can buy a STARBUCKS mug for that much and it would be high quality
My dog has been eating life's abundance since he was a puppy. He loves it! The shipping is always on time and ordering is easy. We use the auto ship.
I recently had a rather disappointing experience with Vistaprint when I approached them to design a unique logo for my business and to provide me with the necessary resources to trademark it. Unfortunately, their claims turned out to be completely false, leaving me frustrated and dissatisfied with their services.
Upon contacting Vistaprint, I was enticed by their promises of a uniquely designed logo that would be exclusively mine. They assured me that I would have full ownership and control over the logo, including the ability to trademark it for my business. This was a crucial requirement for me, as I wanted to protect my brand and establish a distinct identity in the market.
However, when I received the final logo design from Vistaprint, I was shocked to find out that it was nothing more than a generic template that lacked originality. It was clear that they had not invested any effort into creating a unique design tailored to my business. The logo failed to capture the essence of my brand and simply looked like a generic clip art that anyone could use.
As a result of Vistaprint's false claims and lack of follow-through, I was left with a logo that was far from being unique or representative of my business. The inability to trademark the logo further hindered my efforts to protect my brand identity. I felt cheated and deceived by Vistaprint's marketing tactics, which ultimately wasted my time and money!
I strongly advise anyone considering Vistaprint for logo design or trademark services to proceed with caution. Don't fall for their promises of uniqueness and trademark access, as my experience shows that they do not deliver on these commitments. Instead, I recommend seeking out reputable design agencies or professional graphic designers who can genuinely create a logo that reflects your brand and provide you with accurate guidance on trademarking.
I would not recommend their services to anyone seeking a truly personalized logo design or trademark support.
Ordered several banners for my shop. A creative team managed to meet my expectations. I received banners on time, the quality was quite good.
I have used vista twice for business cards. The first time my text was too small (It was my mistake after reviewing my submitted photo). Both times, the text size and colors have been exactly as I ordered, and the color is awesome!
Today I received my first order of 11 x 17 posters, which had a couple of issues. One of them being my fault, and the other quite possibly the Mail Carrier...
I called Vistaprint (around 3:30 pm est), and waited only about 5 minutes when someone answered. The lady I spoke with was very helpful, and quick to address my concerns.
She was able to access my order, and fix the 3 photos that had a white margin. She resized my pics and re-added them to my basket at no additional charge. The other issue was bent corners on several of the posters. The box had some bent corners, which ultimately was responsible for the bent posters. I have to assume the carrier did this, as all of my individual posters were protected by cardboard.
(The colors are spot on! Visually stunning!)
Not only did Vistaprint answer all my questions, they also put an expedited reprint/ship on my order which I will get in 2 days! Amazing!
Words or wisdom:
Preview ALL of your photos online before ordering them, and make sure they get the full bleed.
Also, order ahead of time in case something like this happens. I am selling my prints at up coming craft shows. The nearest one is 12 days away, so with the 2 day expedited shipping I have peace of mind that if something is bent, there's still time to get it right.
Vistaprint gets an A+++ rating from me
Lastly, make sure your picture size is large. The larger the picture from the beginning, the better the quality for your enlargements.
I am a loyal customer thanks to their awesome customer service!

I placed an order June 1st 2022 for 200 phone holder lanyards to sell at my business because we had run out. I have used Vistaprint before to do this with no issue and was happy with the product. Expected delivery date was June 14th. Cool. No delivery so I reached out June 21st and was informed that they were delayed and then assured that they would be in my possession in one week. No delivery. I reached out again Monday June 27th and I was told they would get back to me by the end of the day. No update. I reached out yet again on Tuesday June 28th and I was told they they would get back to me in less than 48 hours. You can probably guess where this is going. No update. Thursday June 30th I reached out for the fourth time to be told that they were out of stock. Seriously? Why was I not told this in the first place? Why was I permitted to order the product if they were out of stock? They apologized and said they will process a refund. I am out a lot of time and money over this and an, "Oops, our bad" isn't good enough. Never again.
Got an email offering to REORDER my previous order at half price. Called to use the code and REORDER. No such deal. They had some excuse that My cards had a few extras and would be more then DOUBLE the advertised half off to again REORDER my cards. I asked why would they asks me to REORDER my cards but offer at more then double? Their excuse was that the language used is for basic cards and NOT my cards. Why offer me to REORDER my cards yet be deceptive in the price. They just lump us all into a bucket of customers and the add is for not me and my order but the initial low price to spark interest. The kicker was they said they are not trying to be deceptive. Ya, right. I a offered for the manager to honor their deceptive offer or my company will take our business elsewhere. She only stated again the more then DOUBLE cost. I wished her a nice day and let her know my com pamy would no longer be doing business with them a and that I would be letting every business I know to not use them and we deal with a lot.
Not that I'm that fond of Vistaprint anyway, but my company is currently using them for our Website. TVistaprint has now combined with WIX and are calling it VISTA x WIX. WIX is "currently" migrating websites, doing this with no choice of whether we want a redesign of our site. Now that's GALL.
NO INFO on when this miraculous re-birth might happen over a year, and our price will go up (we didn't have a choice on that either). But my biggest complaint is that apparently Vistaprint/Wix are working on my website (I guess, who really knows?) And there is NO PLACE TO FIND ANSWERS ABOUT WHAT IS GOING ON after whatever hours they are deciding to be open (Apparently the WHOLE WORLD revolves around whatever time they deem as important). I work after hours. I need to post some info RIGHT NOW, but our site and anything I need to change on it is only available who knows when? But I can't find that out to do my job because if I want to ask anyone I can fill out an email request and expect an email sometime in the next 24 hours. But even with THAT, THE ONLY INFO that they will answer by email is "Need a password?" or "Reset your Password." Really? That's the only thing you think could be needed across the world? MORONS.
I PROMISE that I will do everything in my power to make my company choose a MORE RELIABLE and useful place to do business. You can BE SURE my recommendation won't be with VISTAPRINT NOR WIX.
I can't give you anything to verify my credentials as I am only a lowly graphic designer. We don't matter.
Vistaprint changed me over to a new platform without my permission and with no notice whatsoever. I have used them for many years and was very happy. However my site has been down repeatedly for over three weeks. I have talked to at least 20 different techs and managers at Vistaprint and even filed a complaint with the better business bureau. I have been given phone numbers so that I can talk with the same person and when I call them no one seems to know who they are or how to reach them. I was contacted by Abigail, after filing my complaint with the bbb, who claimed to be the assistant to the CEO. I don't believe her. She promised to have my issue resolved by the end of the day. That still has not happened and that was yesterday. They now tell me it will take up to 6 weeks for my sites new pages to get indexed again by the search engines and I never asked for these changes! I was never advised that this was going to take place. Their utter disregard and cavalier attitudes towards my livelihood and the livelihood of my employees is an outrage and unconscionable. I can't tell if they are negligent or just totally incompetent. They did a haphazard job of recreating my sites pages on the new site after all the grief they already caused one would think they would have recreated the new site with a fine tooth comb to make things right. No. They did utterly sloppy work. I cannot recommend strongly enough that you not use them. Also their new website builder offers absolutely no new benefits to the customer which means it probably was a benefit only to Vistaprint and not the customer and for that they have risked my livelihood. They guarantee 99% up time or they will make it right. They have not. We are talking about my customers not even being able to get to my website for a a long periods of time and countless lost business. Being able to access our customers information is critical. I have contacted all the news media outlets hoping they will run the story and let others know that they should stay completely away from this company. I going to try GODADDY. I am hoping they will have a conscience.
Answer: Yes, the calendars are beautifully done and arrive in great shape, quality is very nice.
Answer: Yes - awhile back and its easy but seamless. Otherwise, the platform is easy but just takes some tweaking.
Answer: Call customer service at Vistaprint- it probably depends on the pen or it may not have refills. :)
Answer: That is on your end... It does not have 2 step verification like bank website do, but all you have to do is make a secure password uncommon to other passwords you use
Answer: We did graduation invites and the were awesome! We put my daughters gradation pictures on the invitation the price was better than anywhere else! If you need them in a hurry - you would have to pay extra shipping is all. :)
Answer: I think Vistaprint has a section on that subject and can point you in the direction of a designer it says they have a community of trusted designers! I suppose you can email them a image of it aqnd they will create it. Its not that hard to do it yorself if its not to elaborate I used photoshop and downloaded some free templates and manipulated them to get my desired card. But if your not up for it check these out here, https://www.vistaprint.co.uk/design
Answer: I believe its excellent! I am waiting for poloshirts to come in and I willbe ordering some myself. If you are not happy with anything from vistaprint Iwill sort it out I just had my card redone and they where really good at sorting the issue out. https://www.vistaprint.co.uk/satisfaction-guarantee
Answer: No Its actually belongs to Wix.com its been created with there site creator program so the site is not transferable in any way as Wix only allows you to use it becaiuse your hosting your site with them so provides a means for you to create a free site using their planner. Only your domain name can be moved depending who you have it with I know this as I created my own site through Wix directly but I didn't use Vistaprint to do it I did it myself I think they are just a middle man! In this case, I use others to host my domain emails as you can get that done cheaper else where but I'm happy with my site after editing the absolute hell out of the template but I loved manipulating the template and got it just how I like it. However be aware that if your not paying for any CEO services your site is just a portfolio and even though your registered on google search engines you won't be found under any serches for services! Gpoogle want money for you to be found or you have pay for a CEO service to constantly manipulate your ceo to get found for search quiries! I am found in google no problem but by name only not by service! I mainly use mine as a portfolio but am found via my cards and via the likes of face book and other simular apps. Which works for me.
