Bij overgang Vista naar Wix zeer weinig communicatie. Ineens veel meer betalen én zelf domeinnaam betalen aan Hover. Niets van mee gekregen en nu domeinnaam onder quarantaine. Eerst veel geld betalen, dan pas komt het vrij. Terwijl er geen communicatie is geweest tussen ons en Wix. Verschillende malen toezegging van hulp, tot nu toe nog steeds zonder website! 1 werknemer zou alles voor ons oppakken, helaas blijft die lijn nu stil. En bij alles " hadden wij maar moeten opletten". Ons viel ons eigenlijk meer op dat we van € 17 euro compleet bij Vista, naar € 22 euro naar Wix en ook nog € 16 pj naar Hover! Zonder enige vorm van duidelijke communicatie. Wix haalt ook nog even ipv een maandbedrag ook even het jaarbedrag van onze rekening! Zonder toestemming! Hover ook betaald maar volgens Hover te laat. Nu dus kosten om de website vrij te krijgen! Bijna € 300 euro betaald en géén website en géén domeinnaam! Het voelt absoluut als oplichting!
I have used Vista print for printed materials and they were great. So when I received the email regarding mask I jumped right on it for the mask to start delivery in June. Well I waited and waited and received no feedback. I called customer service and was transferred to "mask customer service" who only could say due to overwhelming response we are running behind. But promised my mask would get to me on a certain date. The date came and went and no mask. I called again and was told sorry, someone will call you back or you will receive an email with an update. No phone call. Weeks later received a message that part of my order of 5 were shipped. I checked UPS and UPS had no record for two days. I called again and said when were they actually leaving their warehouse and why I only had a partial order. The representative blamed UPS they had not picked up the order! And said the other two patterns that I pre ordered they had run out and were waiting for more. I had a friend who ordered after me by one month and her order came quicker. She ordered again because she liked the mask and her order came before I received my complete order!
I contacted Vista Print mask area at least 5 times and was suppose to have a manager contact me. I'm still waiting and that was last month! When I finally received my final order two of the mask had the filter in the package the last mask did not! When I called they said they stopped supplying filters with the mask. I said don't you think if two mask has the filter and one does not that you might but a note with it. And I had purchased a mask thinking I would receive a filter like the others. All they said was we stopped sending a filter with the mask. I asked again to speak with a manager... still waiting today for that call.
Customer Service is poor on a good day, communication is non existent, I like the designs but I paid a lot for a lot of frustration. Oh and their only answer is you can cancel your order. That is not how to be customer focused!
Site is extremely easy, checkout is easy, Order arrives in reasonable time and in good shape! I would recommend this to everyone who has a business.
Absolutely Great Customer Service and would recommend to anyone, A little more expensive than Costco, but you can totally customize with fast shipping.
I ordered my first promobox from Vistaprint recently during their $5.00 promotion. I submitted my designed logo, a mission statement, all types of contact information, etc.
Promobox arrived and the contents are just plain sad.
1. A pen. Says my company's name on it in a font DIFFERENT than my logo. No contact information. This is not an item I can hand someone as a giveaway and them be able to contact me. Not of much use to me as is.
2. LOOSE LEAF paper with my logo at the top and some contact info at the bottom. I will not use this. Secondly IF I did need something like this I would have printed it myself. Nothing word document could not have produced.
3. A card business holder. It's okay. Again, wrong font. Basically at this point I am feeling like a Vistaprint employee had to push boxes out as fast as possible and not two minutes was spent on my box. I requested modern designs and I see nothing of the sort.
4. Envelopes. My logo and business are in the upper left corner. I may use these but they weren't something I was looking for.
With a $5.00 promotion I was under the impression that vistaprint would WOW me with my first box (wether or not they lost a few dollars in product) to gain my business and allow me to continue my subscription. Based on the materials in my box they literally made money off of my $5.00. Loose leaf paper and envelopes are pennies.
At the end of the day, I believe I spent more time filling out their questionnaire than an employee spent to value me as a customer. Im super disappointed as this is something I could have used. Gave them the opportunity to gain my business and it's not even a consideration.
I got half the cards I got before and another time I have ordered. This used to be such a deal. Never again will I order from vistaprint
I am thrilled with Vistaprint. I placed an order for a customized embroidered polo shirt as a Christmas gift. There was a fulfillment issue (on their part) with my initial order and I've since provided my recommendation to them about more thoroughly informing the customer about an unforeseen cancellation. But, every experience with them afterwards was fantastic.
They have a wide range of logos you can choose from to put on a polo shirt and then you create your own text that they embroider. I placed my order but 2 days later received a notice from them that it was being cancelled. There was no explanation as to why. I got nervous because time was ticking away. So, I called the Customer Service #. I reached the nicest, most helpful woman in their Jamaica office. She was extremely courteous and explained to me that their logo (a U.S. Navy ship) was too detailed for the stitching. Again, this will be something they must correct because it's part of their offering. However, she and I worked together both on the phone and simultaneously on their website. I chose a different, simple logo (an anchor) and within moments, she was able to display for me the revised order and how the final embroidery would look on the shirt. It went into the online cart and the order was now revised.
I just recieved the shirt yesterday (in time to give to my brother-in-law for his Christmas gift) and I couldn't be more pleased. The quality of the polo shirt is quite nice - not thin and flimsy - and the logo and embroidery are fantastic. I just know that he will really appreciate this personalized gift and wear the shirt all the time (much to the chagrin of my sister).
I will most certainly use Vistaprint for these kinds of specialty gifts. Their customer service was superior and their turnaround time and shipping of the item was incredibly fast. They're an excellent web business.
Designed my own business cards on their site and then ordered 500. Shipment arrived on time and good quality.
Made a mistake once (all the other times were perfect) and they immediately called me and sent me new batch, were super friendly

I suppose you can email them a image of it aqnd they will create it. Its not that hard to do it yorself if its not to elaborate I used photoshop and downloaded some free templates and manipulated them to get my desired card. Answer: No Its actually belongs to Wix.com its been created with there site creator program so the site is not transferable in any way as Wix only allows you to use it becaiuse your hosting your site with them so provides a means for you to create a free site using their planner. Only your domain name can be moved depending who you have it with I know this as I created my own site through Wix directly but I didn't use Vistaprint to do it I did it myself I think they are just a middle man! In this case, I use others to host my domain emails as you can get that done cheaper else where but I'm happy with my site after editing the absolute hell out of the template but I loved manipulating the template and got it just how I like it. However be aware that if your not paying for any CEO services your site is just a portfolio and even though your registered on google search engines you won't be found under any serches for services! Gpoogle want money for you to be found or you have pay for a CEO service to constantly manipulate your ceo to get found for search quiries! I am found in google no problem but by name only not by service! I mainly use mine as a portfolio but am found via my cards and via the likes of face book and other simular apps. Which works for me.
