I've had my Christmas cards made with Vistaprint for several years. Easy to use site, large selection, wonderful customer service. Highly recommended.

I dealt with two Ladies who both have enormous difficult to grasp the concept of good, professional customer care: one hangs up the phone and the other one who claims to be a senior ( Salma) has given some patronising lesson " but also, to add more insult to the injury she also hang up the phone when I was asking to help me to just add further basic information to the order

For almost 10 years I created calendars for family and friends. I am a photographer and include a variety of photos and I add funny holidays and trivia to each day on the calendar. This year, when I added the holidays, the website refused to display the data and I could not complete the calendars. I repeatedly contacted Customer Support about the issue and they repeated told me that their engineers were working on the problem. They promised to keep me apprised of the situation and they failed to do so. After months, the website still did not work, and I could not complete and proof my calendars. I spend MANY hours creating these each year and Vistaprint could not even take the time to test, debug, and fix their website. I am so frustrated with Vistaprint. As a software engineer I know that this is probably not a hard problem to fix but Vistaprint seems either unable or unwilling to make their website work. I could not review the calendars and Vistaprint agreed to send me a free calendar as a proof. They promised it by 12/11 and on 12/12 I emailed them for a status. They told me that I should receive it by 12/20. There is now NO way for me to have calendars by Christmas even though I started them in October. The Vistaprint website did not work, they had months to fix it and they didn't, and their customer service was some of the worst that I have experienced with any company.
The agents were fabulous! Excellent customer service. BUT, it was WAY TOO expensive. I needed to buy only 12 inviations, plus 12 RSVP cards. Well, unfortunately, it only comes in packets of 10, so I was forced to buy 8 extra that I didnt need. Shipping costs are also way too expensive!
Also, the RSVP cards did NOT fit inside the invitations. They do NOT have any RSVP cards that fit, so they ended up giving me bigger envelopes, so it all goes inside the big envelope but the RSVP cards are not inside the invitation, instead it is placed outside which is unprofessional!
Both my inviation and RSVP envelopes are white! If I wanted it to look professional and have matching envelopes... it was going to cost A LOT MORE money PLUS extra expensive shipping costs!
I was not happy about the expensive cards, the expensive shipping and not happy about having to pay extra for matching envelopes. I am not happy that they do not have RSVP cards that fit inside the invitations!
Even my Gran could use this site to design her own cars / invitations etc its that easy!
I have used Vistaprint now for a number of years for business and personal use. I love thier easy to use step by step design tools that enable you to create the most beautiful and personalised items. The provide most things from business cards to t-shirts, fridge magnets to logo design, if you want it, likelyhood is they can do it for you.
One item I notice they don't do is a useful menu template for a cafe / restaurant but thats about it.
Their prices are very fair, and to be honest you could probably find some items slightly cheaper on other sites or from printing businesses in your local area, however, you are paying for the ease of use, the thousands of excellent template designs they provide for you to use on their website and the shear conveneience of sitting and being your own graphic designer from the comfort of your own PC!
The slight downside is that once you have uploaded your design thy give you about 20 other choices of fabulous products with that design on to tempt you to purchase, you can easily skip through these (if you can resist!) and purchase just your order, beware of VAT and delivery added on before you checkout too, be sure to order in plenty of time as its cheaper to wait longer then have a priority order of less than 7 days for example.

Terrible! Do not trust this company with your wedding invitations! I payed extra money to have my wedding invitations, RSVP and details card reviewed by a "Professional" and there were still numerous errors when I received them through the mail, letters were different fonts and sizes within the same word, the formatting was messed up and the paper was cut crookedly! When I called the company to fix the errors they gladly sent me a new product and the associate guaranteed the paper would be cut evenly and straightly... ahaha what a joke... I waited 5 days to get another substandard product and once again the paper was crooked! I could have hand cut the paper better then they did! I called they apologized and I demanded my money back. They "promised" a full refund in 3-4 business days. On the fourth business day no refund so I called the company, and apparently no refund was ever even processed, and now it will be 5 business days guaranteed! What a flipping joke, not only do I have no wedding invitations but am still dealing with this company's BS! Spare yourself the agony and DO NOT USE VISTAPRINT!
I never had a problem with ordering business cards with VistaPrint until I spoke with CS about an order, which was resolved. During the same call I asked for the removal of a business card from a woman Charleston on my account, and a Homeland Security logo in my portfolio - neither I have any dealings with. CS couldn't explain why these random images were there, and repeatedly either told me to "just ignore it" or it was my fault they were there because I "must have loaned my credit card to someone". Then CS told me these orders were placed in 2003, which is longer than I had my account (since about 2011). I was also told it wasn't possible to have this info removed. I asked to speak with a supervisor, who did an override and resolved the problem, but not until after being put on hold repeatedly and being blamed for the problem. It wasn't until I threatened to inform Homeland Security their official logo had somehow gotten on my account portfolio that I got the attention from CS that this was serious. I never did get an answer as to how this breach got into my account.
Bought some business cards and they were really great quality and great price. They arived fast. Their website is easy and fun. I really love ordering stuff from them.
Tried to create a graphic. - ended up needing to use the revisions within the webpage with help because the features on their website were un-useable to create the graphic we were looking for. For a business service this is not very friendly - no wonder so many businesses and other entrepreneurs' use their local paper companies.
When I finally got in contact with the first customer care representative, they moved me toward making a design request even tho I already had my EXACT design. This would have charged me an Extra $5.00 to even just see the graphic created based on the picture of the EXACT GRAPHIC I WANTED TO RECREATE.
Also had a colleague ask for some revisions on a separate type of graphic that allowed you to do revisions through email online without paying the $5. And was given about 3-4 really not nicely made graphics. This place is a money grab and is a joke - trust your local graphic designers and paper companies over some cooperated place like this one. Waste of time and energy.
I bought after using their trial for business cards and got some posters as well. The quality is actually quite good and I'm very satisfied overall.
This year alone my company has spent more than four hours either on hold or trying to get something fixed in our dashboard.
1. We've lost emails
2. Contact forms don't work
3. Can't access emails
4. Customers receive responses like- opps site no longer in service which is highly embarrassing
5. You decide to do maintenance putting sites on hold and unprofessionally do not alert your customers this is going to take place.
6. This year your unprofessionalism has cost me $447
7. Webmaster spends hours updating site pages, saves and publishes only for nothing to be saved or published which the services of work provided still had to be paid for.
8. There's more but I think you get the point and I have kept dates of calls, receipts and emails from clients where we lost money due to Vistaprint
9. We will also file with BBB and alert every news channel we can get to listen.
This is why you have a 2 out of 5 starts which is deserving. You simply have to do better because as you know to change to another service provider means site would have to be rebuilt and purchase of name from you all which your staff barely knows how to explain.
I say this with respect if I lose another dime due to how you are running your business I will be forced to file a lawsuit.

I used Vistaprint from 2003-2010 when I owned 3 small businesses. I relied on them for all my printing needs. They provided quality products and great customer service. Well, I ordered 2 business return address self-inking stamps and one personal/home stamp now. I was so disappointed. I used their customer service person to help me create the orders and get the sizing right. I ordered 2 medium-sized business stamps bcz she assured me that the inked portion would be 2" wide. And I ordered a small stamp for my home address. I was very frustrated when I received them bcz they were both SMALL...too small to use as a return address stamp AND they were the same size. Two different customer service people tried to rectify the situation and were very nice but I realized that I was never going to be able to get the correct size due to their product limitations. I decided to find business ret addr stamps elsewhere (and I did, for half the price.) The 2nd cust serv person I got was kind, professional and helpful. She ended up ordering a home address stamp for me in the correct size and using a credit from the business order. I appreciated her working with me on that. It's still frustrating that I ended up, essentially, paying $50 for ONE home address self-inking stamp. And it's nothing fancy. UGH! I do not recommend VistaPrint for return address stamps but would still use them for printed materials.
I really like the way vista print made my orders, and also liked the customer service, it was excellent.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH VISTA PRINT- EVER!
This company is best described as a fraud. They make claims they do not fulfil and they charge you for services they do not intend to deliver. I'm based in London (very central, not far flung) and I paid £11.8 in extra shipping costs to ensure my business cards were delivered for an important business conference. At 11.30pm the night before scheduled delivery, they send me an email saying its not ready, won't be delivered on time and most shockingly they make no commitment as to when it will be delivered. It's more of a case of "as and when" we will let you know. Then I call customer service and have the misfortune of speaking to a person who after 10 minutes of refusing to state her name, finally identified herself Wissal Laterch. She then puts me on hold to "check with the manufacturer" and never takes me off hold (over an hour) in what is obviously an attempt to spite me for calling in to complain. Ultimately I now have no cards, no explanation regarding the £11.8 for expedited shipping, no apology from VistaPrint and worst of all absolutely no commitment to ever deliver the cards. Like in the email, their position is simply "If or when we deliver it, we'll let you know". Never ever do business with these fraudsters and charlatans! Shame on VistaPrint!
The current Groupon with Vistaprint is a total ripoff. When you use the "special" url, the price is increased by about $20
I was a long-time vistaprint customer, but this is ridiculous.
My order was canceled with no notice and no contact. I will never order from vistoriar again. I contacted them and they apologized but had no reasoning for their failure and no accommodation

I purchased my UV biz cards two types, logo T shirts, card sickers and car magnets and the only thing I was disaponted with was one of my designs which is not down to vistaprint thats my design for my wifes bisiness my other card was amazing which quite frankly is all I care about LOL no seriously my card turned out really well and so did my car magnet signs 10/10 and price was very reasonable especaily today. I really rate Vistaprint and have no problem recomending them. I would state its important to get your images right thats not vistaprints responcabilty its yours and it 100% determins the out come.

I suppose you can email them a image of it aqnd they will create it. Its not that hard to do it yorself if its not to elaborate I used photoshop and downloaded some free templates and manipulated them to get my desired card. Answer: No Its actually belongs to Wix.com its been created with there site creator program so the site is not transferable in any way as Wix only allows you to use it becaiuse your hosting your site with them so provides a means for you to create a free site using their planner. Only your domain name can be moved depending who you have it with I know this as I created my own site through Wix directly but I didn't use Vistaprint to do it I did it myself I think they are just a middle man! In this case, I use others to host my domain emails as you can get that done cheaper else where but I'm happy with my site after editing the absolute hell out of the template but I loved manipulating the template and got it just how I like it. However be aware that if your not paying for any CEO services your site is just a portfolio and even though your registered on google search engines you won't be found under any serches for services! Gpoogle want money for you to be found or you have pay for a CEO service to constantly manipulate your ceo to get found for search quiries! I am found in google no problem but by name only not by service! I mainly use mine as a portfolio but am found via my cards and via the likes of face book and other simular apps. Which works for me.
