Vistaprint's reputation appears to be declining, particularly regarding customer service and product quality. While some customers have praised the quick turnaround times and effective support from individual agents, a significant number have reported frustrating experiences with unresponsive service, order errors, and poor-quality products. Common complaints include delays in delivery, inadequate communication, and unsatisfactory resolutions to issues. Additionally, customers have expressed concerns over the consistency of product quality, suggesting changes in manufacturing. Overall, while Vistaprint has a loyal customer base, many are reconsidering their relationship due to these persistent challenges.

I opted out of all their emails and what do they do? Send me an email telling me not to opt out. Then they sent me an email telling me I abandoned my cart. Yes, I did, because by the time I got there they'd added so many BS fees that it was much cheaper to get my biz cards through someone else.
There are much better websites to get business cards from. I suppose if you want a few crappy, free cards then they're fine. But if you want professional cards, pay for it and use someone else.
They put a "subscription" on my credit card bill for around $15/mth which I didn't catch for months so my low cost business cards ended up costing over a couple of hundred dollars. They are a rip off site. Stay away!
The current Groupon with Vistaprint is a total ripoff. When you use the "special" url, the price is increased by about $20
I was a long-time vistaprint customer, but this is ridiculous.
I, like other reviewers, got sucked in by Vista Print's "free" items. The age old saying, that nothing in life is truly free applies to Vistaprint.com. They try to get you to upgrade and add all kinds of items into the cart. The cards I ended up ordering cost a lot in shipping and handling to deliver, so no they were not "free". The business cards were okay and Vista sticks their own advertising for their company on each back of the free cards. The address ink stamp that I ordered was plastic and flimsy. If you are looker for quality printing you may want to stick with a local printer or other card companies that guarantee their premium cards. Vistaprint.com also spams your email inbox with multiple sales pitches.
I am thrilled with Vistaprint. I placed an order for a customized embroidered polo shirt as a Christmas gift. There was a fulfillment issue (on their part) with my initial order and I've since provided my recommendation to them about more thoroughly informing the customer about an unforeseen cancellation. But, every experience with them afterwards was fantastic.
They have a wide range of logos you can choose from to put on a polo shirt and then you create your own text that they embroider. I placed my order but 2 days later received a notice from them that it was being cancelled. There was no explanation as to why. I got nervous because time was ticking away. So, I called the Customer Service #. I reached the nicest, most helpful woman in their Jamaica office. She was extremely courteous and explained to me that their logo (a U.S. Navy ship) was too detailed for the stitching. Again, this will be something they must correct because it's part of their offering. However, she and I worked together both on the phone and simultaneously on their website. I chose a different, simple logo (an anchor) and within moments, she was able to display for me the revised order and how the final embroidery would look on the shirt. It went into the online cart and the order was now revised.
I just recieved the shirt yesterday (in time to give to my brother-in-law for his Christmas gift) and I couldn't be more pleased. The quality of the polo shirt is quite nice - not thin and flimsy - and the logo and embroidery are fantastic. I just know that he will really appreciate this personalized gift and wear the shirt all the time (much to the chagrin of my sister).
I will most certainly use Vistaprint for these kinds of specialty gifts. Their customer service was superior and their turnaround time and shipping of the item was incredibly fast. They're an excellent web business.
For the price (FREE) you can't beat them. Quality cards too!
They did well on the business cards, but when I ordered my daughter's birth announcements, the first set was cut wrong and the color was completely off. They did reprint them, but they were still a little uneven, though the color was better. It also took additional time so by the time I finally received them to mail them out, my newborn was almost 2 months old. Not real impressed overall on their "non business" products. Would not order from them again for invites or announcements.
Customers who order invitations from me ask me about vistaprint all of the time. I don't recommend it. Sometimes it can be a good site to print invitation designs but I find they have a strange sizing system. One time I had to resize a standard 5x7" file to something like 4x8" to accomodate my customer. I prefer printing at a local print shop where the staff is beside you to guide you with paper choices, and more. But overall, not a bad site when you need to print online.
This site has some pretty good deals and the delivery is quick. :)
Not amazing, shipping time is slow. Also gimics in there email promotions. Telling you theirs free stuff awaiting you, then when you check out it's whole different ball game. To expensive aswell.
I have used vistaprint for many things now... rehearsal dinner invites, thank you notes, party invites, labels, business cards... everything! I am always really impressed with the product, and they have a wide variety of designs, from sophisticated to playful. With their special, most of the time the actual product is free, I usually just pay for shipping.
They could do better with their online tool. Overall good experience
Great site, we use them for all invites, thank yous, cards etc.
Only down side is their shipping. Expensive and sometimes unless you pay almost $15 for upgrade shipping you wait almost 2 weeks for product:
I found if you look for coupons it discounts enough to just pay for the quicker shipping since the prices are already cheap for the products.
VistaPrint is one of the very best resources for new and established business owners out there. I got my business cards, website, and promotional items for my healthcare business from them. They have really good prices (a lot of stuff is free), they keep you informed of your order status, and the quality of their products is amazing. My business cards are awesome. Very high quality and professional looking. I highly recommend VistaPrint, and I continue to use their products and services.
I am really happy with my address labels. They delivered faster then promise which was unexpected. I am very happy with the price and the labels looked professionally done.
Got some offer for free 250 bussiness cards. I customized my card, checked out and set up the order. The product is completely OK, received promptly.
The missing star goes for two things I disliked. First their tricky checkboxes on my way to check out trying to make me order stuff I did not want to. Second I would expect this bonus offer to be shipped for free to me (however it was regular few dollars price and I do not complaint as the rest of the order was free of charge).
I ordered business cards awhile back from this site and it came out pretty good. They STILL always send me emails with discounts and reallllyyyy cheap deals. I picked business cards with a water-like background and it came out so professional and awesome :)
I have used Vista Print a few times and to be honest, I have never really had any issues with quality or price (other than the way they mislead you over promotions). One thing that does wind me up is the constant emails I get from the. Really annoys me and secondly (ok so that would make it 2 things that wind me up) is that when they run any promo offers, every stage of the process is simply set up to try and sell add ons. I appreciate it is a business and they have to make money anyway but more often than not you end up paying upwards of a tenner for onr of their "free" calendar" - i. E. do you want it delivering? Well yes please - Ok that will be £5.99 - do you ant it delivering in less than 28 days? Yes please - That will be another £3 please and so on...
Although the prices seem cheap, the 'premium' business cards are really bad quality and badly printed, and you have to pay extra to have them sent to you in less than a month which is really bad.
Also they're like ryanair, they charge you for using your own design and loads of extra charges so the end result isn't the promised price.
I was also bombarded with marketing emails, which were very annoying.
Wouldn't buy from them again.
Answer: Yes, the calendars are beautifully done and arrive in great shape, quality is very nice.
Answer: Yes - awhile back and its easy but seamless. Otherwise, the platform is easy but just takes some tweaking.
Answer: Call customer service at Vistaprint- it probably depends on the pen or it may not have refills. :)
Answer: That is on your end... It does not have 2 step verification like bank website do, but all you have to do is make a secure password uncommon to other passwords you use
Answer: We did graduation invites and the were awesome! We put my daughters gradation pictures on the invitation the price was better than anywhere else! If you need them in a hurry - you would have to pay extra shipping is all. :)
Answer: I think Vistaprint has a section on that subject and can point you in the direction of a designer it says they have a community of trusted designers! I suppose you can email them a image of it aqnd they will create it. Its not that hard to do it yorself if its not to elaborate I used photoshop and downloaded some free templates and manipulated them to get my desired card. But if your not up for it check these out here, https://www.vistaprint.co.uk/design
Answer: I believe its excellent! I am waiting for poloshirts to come in and I willbe ordering some myself. If you are not happy with anything from vistaprint Iwill sort it out I just had my card redone and they where really good at sorting the issue out. https://www.vistaprint.co.uk/satisfaction-guarantee
Answer: No Its actually belongs to Wix.com its been created with there site creator program so the site is not transferable in any way as Wix only allows you to use it becaiuse your hosting your site with them so provides a means for you to create a free site using their planner. Only your domain name can be moved depending who you have it with I know this as I created my own site through Wix directly but I didn't use Vistaprint to do it I did it myself I think they are just a middle man! In this case, I use others to host my domain emails as you can get that done cheaper else where but I'm happy with my site after editing the absolute hell out of the template but I loved manipulating the template and got it just how I like it. However be aware that if your not paying for any CEO services your site is just a portfolio and even though your registered on google search engines you won't be found under any serches for services! Gpoogle want money for you to be found or you have pay for a CEO service to constantly manipulate your ceo to get found for search quiries! I am found in google no problem but by name only not by service! I mainly use mine as a portfolio but am found via my cards and via the likes of face book and other simular apps. Which works for me.
