I really wanted to leave a review about the customer service. I had ordered a kennel from Chewy and the tracking said it was delivered and I never received it. I emailed the company and they apologized and sent out a replacement that same day. I received it shortly after that. About a week later, I found out it was delivered to a neighbor. I contacted Chewy and told them about the mistake. They thanked me for letting them know, and asked if I would donate it to a friend or animal shelter. I am so impressed with the customer service and integrity of this company and will continue to purchase items through them. Thanks Chewy!

Most issues are simple and can be resolved quickly, sometimes we need to contact a designer or another person in a different time zone so sometimes we do have a slight delay with getting an issue resolved or question answered. We can be contacted many ways, live chat to leave messages even in or on off hour times, our email, our phone and even in our fourms.
