Made many, many purchases, early ones were good, except sizes were sizes for a child'support doll. As all good things come to an end, my lat two orders worth well over $1,000 never arrived even though the site said delivered. Then they suggested I go find the delivery service - one I have never heard of. Of course I refused and told them to credit my AX by tonight - or legal action against them will begin.
Recently bought 3 dresses but returned for refund due to sizes. I am a petite Asian lady usually wears US size 0 or XS. The 3 dresses I ordered in sizes Medium and they are huge on me. I contacted their after-sale customer service and was provided return address in New York and got all full refund. I will order again smaller sizes.

Got a swimsuit that looked nothing link the pic advertised, hand these weird string that bulged out by the hips then got really tight again, horrible look and obviously a sewing flaw. They demanded tracking which meant I needed to pay twice as much to ship it back, it clearly states in their returns that they pay for shipping if the return is quality related. But they only pay up to $3.99 so my $8.99 I had to pay. That's not fair business. Boycott this online scam store!

I have bought multiple pieces from them and it has been great- you do need to wait for special sales to get a good deal and a lot of browsing for hitting on to a good piece; but they have been great with their refund - for one order, they refunded me despite of mine receiving the clothes eventually... happy to buy again there

Ordered 2 dresses from them. Received 2 completely different dresses. Emailed them to see about returning. Didn't get any response from them. I followed with a few more emails to no response. So I gave up, but rest assure I'll never buy from them again. I also don't want anyone to be in the same situation as me.

I ordered six dresses from VIPme, and although impressed with their quality, the sizes we're all off. I purchased based on the online size chart they provide but every dress was too large.
