My order no. **************NHP was placed a 45 days ago and still have not arrived. I wrote to *******@vipme.com and *******@vipme.desk-mail.com more than 15 times and only one time they responded with a tracking no. I checked on DHL site, the tracking said the shipment was shipped back to the shipper! There should be an organization to block these unethical companies soliciting business in the US.
I ordered a bathing suit last week for a trip next week and still have yet to receive any tracking information or details on the shipping of my order. I left several tickets and still no reply. This is very bad business.
I have gotten NO response from "Xavier" via email regarding my order, yet his $#*! is on here responding to people. VIPME.com is a piece of $#*! company. They get pictures from somewhere and then scramble to try and copy the clothes and send to you.
I purchased three dresses and needed to return them because of sizing and an item that was not what I ordered. I also paid for it to be shipped within 3-5 business days and they were late on that.
I have followed the protocols by emailing them for a "request of return." They are supposed to get back within 24 hours. They have not responded. There is not even a contact number. I guess the next step will be report them to the Better Business Bureau and my credit card company. Too bad I did not see this site before I ordered.
They have a very odd return system. You need to email them "For return authorization and return shipping address, please contact our customer care at *******@vipme.com" I have - every two days for the last week - no response. And their US # is staffed from 6pm onwards. How very, very odd. Hoping the cost of shipping the return (on my dime) is not exorbitant.
Recently received a beautiful dress I ordered from VIPME in a size Large after I took considerable time to lull over measurements to decide what I needed. I normally wear a 6-8 or medium so I ordered a large (since my mom can do alterations)... well, it would not even fit over my shoulders to get it on. Armholes were extremely small & neck opening, bust width also. I had my daughter try it on, she loved it though it was snug across the bust. She decided to buy it from me since VIPME was only going to give me my shipping fee back which was free btw because the dress was $78. They told me their charts were US sizing which is bull because this dress in a large is obviously for small Asian sizing so buyers beware, the charts are misleading & returns not possible... do not buy! I will not purchase from them again. Major bummer, loved the dress.
I have followed their directions for returning an item that does not fit. I have now sent 4 such requests with no reply to any of my request. I have a feeling that they do not have a department that handles returns? I have been trying for a week now and they have ignored all of my requests. The dress is labeled a size "M" / medium. The dress is much too small. It would be sized a "4" in U.S. standards. Do not buy from this company unless you are able to write off your $$ as a bad debt and donate the item to charity!
I've never bought a pair of shoes from VIPME that I didn't like. If something didn't fit, they pay for returns and send me a replacement immediately. It is a very organized company, they email me for everything. So I'm never " guessing". I rarely find cheaper prices for my shoes anywhere else if not VIPME. Always have had wonderful experiences with VIPME. They have a great selection! They have a large variety of sizes! I would like to have more company out there with your professionalism and competency.
I ordered a dress at the end of May. It is beautiful, but sizes must run very small and need to return it. After 3 e-mails to customer service, I still haven't got a response. You can't return it until they give you an address for the return, and there is no phone number to contact them at either. Very disappointed with this company, do not order anything from them, you won't be able to return it.
I have been waiting for my bathing suits that i ordered june 4th and have emailed twice and gotten no response as to if they are ever going to come. And there is no contact phone number for this site which makes it that much more difficult and annoying. I see VIPme is commenting on reviews below. Had a great experience, bought a dress, It was beautiful and amazing quality for such a reasonable price. However the shipping got a little late, but it was definitely worth wait, if they improve the shipping time, they could really get help the customers who need quick service. I hope they are reading these reviews and will be improving their shipping time.
Everything was great. Customer service was excellent, had to correct my address when I made an input error. The website is user-friendly, I got my product in a reasonable timeframe, no improvement necessary. I ordered. I paid. I received. Good job. No hassle. I like that. It took 4 weeks for the order to arrive at my door. Merchandise looked good on the website. In reality, the sizes run smaller than the typical US sizes. Return is a hassle. "What? You received a defective item and you need to pay for the return/exchange shipping?" Very unreasonable. I'll never order again.

I can say vipme is ok and safe for buying... i ave ordered on many occasion different items from them and i havent being disappointed so far. Vipme does have a pretty good return policy and have not had any problems returning anything I have ordered from them, tey were very responsive in answering my requests
It is every womans dream to spend time looking at pretty dresses and buy some of them for herself. VIPme always provides me with just that sort of pleasure, and the best part is that I dont have to leave the house to shop! After spending hours browsing through the gorgeous dresses present on this site, I cant resist without ordering. Their service is great but they just take like minutes to answer your call if you call them. Their delivery is fast, and they give free shipments on orders of more than $50, cool right? Not only their dresses are beautiful, but the sizes also fit nicely, and the dresses look better than in the pictures. I would recommend everyone to put VIPme.com in their bookmarks for shopping.
Ordered a few dresses from their website. Placed ordered for the same size in all the dresses but somehow the material was not good. Very cheap material. But that's ok by me - must expect if it's an online purchase. What upset me more was that when I needed the return address to ship the dresses back I am unable to get in touch with their customer care. I have already sent them 3 mails over a period of 10 days. Nothing. No response. I will wait for another week and then report to BBB and raise the issue with my credit card. Thank god I didn't go overboard with my order!

This was my first purchase from VIPme. I ordered for an item and it was delivered to me. The item arrived in excellent condition, though it took more time than I expected. The package was intact. VIPme provided a great shopping experience. They made sure my item was packaged correctly.

I originally email their *******@vipme.com and ask questions about sizing and got replies pretty quick, even ask if i had to return do i have to ship all the way to china? They replied and said i could return to their office in NY. All good, and i placed an order, took sometime to get here but that was expected because it was shipped from China. When i sent it request for return authorization, no reply what so ever. I've email three times in the span of two weeks, no reply. I've even copied their *******@vipme.com and *******@vipme.com, no replies.
I will contact my credit card to dispute the charge.
DO NOT BUY from them, no matter how tempting the pictures look like.

I got my dresses here but It was a little big. I ordered small size Im 103 pounds 5"3 so I return them. Customer service was quick, fast and they were willing to help me, I gave 4stars because of shipping. It took one more week to get the dress. I would use vipme again If they have xs size :)
Answer: I have never been given an authorization to return the items I did not like (which is what my invoice says they require) nor have they given me a shipping address to return the items to. I have sent them more than six emails in the 10 days i have the items with no response, past the sorry that you were not happy with your order. Please let us know what u did not like about the items and which items you wish to keep. I emailed them the response right away and they never answered any other emails.
