I made an order over VIPme.com last month. I asked for a three day shipping and I paid extra for it.
I however didn't receive an e_mail confirming shipment. I did contact customer services who replied to my e_mail within 24 hours and she said that they were terribly sorry for this error and promised to ship the parcel within 24 hours. I still didn't receive an e_mail confirming the shipment.
After that, I e_mailed them again and asked for a refund, but another representative apologized again and she said that they will ship the products to me right away. I got really mad as I asked her to cancel the order, yet I received an e_mail saying that my FedEx shipment will arrive in 48 hours to my address.
I still filed an issue with paypal and asked for a refund, not knowing if the cite legitimate and if they were telling the truth or not. A few hours later I received my refund for the entire amount I paid including shipping cost, and still my package was on the way.

My package arrived with FedEx over the next two days. It was very well packaged, it contained the two products I purchased and they were made of very nice material, very elegant, and exactly like the picture on their website.

Falling in love with the material and the dresses I bought, I wanted to keep them. I e_mailed the customer service representative and I asked how should I proceed. Two days later, I received a very nice e_mail offering me $30 (coupon) for the shipping cost to return the items if I was not interested in them or to keep them "as a gift" if I liked them and accept their apology for any inconvenience.
I was truly impressed by the care I received.

1- this website is trustworthy and legit.
2. The material they use and the design is truly the way they appear in the picture.
3. I will definitely be returning to shop from them.

The skirt is just so much fun! I ordered a size bigger than usual (ordered 8), the skirt fits perfectly but the shirt was a bit baggy. Everything looks exactly like the pictures.

I recommend this website. I did give them 4 stars because I did want to wear the dress for a special occasion and I couldn't do that because of the delay. That's all.
