I LOVE VIPME!

I've never bought a pair of shoes from VIPME that I didn't like. If something didn't fit, they pay for returns and send me a replacement immediately. It is a very organized company, they email me for everything. So I'm never " guessing". I rarely find cheaper prices for my shoes anywhere else if not VIPME. Always have had wonderful experiences with VIPME. They have a great selection! They have a large variety of sizes! I would like to have more company out there with your professionalism and competency.

Sizing way off

I am a dress size US 6 and usually buy US sz 8 to be comfortable. The LARGE did not fit. WAY too small. Could not even zip up. Sizing chart definitely incorrect. Not worth waiting one month for.

Recently received a beautiful dress I ordered from VIPME in a size Large after I took considerable time to lull over measurements to decide what I needed. I normally wear a 6-8 or medium so I ordered a large (since my mom can do alterations)... well, it would not even fit over my shoulders to get it on. Armholes were extremely small & neck opening, bust width also. I had my daughter try it on, she loved it though it was snug across the bust. She decided to buy it from me since VIPME was only going to give me my shipping fee back which was free btw because the dress was $78. They told me their charts were US sizing which is bull because this dress in a large is obviously for small Asian sizing so buyers beware, the charts are misleading & returns not possible... do not buy! I will not purchase from them again. Major bummer, loved the dress.

OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE

I really had an outstanding experience with VIP ME, when contacting their customer service for enquiry I got my reply fast enough that I was amazed. I thought of giving it a trial by buying just a product from them but I ended up recommending to my cousins which I particularly ensure they got their product bought from this store also. I got my product exactly as described, the quality remain as they said it is when I received my product, their estimated time for the shipping to my location does not fail ( that is what I call KEEPING YOUR WORD) the product was delivered as proposed also the size was as exact as what I ordered for. When talking about their return service, the estimated date they proposed to resolve the whole return issue didnt fail. So am recommending them to the whole world to shop with them.

Impeccable service

I am a fashion addict and I love to shop. I was looking for a website where I can shop for some specific items that I have been looking for and voila! I saw this website and I was amazed at the pricing of their items and how beautiful the items were. I had a stress free shopping experience and an outstanding customer service. Shipping was fast. On receipt of my order, the items looked way better in real life as opposed to pictures and they were all my perfect size. However, when I tried to make returns, I had a little bit of a challenge as the customer service representative didn't understand me properly. But at the end of the day, I made the returns. I definitely will keep patronising.

I ordered my purse on July 29th and today is Aug 25th, and guess what I am still waiting. I contacted them after 10 days and they apologized, and told me to wait another 10-15 days. They also offered me a 15% refund when I get my order, asking me to not ask for any other refund. So I have been waiting patiently, but the event that I needed the purse for has passed. It has passed the extra time they told me to wait. I am seriously pissed and feel like this Vipme thing is shaddiest website I have used to order online. The tracking number is bs, and it leads you to some other tracking website thats in another language. I will NEVER use this useless website ever again.

**Update**
So I FINALLY got my clutch bag. It is a really nice bag (wish my mother had the chance to use it). By persistently communicating with VIPme workers, I got a legitimate tracking number, and received my bag in the mail a few days ago. I am happy with the purchase, but not with how long it took (basically a month). If I ever do buy an item on this website (which I doubt I will), I would order my stuff a month or two in advance.

On the positive note, the customer service reps. Were very responsive to my emails. Now I'm just waiting on the 15% refund.

GREAT SERVICE PROVIDER

Normally, I'm always hesitant about buying my dress online due to bad experience and poor customer service.
But now I'm beginning to change my mind on this site,
Because vipme.com seems to be the best so for considering this is my second purchase using site.
This time I took my time to inquire about what I intended to buy while the customer service did everything in explaining to me, I was appreciated and acknowledged.
At the end of it I ordered base on measurements on the chart and surprisingly items arrived before the estimated delivery time.
What I ordered is what I got, they run true to size.
I will definitely order again.

A week before I find out the link of vipme.com on a social media site. This site seemed attractive as I clicked the link. I must say that clothing variety of vipme.com is just perfect. Online shopping from vipme.com was a good experience as I got to see trendy clothes, shoes, jewelry, watches and accessories matching the needs of latest fashion.
I ordered a jacket for myself but the size was large for me, so I contacted their support for help. I must appreciate that the customer service of vipme.com is very much supportive, they guided me through the process, by which I can return that jacket back. Although I love that jacket but because of its size I had to return it back. I am looking forward to do shopping from vipme.com in coming days.

Not happy

I ordered something from VIPme on July 29th. It is August 25th now. I hate ordering. From the internet. But thought let me just. Try. Will never again. I paid. And still nothing I have emailed 3 tunes and no one has even tried to get back with. Me. They sent me a tracking number, that doesn't help. No phone Number. So people if you want to save money do t shop them you never get what you already paided for.

I ordered six dresses from VIPme, and although impressed with their quality, the sizes we're all off. I purchased based on the online size chart they provide but every dress was too large. It's a shame their customer service is poor compared to most online stores - very slow to respond, with no easy return system, method of contact or free shipping.

Until they've figured out how to conveniently sell to an American market I won't be returning to them.

I like the dresses!

I have to say that I was worried when I first checked reviews here. But I cannot resist the beautiful dresses on that web site. I tried to order two dresses. They were shipped in 5 business days. In the mean time I emailed the custom service and I got a reply after two business days. So the service is better than many of the reviews mentioned.
After 3 weeks I received my order. The dresses are as pretty as they look like on web page. The one problem is one of the two dresses are too small although it showed to be "M". I usually wear "M", sometimes I wear "S". But this dress was like a "XS".
I emailed custom service to request a refund, and I got a reply with address that I can return the item to after 2 business days. After package arrived, I got my refund at the 5th day.

Basically I think I can trust their custom service. They did not respond as quick as some other companies but they did reply. Besides, I feel like the dresses that I ordered have better quality vs cost ratio than many other places.

The VIPME ring fulfilled all my expectations. VIPME is extremely helpful and professional. This is surely a rock of a ring and i have gotten many compliments! I've never thought I might have something thus nice. It is my dream ring!
Excellent ring, wonderful sparkle, wonderful quality, wonderful price. Very pleased all around. It sparkles everywhere. Excellent size, great eye catcher.
The ring is superb and i don't have any issues with it!
It displays wonderful craftsmanship & style. Indeed its picture on the website does not do its justice.
The ring match and quality are wonderful. The ordering method was very simple and the ring shipped just as indicated on the website.
I completely love it! It is perfect in every way, from the price that was wonderful to the uniqueness of the ring itself was absolutely perfect!
It's exhausting to actually appreciate it until it is in your hands. The ring is basically awesome. In person, it is a lot of dynamic, with the little cutout edging, than you would ever imagine.

I am more than happy and impressed with it!

This website's products is highly recommended!

Vipme is not just a Fashion store with eye-catching imagery but also delivers quality and standard product that simply amazes.

Great Experience

My experience here was a good and great one. I placed an order for some dresses for my daughter on this shop. From the customer services to the dresses, the experience was good. The colors I got were good even when I asked the sales person for confirmation she assured me that the colors were good. The dresses I received were shorter than what I requested for, but the fabrics were great and the sewing excellent so I didn't mind that they were short. I'm enjoying the clothes. I recommend VIPME to everyone.
