I ordered 3 dresses and I have return 1 didn't fit me. I have been tried to contact them by phone and e-mail for address and instructions to returns and refunds but up until now is impossible and nobody respond my e-mails neither phone calls. Left a message. ( repeat 3 times)
I'm wondering if amyobe got lucky to get refund from VIPME? I'm in the sand situation first time purchased from VIPME as the clothes looked beautiful online but I was ulterly disappointed when I received my order of 2 dresses and 1 jacket after 3 weeks of wait. The fit was wacky and whaling wax poor- bitb dress supposed to be made of silk but so stiff and plasticky. I was even more upset when I wrote to them to request for return address and refund they simply told me yo send them picture of the items and ifferingvtjcexchsnge sizes.
Can someone tell me what I can do?
Seemed like was impossible to find a gift for my mother and then found out this website. I really like the vipme iphone metal case. My iphone is encased solidly and protected now. I'm not a fan of the new ultra-thin phones so this is great because I'm very clumsy and I drop stuff all the time but I'm never worried about it breaking now.
I am so happy to buy dresses from you. The delivery time was impressive. I am thinking to buy more dresses but there is one thing. One of my friends does not like the color of the dress and she wants to return it to you and then either get her money back or buy another dress but unfortunately you guys don't provide such service. It will be so nice if you could do something and make it possible for customers to return things that are not fit or they don't like its color or something. Good job though.
I placed an order for some dresses and tops as they looked fabulous online. The customer services lady assured me of their good quality. I was hopefully waiting for the arrival of these clothes. When the items arrived, the dresses were as I saw them online but the skirts were mini as against midi as displayed, they were rather too short and just too tight for me. I am not impressed.

The shipping is just in time, it's shipped from China and I just choosed the free shipping which is air mail, so 14 day is reasonable.
