The dress I've ordered came in the wrong size and some parts were broken. So since I cant fit in so I email them for refund and address to send back. I can not reach them in any ways, no response from email and they don't have phone number. I have ordered a $90 dress and now I can't get my money back! The worst online shop ever!

Their costumer service is excellent and they always respond me back ASAP whenever I contacted them. They have answered all of my inquiries quickly, they also provide free shipping for clothing orders $59+ or accessories orders $29+ which usually takes about 13-15 days to arrive

I bought a dress but it was not exactly what i was expecting. I contacted customer service and they responded within minutes. They gave me an exchange and it came in well before the expected dat. I couldn't be happier most companies take days, if not weeks to get even a reply back from their customer service, but here they are very active and helpful
I ordered a lot of clothing from this site a few weeks ago (couldn't help myself due to the great amount of cute clothing they have) and I recently got them. All of them fit extremely well and they are in great quality! The customer service is great as well; however, I wish the shipping could be faster but overall it's still worth shopping here and I definitely will once I have enough to order another lot of it!
While abroad in Asia, I had to buy a promised present to my son who lives in the USA on the vipme.com website. After a simple investigation, I discovered that my PayPal account was the only of my online wallets that had the requisite funds. Luckily, I found out that vipme.com accepts PayPal payments. Since I had little time to buy and ship this present, I quickly perused the vipme.com website and identified a nice pair of shoes and sneakers in a short while. I was happy that the purchase process was smooth and convenient. I a few days, my son called me and thanked me for these wonderful gift items.
The Vipme Vintage short jacket fits okay, but I am tall and have long arms so the sleeves are a little short. The jacket came and is missing a button on the lower side. No spare buttons were provided. It is a lightweight and will be nice as an accessory but I was a bit disappointed with the sleeves.
I bought two dresses from them. One is OK with less than idea quality, One is too small and I returned them after I obtained the address through email.
The dress I paid for $50.99. They only refunded me $38.73. They claimed that they did not return the discount. I will not buy anything from them anymore.

I bought a dress that did not arrive in time even though I paid for expedited shipping. When I realized that I would not receive it in time by tracking. I emailed *******@vipme.com and received a reply within 2 days, telling me I could return the dress for a full refund when it arrived. I emailed them over 2 weeks ago asking them which address I should send it to for my refund. And they have not yet replied. I had also included my order number in the email. So it should not be hard to find.
Even though I did not receive my dress on time, I was willing to forgive them as they seemed as if they were trying to help the customer and decided I would purchase more things from them but just do it in a more timely manner. But after not receiving a reply to my email after asking them where to send it. I Will never shop here again! And will make sure I let everyone I know not to waste their time here.
Order #*******. I ordered three dresses. They finally arrived weeks after they were ordered and the shipping box was severely damaged. Luckily the dresses were not damaged, but it took so long to get them that I no longer want or need them. I have sent two emails to customer care requesting a return authorization and address. I have not gotten a response. Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. I will not be ordering from this site again and would not recommend it to anyone else. If I don't get a response soon, I too will be contacting BBB and my credit card company to file a complaint. This is TOTALLY unacceptable!

The sizing information is completely out of whack! The letter sizes and the numerical sizes do not match. I wonder how someone can confidently select the right size for themselves.

I complained to the sales representative of VIPME and he assured me that it would never repeat itself. Since then, it has been wonderful shopping at VIPME. I have known how to choose the size that fits me. I also shop for my kids here and I have not regrets at all. The shop is full of great products of any kind and whatever you buy from here is bound to be great. I bought some fanciful watches for my little boy and he is so happy that he wears it on a daily basis. I purchase all that my kids use from VIPME. No regrets whatsoever.

I just received my order and I'm impressed. I was so nervous after reading these reviews. Here's the first thing people need to remember - people who are happy very seldomly write a review, but people who are dissatisfied often write reviews. All of my items were well made, fit well and exceded my expectations. Yes the order took quite a while to get here but hello it's coming from China. And don't be so quick to insult the quality of things that come from China. Next time your in a clothing store take a look at the tags. Most of our stuff comes from CHINA! I ordered 3 swimsuits and a cover up. Two swimsuits were tiny and the other one was too big. All the same size. Ie. Made in China, cheap clothes. The cover up was so cheap it was already falling apart. I emailed them for return information and never heard back. So I reported them to the BBB and will now contact my credit card company. VIPME IS A FRAUD.
They are very kind and understanding, I ordered a dress but it didn't fit me properly, then I contacted the support staff and they listened to my problem with very kind behaviour. They offered me a free exchange, all shipping paid with another dress that fit me perfectly. I'd love to shop with them again.
Three orders, one order they cancel the order and I have receive my refund. One order still not ship it already been three weeks, one order is shipped and USPS lost it. They are liars never pick up their phone calls or reply emails!
This was my first experience with Vimpe. They delivered right on time. However one of the dresses was not sent according to my specified size. The good thing is they happily accepted the return and I got my money back too. This was some quick and efficient customer service. Recommended.
Answer: I have never been given an authorization to return the items I did not like (which is what my invoice says they require) nor have they given me a shipping address to return the items to. I have sent them more than six emails in the 10 days i have the items with no response, past the sorry that you were not happy with your order. Please let us know what u did not like about the items and which items you wish to keep. I emailed them the response right away and they never answered any other emails.
