I stopped buying cheap ebay parts as it's always been a disappointing experience. So I tried this US made US seller. The quality of product I have received was no different than cheap ebay parts I purchased in the past with slightly higher price. My biggest problem with the purchase is their advertised supposedly high quality FINISH that they charge extra for. They charged one hundred dollar extra just to get the desired Finish on the product. As they arrived on the brand new box, they were peeling off just out of the box. It was the small edge on the corner where it would go under the car so I decided to just glue it and use heatgun to fix it. However, after just ONE drive for 30 minutes, other parts of finish started to peel off. I would not complain if this finish was provided for free but if you are going to charge for it, do a better job.

The length of the sideskirt was longer than the car so I had to make adjustments on it too, which wasn't too big of an issue. But the finish was just a crappy job that it lasted 30 minutes. If you are going to do a crappy job like this, do not charge extra for it.

Overall, the product is no better than ebay part and i would not recommend using their FINISH service as it would be better off if you get the part and apply the finish you want yourself or pay other professionals who can do it BETTER even if it cost slightly more.

I purchased the air suspension kit for my 2022 mustang GT. The rear shocks don't fit. Been arguing with customer service for 4 weeks now. I sent back the wrong parts. They said they would make the correct parts and i still have me waiting over 4 weeks. They are $#*!ing garbage.

I also reviewed my purchase on the Vicrez website and it was never posted. If they can choose which reviews to post it obviously explains the 4.5 star review of this product on their website. I purchased a Vicrez Demon Wide Body Kit (vz*******) for a 2012 Dodge Challenger. The kit is made to fit 2008-2022 Dodge Challengers. Along with the wide-body kit, I ordered the wheels and tires and the front splitter (vz*******). I had to reach out to Vicrez after only part of my order arrived to find out some was on backorder. Then they shipped the tires and wheels with no lugs. I paid to have the wide body kit professionally installed at a body shop. (not cheap!) There were several issues with the installation. The kit did not come with the correct materials to complete the installation. We had to update the headlights to make the front bumper fit, no problem ($350). The wide-body kit was installed in May, for my son's graduation. By August the two front wheel flares were cracking at the bend. By October both wheel flares are cracked 3/4 of the way thru. I have reached out to Vicrez multiple times and no one will return a call.

Oredered a custom carbon fiber steering wheel on July 7,2023 and received it 8/18/23. Upon installation there was no instructions. Watched a youtube video on a install for dodge charger. Red wire to 12v in clockspring, black to screw in steering wheel. Obd harness red to 12v accesory in fuse box and black to ground. Simple wiring. Plugged module in to obd harness started car steering wheel lights up but never wirelessly connects to steering wheel to display rpms and so forth. I tried wiring direct to battery and other ways still never worked had over 33 emails with Vicrez from 8/21-9/22 and issue never was resolved. Paulina and Nicole claimed they did all they can do. They said it should be professionally installed. A kid can wire this. They never offered to replace the module or led part in steering. They dont believe anything is defective. I sent photos and videos of everything they requested but no resolution. They stopped emailing me after 9/22.
Dont recommend this place to anyone.

As of today, the company has done nothing but to ignore my request and confirmed their unwillingness to resolve the issue or refund the amount paid without me incurring in additional/unexpected expenses. Overall, AWFUL customer service... Even though they have good parts and what appears to be good service, their customer service is a "joke". I ordered a part which looked acceptable once received, installed according to their instructions and videos and that is when the problems started. The part did not fit perfectly, and they recommended "tape it" which caused an air-gap between the part and the car when the heat came in. Now, they want me to "remove and return '' the part leaving the already open holes exposed to the weather which, as you all know, may cause additional issues. Unfortunately, issue is being escalated as they are still in the same position, do not want to help, do not want to provide other installation options, and are just leaving me "stuck" with a defective part, without the correct installation process and expect me to accept an "in-store" credit which, as any of you may understand, is simply unacceptable, specially after this awful experience with their customer service agents (PS)..."

I ordered on 9/2, the product description said ships in 3-5 days. I waited 15 days and never received even a tracking number. Every time I contacted custom support or was either they are working on it or it'll ship at the end of the week. I even asked if its back ordered and they couldn't give me an answer.

I ordered a CF LED steering wheel for my Audi S5 on March 8th 2023 with the hopes that it'd be delivered in 4 to 6 weeks like they advertise. Nope... After countless emails with them jerking me around promising that "it'd be delivered soon" it took 3 MONTHS for me to actually receive my wheel. They didn't waste any time processing my payment though! And what's worse, no user manual, no wiring schematics, and the only installation instructions provided are links to outdated youtube videos that aren't even for my car! Horrible!

PLEASE READ BEFORE INSTALLING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY ON YOUR CAR. I purchased the Vicrez Carbon Fiber Demon Hood w/ Vent Scoop, part # vz******* at Vicrez.com located at ******* Barton Circle Whittier, CA ******* in November 2022.

Unfortunately, there product has not performed well. While operating my vehicle diving less than 70 mph on interstate 95 the hood delaminated/separated in large pieces and leaving significant damage to my vehicle. As showed in the attachments the hood latch and screws bolted in still attached, which indicated this product was faulty.
Vicrez WOULD NOT take full responsibility for THIS damages. It cost my over 12k to fix my hellcat.

Vicrez is one of the best places to get any aero kits, body kits, vinyl, and wheels from for your mopar vehicle. I love browsing their website for any parts I want to add on to my Hellcat! Their products are amazing and high quality!

Been wanting to have mods on my car and luckily vicrez was an option and had great prices, enough for me to financially secure my new mods

I purchased the Vicrez side skirt splitters for my 2017 Dodge Challenger and they look amazing on my car! Only complaint was there were no install instructions included, but I contacted customer service and they immediately provided links to install videos. We chose to push them back a little further so we wouldn't hit the side skirts getting in and out of the car, so we had to modify them slightly (drill holes) to accommodate the jack points. I also applied yellow reflective tape. Looks great and I'd highly recommend Vicrez!

I purchased a rear diffuser for my dodge charger scatpack widebody m, and couldn't be more satisfied with the product. The fitment was perfect, installation was a breeze( less than an hour, only a power drill and a clip prop was needed), and the end result was beautiful, better than I expected, would highly recommend vicrez products to anyone looking to personalize their vehicle

Go anywhere else! This company has robbed me blind, purchased a Carbon fiber hood and it didn't fit, because it's frieght they wouldn't return it... They gave me a PARTIAL" credit to buy a new one... it came damaged as well and they WILL NOT fix it! GO SOME WHERE ELSE!

BEWARE! IF YOU RECIEVE A DAMAGED ITEM YOU CAN FORGET ABOUT RETURNING IT. We recieved a wrap and it was open on one side of the box. After taking the wrap out of the box big scratches and dents were clearly visible throughout so we called customer service and long story short "management" said that there was no damage and that if I wanted to return it I would have to pay a restocking fee and pay to ship it back to them. There are plenty of other companies that have integrity and care about their reputation. NOT THESE GUYS!

Vicrez is a JOKE! Do yourself a favor and stay away.

I ordered a full roll of Vinyl Wrap and really wish I didn't. The material is terrible, leaves adhesive lines, color is inconsistent throughout the roll, and tears extremely easy.

They shorted my roll and left my car 2/3 wrapped. They insisted I buy more material and then sent me a totally different color when I ordered more. I paid for overnight shipping and it took them over 5 days before they even sent the material!

Do yourself a favor and go with literally any other company.

Be realistic with your expectations. I have ordered many items from Vicrez which include steering wheel, wheel/rims, front lip & hood. All items have been delivered within a reasonable time frame. The important part for me though is all items fit perfectly & included all hardware for installation. I've also had everything professionally installed so there is no issues down the road. I will continue using Vicrez to customize my ride.

I'm extremely upset and so disappointed with this company! I waited for this order and was told they have lots of stocks in Whittier California of the front front lip I ordered. I waited for a week because it came all the way from Oklahoma and not from here in California. I had it delivered to my cousins house bec he will be installing this to my car. I left work early just to have it installed at my cousins house and my cousin also had to take off From work just to do this favor for me. Come to find out, there were no hardware or no screws inside the box! I was going to buy it myself from my own pocket bec it has to be installed today so I called their customer service * and Emailed their priority group name Benjamin and also messaged them on instagram bec I needed to speak to anyone who can only tell me the exact types and measurements of screws I need to find for this specific lip. Customer service name * tells me that there is no one who can help me at 4:30 pm on a Friday. This is a successful company and you will tell me there is no one who can tell me what exact screws and sizes I need for this lip! Not only sending me this product with no hardware screws, but also to find out no one is available from anywhere and from the warehouse who can help me to tell me what kind of screws I need! I had to waste my gas and travel to my cousins house in traffic and miss pay from work for this and to know that no one can tell me this simple information I need from this successful big company. I'm sure it's not * fault, but for gods sake, when you run a big successful company as such, please have a customer person or anyone from the hardware or Warehouse department be available when customers needs important information specially during business hours! Bought a body kit and rims from the company. Never installed the body kit but did use the rims.
Couldn't even use the kit because it was missing clips and instructions. Contacted the company and they wanted pictures of the parts I got. So I sent them, they said that all the parts were there and sent a video link on how to install. Not helpful without all the parts.
So I decided to send he parts back to them. I followed the long list of writing the order number on the box. Writing the order number on a piece of paper and puting in the box, and paying ups 120.00 to ship it back… so you'd think I'd get my money back….
Think again! They said it was incomplete. Well duh I've bee telling you that. And then Mentioned the rims. I said I'm keeping those I want the 998.00 for the body kit. They again said it wasn't complete. They refused to listen and this is also after waiting 2 weeks after I shipped it back to them.
So then they said we are charging you 15% restock fee and it's in complete so I got 560.00 back minus what I had to pay to re turn an incomplete kit that I couldn't use.
So I got
440.00 out of 998.00 back.
This company is a scam. And the parts are crap and I would t recommend them at all!

TERRiABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Bought a $1600 carbon fiber demon hood, and arrived damaged and cracked. No returns or replacement. All they did was issue a $150 refund and youtube instruction video how to repair carbon fiber. I highly recommend buying somewhere else where your product is guranteed safe and not damaged.
