Contacted CS in regards to a return which is well within the return guidelines… Very rude, don't BUY

All I can say is just don't buy anything from them. $1,000 order came defective like not even close to being sellable... contacted them like within minutes. They had me send pics to a cell phone which was wierd in itself... they approved return saying it was definitely not made right. They received the large package return like 3 days later and they came up with literally 10 different excuses as to where my money was amd what was going on. The most shady/criminal thing I have ever seen... the email chain of me asking where my money is is 30 emails long! They claimed credit card company refused the refund LOL. My credit card company said thats impossible and did not happen. After MONTHS of trying to get my money I disputed my credit card. Vicrez straight up lied and changed the whole story! They told my credit card company as a response to the dispute that it wasn't a refund issue but that they had sent the package and it was delivered amd all was fine! They somehow changed my whole dispute from a refund never received to "your package was delivered and here's the proof". Because they lied my credit card company sided with them. Over the next month I had to call the credit card company and talk to a supervisor nermerous times. I had to go through this story endlessly. After about another month proving they lied (I had evidence of mass proportions) the credit card reversed its initial decision and gave me my money back. This was over a 3-4 month period where I was out $1000, paying interest and stressed as hell that I wasn't going to get my money back. Becuase of this I also stopped using that credit card company. They shouldn't have put me through that either. (First dispute ever made on that card)

Ordered a Nismo style front bumper and it took 2 weeks to deliver and upon delivery From a freight truck it came UNBOXED and shrink wrapped and broken in two places beyond repair. I called immediately and sent pictures and was told 2 days later they'd "look into my claim". Huh?! First tell me they will send me a replacement then 2 days later tell me they're out of that bumper and said for me to "fix it myself". I paid $800 with $100 shipping and they want me to fix it myself! Unreal. I demand a refund and they say I have to ship the part back before getting a refund and I would have to pay to ship. When I dispute the order with PayPal and email three times, they send me a USPS shipping label knowing very well that UPS not USPS will ship a huge car bumper let alone WITHOUT A BOX! Two days to find a bumper box and try to ship back then was rejected due to the size. All they had to do was have Pilot Freight, who they originally shipped with to pickup from me on their expense but they are in the business of taking money and not delivering quality parts or even quality! It's been 2 weeks and the "refund" they claim they refunded with PayPal has been held up because PayPal hasn't received the funds from the Vicrez payment account so I am without my $800 and was unable to get a replacement build in time for my show. Horrible company and they are very good at deceiving customers. For all the truthful negative reviews, they have random employees in their business post positive reviews that are lies. BUYERS BEWARE AND IF YOU MAKE A PURCHASE BUY USING A CREDIT CARD THAT GIVES PURCHASE PROTECTION SO YOU WILL BE REFUNDED WHILE THE CREDIT ISSUER SEEKS REPAYMENT. I learned a lesson to not buy from anyone using PayPal. I use my credit card now
