I Ordered a 600$ Product from this site At the end of November. After 1 week of not shipping (Paid extra for overnight shipping) and the site claims same day shipping as long as its before a certain time. They refunded me the shipping said it would be out in a week guaranteed. 2 more weeks have gone by and nothing call and say wont be anytime soon etc so i told them to cancel and the gentleman said okay and said it was cancelled. I thought it was a little odd I had not recieved a cancel confirmation by email and on the site it still showed 'Processing" Called again and spoke with another lady she said oh yeah he did it etc and wow would you look at that as soon as im off the phone i get an email and the site updates to refunded. And now worst part about all of this is according to paypal the company has a negative/0 balance with them so until they echeck the money to paypal then send it to me i dont get my money back... well we are now 10 days since the refund and still nothing so thanks a lot vicrez was hoping to buy a xmas gift since you ruined the original gift by not being professional and shipping in a timely manner or at the very least letting me know it was back ordered i would have never made this purchase. And im glad i learned my lesson before buying a whole body kit... You lost a great customer to be GG

Oredered a custom carbon fiber steering wheel on July 7,2023 and received it 8/18/23. Upon installation there was no instructions. Watched a youtube video on a install for dodge charger. Red wire to 12v in clockspring, black to screw in steering wheel. Obd harness red to 12v accesory in fuse box and black to ground. Simple wiring. Plugged module in to obd harness started car steering wheel lights up but never wirelessly connects to steering wheel to display rpms and so forth. I tried wiring direct to battery and other ways still never worked had over 33 emails with Vicrez from 8/21-9/22 and issue never was resolved. Paulina and Nicole claimed they did all they can do. They said it should be professionally installed. A kid can wire this. They never offered to replace the module or led part in steering. They dont believe anything is defective. I sent photos and videos of everything they requested but no resolution. They stopped emailing me after 9/22.
Dont recommend this place to anyone.

Been wanting to have mods on my car and luckily vicrez was an option and had great prices, enough for me to financially secure my new mods

I was looking to add a rear diffuser to my BMW 4 Series. Here i was able to find it at a more affordable prices and cheap shipping compare to other sites.

Ordered mirror covers and a spoiler, the mirror cover came but spoiler did not. I inquired about spoiler and was told it was discontinued. Mirror cover fit well and were good quality.

I'm extremely upset and so disappointed with this company! I waited for this order and was told they have lots of stocks in Whittier California of the front front lip I ordered. I waited for a week because it came all the way from Oklahoma and not from here in California. I had it delivered to my cousins house bec he will be installing this to my car. I left work early just to have it installed at my cousins house and my cousin also had to take off From work just to do this favor for me. Come to find out, there were no hardware or no screws inside the box! I was going to buy it myself from my own pocket bec it has to be installed today so I called their customer service * and Emailed their priority group name Benjamin and also messaged them on instagram bec I needed to speak to anyone who can only tell me the exact types and measurements of screws I need to find for this specific lip. Customer service name * tells me that there is no one who can help me at 4:30 pm on a Friday. This is a successful company and you will tell me there is no one who can tell me what exact screws and sizes I need for this lip! Not only sending me this product with no hardware screws, but also to find out no one is available from anywhere and from the warehouse who can help me to tell me what kind of screws I need! I had to waste my gas and travel to my cousins house in traffic and miss pay from work for this and to know that no one can tell me this simple information I need from this successful big company. I'm sure it's not * fault, but for gods sake, when you run a big successful company as such, please have a customer person or anyone from the hardware or Warehouse department be available when customers needs important information specially during business hours! Purchased a rear diffuser for my 2019 Dodge Challenger Hellcat Redeye Widebody. When I attempted to mount it would not fit as it was too long. I contacted Vicrez to return and asking why would they sell me a product specific to my car that doesn't fit. I didn't get an answer to my question but did get the return authorization, but no shipping label or return cost. I packaged back up and brought to UPS. $39 to ship. I contacted Vicrez to ask, why should I be on the hook for $39 to return a product that you show specific to my car yet doesn't fit. It wasn't my fault. We went back and forth for a bit getting nowhere to where finally they answered my question and I received a pasted description which oddly specified my car. Their excuse was now, it wasn't for a widebody. I explained to the the joker, that there is no difference between a Hellcat Redeye and a Hellcat Redeye WB other than the wider tires and wheel well flairs and like other companies, there should have been something saying, "will not fit widebody".

This is my third purchase from them for my two cars. I actually ran over the chin spoiler (long story - dirt road) and the chin spoiler didn't crack or chip at all. There were just a few barely visible scratches. My bumper ripped in two places. Therefore, I bought another chin spoiler and side skirts for my second car. I only gave it four stars because the order has not completely arrived yet. It came in two shipments; the first had the wrong part in it. I ordered part# vz*******, but vz******* came. They look similar, so I'll probably keep it for my other car and order a second set for the second car (of the vz*******). The second shipment had the chin spoiler and winglet hardware, but was missing the winglets. The customer service said they would send the winglets once I send them a picture of the contents of the box. I'll update this to a five-star review once those arrive. Bottom line - the craftsmanship and material is lightweight, durable, and resilient! Highly recommend Vicrez products.
