Vicrez is one of the best companies I've have ever purchased from, they have tons of options to choose and there product very high quality

Terrible, no other way to put it. The amount of times I have been disappointed by this company cant be counted on one hand. There favorite line is "We are processing your order/return", when in reality they havent even got to your order! They are extremely backed up. I placed an overnight, priority shipment for my package that took 3 days to process after the fact that I told them I wanted it to be priority mail, then they canceled my overnight shipment the next day without telling me. So I had to wait 7 days for my package to come in. Not sure if they take sending orders out seriously but they definitely are quick to take your money.

The product I ordered from Vicrez was a front bumper for a Nissan 350z. It came in damaged because of the shipping service. The group of people I talked from Vicrez were very helpful on determining every possible outcome to get the situation resolved. Very responsive to messages, always got a call back. Overall happy with the product because of the service that they provided.

Bought the LED snorkel grille and carbon fiber mud flaps for my charger and love it! Can't wait for the forged carbon full body kit!

Purchased a front lip splitter, wicker bill and rear diffuser for my Dodge Challenger last year. Arrived in a timely manner, undamaged and was clean as hell once installed. Liked them so much, I plan on buying all of the same stuff for my Charger along with the LED carbon steering wheel.

I had a slight issue with some damage to an item I ordered (likely from shipping). Vicrez customer service helped get a replacement product to me and even paid for shipping the original item back. They were responsive to my email and via phone, I appreciate that they put in extra effort to make my purchase experience a good one.

I ordered a demon hood on 7/31/21 i was sent a email stating pilot air was shipping the hood. Well 7 day in nothing shipped i call and email i was told sorry we are changing shippers now its being shipped fedex 7 day shipping well today 8/27/21 it comes damaged i take photos and call and email them 20 minuets after deliver. I was told they had hoods in stock. Then i get a email saying do i want to take the hood and get a quote to get it fixed what a joke or do i want a new hood shipped. So i emailed back saying i wanted a new hood shipped out. Then i was asked if i have the damaged hood or if i refused it i had the hood so now that i still have the hood they are only offering for me to get a quote to get it fixed only. I said i can keep the hood and they credit me 500. Or ship me a new hood. Now i am ((told)) that i had to get a quote to get the hood fixed i have no choice plus now in 3 hours they no longer have this hood in stock. Plus i am out of town for 3 more weeks due to a death. I have made them aware of this due to the hood being 3 weeks late. But they still want to to get a quote to get the hood fixed i had no intentions on painting the hood if it had to have body work then it will need to be painted. This is a black aluminum hood. They lie to you about everything.

I purchased a front bumper for my Dodge Charger ‘16 on July 5th 2021, and still haven't received my order. Its crazy that everyone over there will lie to you and claim that your order is being shipped when really it hasn't. I frequently go to their website and it say items "in stock now" when really that's false, they have full of back orders and just want to keep taking people money while being behind on old orders which is very convincing, and strategic, but also lame :(

This is my third purchase from them for my two cars. I actually ran over the chin spoiler (long story - dirt road) and the chin spoiler didn't crack or chip at all. There were just a few barely visible scratches. My bumper ripped in two places. Therefore, I bought another chin spoiler and side skirts for my second car. I only gave it four stars because the order has not completely arrived yet. It came in two shipments; the first had the wrong part in it. I ordered part# vz*******, but vz******* came. They look similar, so I'll probably keep it for my other car and order a second set for the second car (of the vz*******). The second shipment had the chin spoiler and winglet hardware, but was missing the winglets. The customer service said they would send the winglets once I send them a picture of the contents of the box. I'll update this to a five-star review once those arrive. Bottom line - the craftsmanship and material is lightweight, durable, and resilient! Highly recommend Vicrez products.

Great Company! GREAT PRODUCTS! GREAT PRICES! GREAT PEOPLE! I bought their SRT Splitter for my ******* Charger SXT and now, I'm ready to order their SRT Hellcat front Bumper, reinstall my Vicrez Splitter and continue to rep them in the streets of Atlanta, GA! These guys are AWESOME and will be getting more of my business! THEY'VE MORE THAN EARNED IT!

This company will take your money and lie to you that your products are shipping. Meanwhile they are waiting for the supply to arrive from China for 2 months which you could have ordered yourself quicker and cheaper from China. I was told my item was going to ship the next day and over a month later nothing has changed.

I was so excited to order the rear diffuser for my challenger. I even paid extra for fast shipping. It's been almost two weeks and nothing. They created the label, and it's been sitting in the warehouse for days. I called every day, and every single time they told me something different. From "We are making it today" "The machine was down" "It's getting shipped by end of day" Every day was something different. It's better to just be straight up then sugar coating what's really going on. I'm currently still waiting for my item to arrive. —- do not pay for shipping because it won't even matter, you'll still have to wait weeks for your product to arrive. Might as well order from china since it's taking the same amount time.

I recently ordered a whole aero kit around $1300 and I paid extra shipping just cause these pieces were expensive. The delivery said Saturday and it's been a week past that. I contacted customer service for help and they were taking forever to respond, giving a straight up response like they don't care.

This place has great products! Their widebody kit is incredible. Their other products are also really nice! Cant wait to buy more.

This will be my third review they bribe me with window Louvers to change it now I'm changing it back because I still haven't recieved my rear diffuser is been approximately 60 daysthey lie to hold your money I don't not recommend buying from vicrez

I recently ordered side splitters and a wicker bill add-on. When I received the tracking, it initially said it would be delivered by the end of the day on the 22nd. When I checked it again, it changed to pending and I wasn't receiving any updates on the tracking. I decided to reach out and email the vicrez support. They responded promptly and informed me of why the status was pending. Vicrez has one of the best customer support teams.
