Vicrez is probably the worst company I have ever dealt with when it comes to customer service, reliability, quality, and effort. It all began when I was going to purchase a bumper. I did alot of research found their website decided to give them a shot. I WAS VERY WRONG TO DO SO. I placed my order and after two and a half weeks my product finally arrived. Super excited I started piecing it together following their video cause it didn't come with instructions. I stumbled across a part in the video where my bumper didn't have the same pieces as in the video turns out they sent me a bumper for the wrong year vehicle. Super bummed I reached out to their customer service department. Which I must say is hands down the absolute worst I've ever seen. I called and spoke to Elyssa and a few others but mainly her. I explained to her the issue and she asked me to send photos of the bumper in order for them to decide it was incorrect. It took them two days to do so even after saying " I don't know how that could have happened we have been out of stock of that specific bumper for months" must not have been too close in contact with their warehouse After calling them numerous times and speaking to her she finally told me once the old bumper was scanned the new one would go out so I took it that very morning and got it dropped off. I contacted them informing them i did so and she guaranteed me it would go out thay afternoon.( this was on a Thursday)So i called at the end of the day just to get an update. And she said " I can assure you the bumper left the warhouse today at the latest it would leave tomorrow " she gave me a tracking number which on FedEx website wasn't linked to anything so I said ok and decided to wait till Monday for an update as fedex probably would take a day or two to get going. Monday comes still nothing so I called and she said " it should for sure have left the warhouse" but the tracking still shows nothing days go by same thing call vicrez " should have left the warhouse " still no updated tracking. Two weeks go by obviously frustrated at the situation same answers so I finally demand some proof that the bumper was on the way and how this has been super frustrating. They send me a picture from the FedEx receipt it shows the bumper did in fact ship THAT VERY DAY I GOT THE PICTURE so for two weeks they have been lying to me and lying even after my old bumper had arrived 11 days prior. Finally a month and about a week goes by finally receive the bumper it's the correct one. I'm relieved to have it I take it and test fit it on the car. It fits properly so I took it to paint and get professionally done. Very familiar with this shop very good friend of mine owns it. Gets painted and assembled properly as I'm there to make sure since they're like family they don't mind me hanging around. Get the car home not even 24 hours goes by I go out to my garage the bumper is sitting on the floor. I inspect the car and see that the tabs that mount the bumper to the car are broken beyond repair broken. So now I'm 1400 dollars in the hole ( bumper and paint/labor) and a completely broken bumper. So now super frustrated as you could imagine I leave it as it take pictures and get ready to call vicrez awful customer support again. I call them I'm informed I need to email the photos I do so I speak with Mary who is just awful. And she wanted to assume someone tried to rip the bumper off the car which couldn't be the case as I informed her it was locked away in a garage and no one touched it she then tried to blame the shop which I can confirm put it on right cause I was there watching it be placed on properly. She then tries to send me links on how to try and possibly repair the bumper with zip ties, glue and bondo. Which I informed her I shouldn't have to be doing on a brand new not even 1 day old $1000 bumper and how I feel for all that has happened i would like some kind of compensation back because now I need to try and get a new bumper cuase this one is broken. Their final verdict is that they will not be paying me anything to help I have a sponsored show car which I didn't even reach out to them asking for deals or what not just paid the regular price and after this would never want such an awful company being on my vehicle that tens of thousands of people being able see. From my personal experience and after speaking to numerous " customer service agents " I myself can say i will never be ordering from here AGAIN!
