I am ready to order Carbon Fiber Rear Diffuser and front splitter for 2016 BMW M245i. Is this the real "Carbon Fiber"? Do you include instructions

Dear Charles,
Thank you for your interest in our products. Yes, sir that is correct both front lip chin splitter and rear diffuser are made of 100% Carbon fiber. Hardware is included, as for instructions they are not included. Is pretty much self explanatory. However we highly recommenced taking your vehicle to a professional body shop with proper experience doing installation.
