Ordered a Nismo style front bumper and it took 2 weeks to deliver and upon delivery From a freight truck it came UNBOXED and shrink wrapped and broken in two places beyond repair. I called immediately and sent pictures and was told 2 days later they'd "look into my claim". Huh?! First tell me they will send me a replacement then 2 days later tell me they're out of that bumper and said for me to "fix it myself". I paid $800 with $100 shipping and they want me to fix it myself! Unreal. I demand a refund and they say I have to ship the part back before getting a refund and I would have to pay to ship. When I dispute the order with PayPal and email three times, they send me a USPS shipping label knowing very well that UPS not USPS will ship a huge car bumper let alone WITHOUT A BOX! Two days to find a bumper box and try to ship back then was rejected due to the size. All they had to do was have Pilot Freight, who they originally shipped with to pickup from me on their expense but they are in the business of taking money and not delivering quality parts or even quality! It's been 2 weeks and the "refund" they claim they refunded with PayPal has been held up because PayPal hasn't received the funds from the Vicrez payment account so I am without my $800 and was unable to get a replacement build in time for my show. Horrible company and they are very good at deceiving customers. For all the truthful negative reviews, they have random employees in their business post positive reviews that are lies. BUYERS BEWARE AND IF YOU MAKE A PURCHASE BUY USING A CREDIT CARD THAT GIVES PURCHASE PROTECTION SO YOU WILL BE REFUNDED WHILE THE CREDIT ISSUER SEEKS REPAYMENT. I learned a lesson to not buy from anyone using PayPal. I use my credit card now
