TERRiABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Bought a $1600 carbon fiber demon hood, and arrived damaged and cracked. No returns or replacement. All they did was issue a $150 refund and youtube instruction video how to repair carbon fiber. I highly recommend buying somewhere else where your product is guranteed safe and not damaged.

I bought my 370z 2016 front bumper a while back and I decided to go with their front splitters as well. Every product comes out nice and it's very affordable when you compare them to other products with that quality on the market.

1st of all it took 3 and a 1/2 months for my charger wide body flare kit to arrive and once it did arrive It was missing key pieces to the kit ‍ So I called an inquired about those pieces and the Young man Who answered the phone told me they were aware that there was some pieces missing out of the order and they didn't put them in the Box because they didn't have them in stock yet!... At this point I'm completely blown away By the lack of professionalism I've encountered dealing with Vicrez.com I had every intention Of spending a lot of money with this company before I knew how I'm professional it was... I will never, repeat I will never be ordering from this place again.

Took all of my money But gave me half the product And the product I did receive was flimsy and of poor material anyway

I purchased my WB kit back in July. Not once was I told when I was making the order that the side rocket panels were on back order. I got the shipment of everything else but side rocket panels. I set up my appointment to have kit installed, drop my car off and all. Just to be told Side Rockets were missing. I called on Aug 13 and was given a tracking # was told it would be mailed out that night and it was never mailed out... Then I was told it will be mailed out at end of Aug. Here we are in Sept and I still don't have my side rocket panels. Why was I not told at time of purchase of the back order.? Order *******.

BEWARE! IF YOU RECIEVE A DAMAGED ITEM YOU CAN FORGET ABOUT RETURNING IT. We recieved a wrap and it was open on one side of the box. After taking the wrap out of the box big scratches and dents were clearly visible throughout so we called customer service and long story short "management" said that there was no damage and that if I wanted to return it I would have to pay a restocking fee and pay to ship it back to them. There are plenty of other companies that have integrity and care about their reputation. NOT THESE GUYS!

Long story short, terrible customer service - they don't ship kits all at once, their customer service number isn't even Toll free, so expect to pay for your long distance fees because they don't care to have a landline thats toll free. They also never give you a response when you ask where it is, and you get 9 months of run around, and to this day its never delivered. I will NEVER buy from this irreputable website again nor would I recommend this to any friends, or family.

I did received my "wide body kit" for my challenger hellcat but I am very disappointed on the quality of the parts: terminations are lacking the smoothness you expect for the money paid. Accuracy of the details for carbon fiber parts does not match the "pictures" provided on line/web. Customer service does not take care of phone orders nor provides good "service". I do not recommend or will be using in the future.

PLEASE READ BEFORE INSTALLING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY ON YOUR CAR. I purchased the Vicrez Carbon Fiber Demon Hood w/ Vent Scoop, part # vz******* at Vicrez.com located at ******* Barton Circle Whittier, CA ******* in November 2022.

Unfortunately, there product has not performed well. While operating my vehicle diving less than 70 mph on interstate 95 the hood delaminated/separated in large pieces and leaving significant damage to my vehicle. As showed in the attachments the hood latch and screws bolted in still attached, which indicated this product was faulty.
Vicrez WOULD NOT take full responsibility for THIS damages. It cost my over 12k to fix my hellcat.

I've shopped with Vicrez over the past 4 years. 2 completely different builds and Vicrez have made them both happen. My first build was a widebody charger and second build is a widebody challenger. Their kits are so easy for the DIYers out there. And the icing on the cake is the phenomenal customer service! Most companies only respond to emails, but you can simply DM Vicrez on Instagram and get a response (not from a robot either. At least i think) but that's amazing! I will definitely recommend them for all of your mopar modification needs! I for sure wouldn't mind going broke with Vicrez haha! Also added some pics of my charger and challenger build.

Iv been using Vicrez products for a few years now and I love them! My widebody had been on my car with no issues for over a year and Iv had 3 different cars with the kit! Love how you don't have to have a hellcat to make your car stand out!

I have ordered multiple parts from Vicrez including two carbon fiber hoods, demon challenger widebody kit, carbon fiber diffuser and wheels. All of the products I have ordered have been exceptional quality and easy to install. I will definitely recommend them to other customers and will order from them again in the future.

I was a bit skeptical since i buy a lot online and have bought several equipment parts for both my car and my wife and to be honest after trying and testing Vicrez pieces i have to say thats all ive got now. I have replaced everything from bumper to others on both my own vehicle and my wife due to the strength, and high quality of their products. I cant recommend it enough. Want to feel and know youre getting your money's worth? Dont hesitate to try their products.

At first I was very skeptical as everyone is with ordering any high dollar product online, but let me tell you this was the best purchase ever! I had a million questions and called multiple times in regards to my order and every time I was spoken to it was with respect and understanding. The Vicrez team broke everything down for me in regards to how the ordering and shipping process goes as well as painting and prepping the product properly. The product also arrived pretty quick too, initially I was concerned because they do come shipped folded but after leaving it in the sun for about 15 minutes it was ready for prep and installation. It looks great on my 370z! I would definitely rate the experience 10/10

I'd like to start off by saying Vicrez has the best diffusers for the Camaro I've seen by far and the quality does NOT disappoint. I haven't had the chance to install mine just yet, but I am super excited. Another thing I'd like to mention is the staff, they are on top of their game. Best of the best.
