My experience with Vicrez has always been bad, they never ship the item when they say they will.
I know the customer service names by heart. No one their cares to get back with you, or place the order correctly. Do your self a favor, shop elsewhere.

Reported Vicrez to Federal Trade commission for fraudulent activities. This merchant delays sending customer's orders and prolonged processing returns and they had til this day have not issued a refund. The order was from Nov 2021. Be advised- do not deal with this company and save yourself the frustration.

I understand everyone is having sourcing issues in 2022. Supply chain etc etc. But when you promise 3 to 5 days shipping and it takes 3 weeks. And I only find out it's taking so long because I go out of my way to email / call / email / and pull teeth just to get a tracking number. Then discover that the tracking number isn't valid and it cant have shipped yet because their supplier is having trouble sourcing it?!? I could ( and would) have taken my business elsewhere. Guess I learned my lesson. Never again Vicrez

They sell absolutely terrible products and have horrible customer service. I purchased a product provided by them that came with no instructions and had the worst customer service agents! Buyer Beware!

Go anywhere else! This company has robbed me blind, purchased a Carbon fiber hood and it didn't fit, because it's frieght they wouldn't return it... They gave me a PARTIAL" credit to buy a new one... it came damaged as well and they WILL NOT fix it! GO SOME WHERE ELSE!

Purchased a front splitter with rods and side skirt V3 kit for my 2021 Widebody Charger brand new. Had them professionally installed flew off first time on the highway. Luckily we did not run over it and the exposed self tapping screws at 80mph. I had 4 people in my car could not fit it anywhere in the car. They refuse to refund or even give me credit to replace it (not that I would) even the nice young lady I was emailing said she was going to take this to upper management she knew they were wrong in just saying sorry and that's it.

Terrible, no other way to put it. The amount of times I have been disappointed by this company cant be counted on one hand. There favorite line is "We are processing your order/return", when in reality they havent even got to your order! They are extremely backed up. I placed an overnight, priority shipment for my package that took 3 days to process after the fact that I told them I wanted it to be priority mail, then they canceled my overnight shipment the next day without telling me. So I had to wait 7 days for my package to come in. Not sure if they take sending orders out seriously but they definitely are quick to take your money.

I bought a spoiler from them and it came 45 days later because they didn't have any made... You guys specialize in this, how do you not have 1 jaguar spoiler available. Anyways after it arrived it came with no hardware at all just a spoiler poorly packaged and screw holes were messed up. I called and asked if I could get a discount code for next purchase because of the delay and he said it shouldn't be an issue yet i didnt get anything even after having to wait 45 days

Their customer service team is horrendous and they make it so hard to get in touch with them. They don't hold any accountability to make up for their mistakes, and refuse to compensate refunds for THEIR mistakes. I was warned to stay away from them. Their products are not spec quality at all, tons of imperfections.

I purchased the Vicrez side skirt splitters for my 2017 Dodge Challenger and they look amazing on my car! Only complaint was there were no install instructions included, but I contacted customer service and they immediately provided links to install videos. We chose to push them back a little further so we wouldn't hit the side skirts getting in and out of the car, so we had to modify them slightly (drill holes) to accommodate the jack points. I also applied yellow reflective tape. Looks great and I'd highly recommend Vicrez!

Purchased a front lip splitter, wicker bill and rear diffuser for my Dodge Challenger last year. Arrived in a timely manner, undamaged and was clean as hell once installed. Liked them so much, I plan on buying all of the same stuff for my Charger along with the LED carbon steering wheel.

I had a slight issue with some damage to an item I ordered (likely from shipping). Vicrez customer service helped get a replacement product to me and even paid for shipping the original item back. They were responsive to my email and via phone, I appreciate that they put in extra effort to make my purchase experience a good one.

Vicrez is your one stop shop for all your car needs. Their inventory is crazy! You'll definitely find what you want and need. Customer Support is wonderful. I always say a good company starts with wonderful customer service.

You're really good at following up with the client so as to ensure that they are never left in the dark. Your loyal customer base is outstanding. Customers often ask me for your info because y'all got great product.

I ordered a full lower body kit for my heavily customized Challenger. The customer service was top shelf, and their website was easy to navigate. The combat style rear diffuser gets lots of attention and compliments daily.

We have ordered twice from them. Reasonable prices compared to other brands. I was pretty surprise with their Vicrez's quality for only a fraction of the cost. I bought a carbon fiber rear diffuser, spoiler and front lip for my 2015 BMW m4. Fitment was on point. Out of the 3 items only the front lip took a little longer since it had to made. Will be return customer for sure.

Vicrez honestly has the best customer service and response time. They have been in great communication whenever I purchase I product and as well best quality overall, will definitely continue doing business with them.
