I've been using Viabox since 2013 to forward supplies for my business from USA to Japan. Viabox support always addressed my concerns despite some delays during the holidays.

All I can say is that they are an honest and trusted forwarder and I would recommend without hesitation.

I have used them twice now...

Once to forward from a clothing store from New York and a year later to forward some few purchases from Overstock. Both those experiences were great.

The packaging was very professional & secure. I will be using them again for sure.

Best forwarding company
November 10, 2016

I used this company more than half a dozen times in the past few years and they always delivered my boxes undamaged.

Boxes are always professionally packaged and tracking info is accurate.

I'd recommend this forwarding company without hesitation.

A love affair with viabox
November 23, 2015

I doubt there is any other forwarding company out there that can offer their entire service for free and still scout for competitive shipping rates for clients. My package arrived professionally packaged, safe, and in good time. Ghana customs were so impressed, I cleared for free!

I have used few other shipping services that forward packages from the U.S. but since I started using Viabox, I was hooked.

Their prices are much lower comparing to the rest and their service worked fine every time. I would highly recommend this service to others.

We needed to buy some music instruments from the U.S. for our kids in Portugal and Viabox made the forwarding process easy and simple.

This was the third time we used Viabox and we found the platform to be transparent and efficient. I did not detect any sort of hidden fees.

The shipping price was right too and we had an excellent experience overall.

Very addictive

I used Viabox 2 years ago and got hooked on it ever since. Their service has improved quite a bit from a couple of years ago. I use them every now and then whenever I come across a site that doesn't ship outside the USA.

Their service has improved tremendously over the past years. It is still by far my favorite service to forward packages from the united states. Their support is very quick and knowledgeable and their shipping rates are much lower than other forwarders. Keep it up guys!

I am not very pleased with their service too. For shipping 10 pieces of toys I would wind up spending somewhere nearly 300 dollars. Each of them weigh only 2-3 pounds. Besides Tracking no. Are always wrong. First i thought it was sellers's mistake then I found out that It wasn't. It was their stuff. I didn't know where did they found a bunch of high school drop out kids to operate things.
Tracking No. Is valuable details. They should respect the fact that we need them to open case with eBay when we don't receive what we purchased. We need them to calculate how much do we paid for each item. They tried to raise the selling point that they are running no frills service... 10 Pieces of Toys weigh 23 Pounds cost me 300 dollar while I usually use Myus may cost me somewhere 120 - 150 USD

Stellar service

I like how they show pictures of all the packages that arrive at my suite on my Viabox account, no more guessing which merchants delivered my packages to my suite and which ones didn't. The previous forwarding company that I was using before was offering the same service but they were charging an arm and a leg for each picture. Glad I came across Viabox.

Stay away from Viabox. No service at all. Very vague and unhelpful customer service.
2 weeks ago I instructed and paid them to ship my goods that they received -still they have not shipped them. Looks like total scam.
Stay away!

I ordered a 25oz concealer, which can only purchased in states. 4 weeks after the item arrived at Viabox and I am still waiting. They are charging me £100 in delivery. The customer service is virtually non existent. I would never, ever, ever use them again. I would strongly advise people to stay away!

After months of research and after trying several other package forwarding companies, I came to the conclusion that Viabox is the best package forwarding service in the United States.
Their shipping rates are much lower than other packages forwarding companies and they have no hidden fees.
They've been around for several years and their service keeps getting faster and better with time.

The company does not respect their customers. Some times, they changed their customers requests choices of shipping carrier after the clients payment the shipment's value without informing the client.

There are other companies better from this one.

Over 6month now viabox have been handling all my shipment i say again you guys are super b long live viabox even thou some times there is a little delay in my shipment but its will never exceed 4 working days as they say love you all

This was my 1st experience in shipping with a forwarding company from the United States.
The transit time was reasonable and Viabox did a great job by constantly keeping me informed about the transit and delivery.
Overall a hassle free parcel forwarding with complete peace of mind. I would highly recommend Viabox
