We've used Viabox several times for shipping electronics and clothes from American web shops to Europe and they were always great. They kept us informed with up to date notifications and tracking numbers, we always felt our packages were in good hands and always arrived safe and well packaged.

Affordable and Reliable
November 21, 2017

When I came to using a forwarding company, I was torn between Viabox and another company that was promoted heavily in an online shopping forum in my country.

I'm so glad I went with Viabox... At almost half the shipping prices and no additional or hidden fees, I couldn't be any more happier.

Reliable service

A few months ago, I stumbled upon this service while looking for a way to ship some products from the United States from a store that does not ship outside the US. They have been very reliable and their support team is very helpful.

After comparing shipping rates of multiple package forwarding companies, I went with Viabox because it was much cheaper than other companies.
I was a little worried about the quality of the service, but everything worked out great. Shipping was fast and packaging was very secure.

These guys are straight up crooks. They are unclear and inconsistent in their policies, and declare harmless items to be "hazardous materials," refuse to ship them, charge you to return the items to the vendors, and don't even refund your massive shipping charges. Stay away!

And don't tell anything! It's a scum company, don't deal with it. Do not use this company. Never. All the positive reviews - fake! They pay much money for that. Tomorrow I will go to my lawyer, tomorrow I go to a lawyer and advise you to do the same! Together we can punish these criminals!

I opened up an account when I bought a cd to post to the uk the cheapest quoted option was around $20 when the item was in my locked the cost to post was actually $80 shocking when I complained they said its the carriers fault AVOID

I've used Viabox for 4 separate shipments over the past 12 moneths and have had a consistently excellent experience.
Their shipping department and customer support teams are professional, helpful, and friendly, and have made forwarding packages from the States much easier for me.

Viabox has lost an item delivered to them by courier, with delivery confirmation.
They refuse to admit they have lost it.
They refuse to give any deadline for when the item is considered lost.
Their customer service tickets and chat simply recycle generic responses over and over.
VERY DODGY

Quite simple

Quite simple. Just look at the picture of their stated address on Google Maps.
The area is a dumpster.
The address is just a locked storage space.
The trailer has just left with Gangsters and a pile of goodies scammed from the unsuspecting people.
I got ripped off by these scammers.
They employed people to write good things about them

I bought a phone and sent to my suite, two days after it got there and I was immediately notified. I made payment for shipping the same day which was quite expensive ($149), few hours later I was sent a DHL waybill number for tracking.

The package arrived in 5 days, and about 6 days after DHL was still to deliver so I picked up the phone to call them, the lady told me its either my package was missing or an empty box was sent so they could not deliver.

I called Viabox and they said my package was still in the suite, and there must have been a mixup. I called back an hour later and they were no longer picking my calls. Viabox reps contradicted their statements.

So I called with another number, they picked up and said I should go ahead and resolve my problem with DHL. I refused and told the lady to file a claim with DHL herself.

$499 phone + $149 shipping fee missing.

They no longer respond to my ticket and also avoid my calls.

Update: Dhl just confirmed an empty box was shipped.

I've been using Viabox for at least 3 years now and overall experience has been great so far.

Despite few hiccups from time to time, and those were mainly because some ebay sellers were not using accurate shipping methods like USPS non-trackable parcel service, Viabox service always came through for me and always forwarded my packages in a timely manner with accurate tracking info.

I do not recommend this company as recently at them theft of the shipped goods prospers.

For example at me at shipment did not ship clothes for $950 +!
I wrote to them about it, but they answered me that that at them did not remain in a warehouse, but they received the fact of not shipped goods!
They told then me that to me sellers though they confirmed earlier receiving the goods did not ship!

Shipment at them is very expensive, steal and then pretend to be idiots that they that did not receive!

As there are hidden payments, a yak collecting Fedex at the international shipments!

Very slowly ship, there are 7 days both more and again steal!

Thanks also be careful with this company!

Exceeded my expectations
November 15, 2016

My boxes were sealed with a security tape to make sure no one tampered with them during the transportation. I was impressed with the quality of the packaging. My packages arrived fast and tracking details was accurate

Recently I tried Viabox concierge service and it worked very well.
They were very helpful in assisting me when some items were out of stock at one online store. I asked them to try another online store and they were kind enough to buy it there at no extra charge.

Viabox is the best package forwarder, i have try many of them but Viabox is still Number 1. They don't have hiding fees, all services you needs are free, like pictures of your package, consolidation and repackaging, 90 days of storage. After consolidation and repackaging you can store your package for another 90 days for free, that's 180 days for free of storage. They never overcharged you for something, have great costumer service, always respond quickly and do what you want, they are kind and honest company. I highly recommend to everyone.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this unethical company who couldn't care less about their customers. My order is 2 months overdue - and not sure If it will be delivered as I cannot contact them. I have lost $500, gained 200 gray hairs and increased my blood pressure by about 30 points, since dealing with them. I hate being scammed, I hope you will not make the mistake I did.
