Expensive, unreliable
December 25, 2018

The shipping fee was unbelievably expensive. My item stuck somewhere as seen on tracking and they told me the tracking is not reliable and told me to wait. My order was not arrived after estimated delivery. I contacted customer support, they told me they are checking with shipping department/carrier. I still yet to get any response after a week.

A friend of mine used to buy a lot online and often use a package forwarding company. They never deliver his items nor they respond to his calls. I was afraid to use any kind of package forwarding service due to this reason but when I just go through the details given in the viaddress.com, I got convinced and ordered them. They were really cool and do what they promised.

I wanted to compare services with an other company I'm used to deal with.
First they put my stuff in huge box. So when you ship in my case to France, It goes mostly by volume ( light stuff). I paid a ridiculous amount for it. I had a pair of shoes to include. But in the description I put rubber shoes instead of leather...
They remove the shoes (without questioning) from my shipment saying fedex did not accept rubber shoes?
And now they are quiet due to price of the shipping the shoes only.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Viabox does not even deserve 1 star.
They are a HUGE scam operation.
They used to operate in Indiana, but were sued, so shut down and moved to Portland Oregon.
The worst customer service I have ever dealt with, the customer service agents recycle generic responses, I have been told 15+ times my complaint would be escalated to ''management'' and I'd get a reply in 24 hours.

If you are thinking about using Viabox - DON'T. Avoid them, they are the plague. Satan spawned liars who steal your money.
I lost $55 on a wire transfer which was supposed to cost $16. They refuse to admit fault.

DO NOT USE VIABOX. This is not a drill, DO NOT USE this scam unreliable disgusting company.

I have used Viabox for the past two years and can confidently say the service is excellent.

Notification of parcel received to pick up by carriers is prompt plus costing is competitive.

I had a issue with my last parcel and to Viaboxes credit they investigated sand sorted the issue plus despatched within a day of my raising my concern.

I highly recommend their service.

These guys would overcharge by twice the amount, they would speak to you very rudely and would not appreciate your business, stay away and don't bother doing business with them. Notice carefully, all your 5 stars reviews are FAKE and written by the same person day in and day out! Don't fall for their fake reviews and don't do business with them!

Responsive support team

I opened a ticket to request few changes to my consolidation request and the support team was very responsive.

I received answers very quickly and everything worked well after that.

I reached out to Viabox customer support with several questions about shipping and custom duties and they were very knowledgeable about latest shipping regulations.

They answered quickly and they were very courteous.

I wanted to buy some Christmas gifts from an online boutique belonging to a renowned brand. After marking in my head my favorite products, my wishlist was threatened to become a bittersweet memory due to the site's country limitations. Since my mind was made up, I decided to browse for a cost-effective solution to have my goods dispatched outside the U.S. Viaddress.com provided the solution I needed and guess what? My huge Christmas order was delivered to me safe and sound. I will definitely think of them for my future orders.

Worst shipping company
September 18, 2014

Worst shipping company. Not only was I charged over DOUBLE what was originally advertised for shipping, they lost one of my two items that I bought from the same place, and told me that the original company I bought the items from mustn't have packed them. Crooks, scammers, liars. Have tried to complain many times with no response.

Viaddress are at it again, read the reviews underneath and it doesn't take a rocket scientist to work out they are fake. Either Viaddress are paying people again to post fake reviews or it is someone in their employment who has English as a poor second language. The ONLY way you will get anything delivered from this company at the moment is to complain to the Elkhart Police dept. Do you really want to use a company like this? Check the reviews on their facebook page if you don't believe me.

I used this company in the past and their prices were once reasonable enough, a few years ago a big package weighing over 20 lbs or so cost me around $50-$60 to reship through them and I was satisfied with their service and speed. However, recently they have become a company of rip-off merchants and now that I just want a small, little package weighing only under 3 lbs or so (which they want to charge as 5 lbs in "billable weight") and their CHEAPEST and slowest shipping option is $84! These guys are a joke now, their prices have risen to the point of being FAR too expensive to the point of not even saving you any money anymore and even more expensive than just getting shipping directly from the retailer. What is even the point of using this company anymore? Especially when there are other companies that do the exact same service as them for much cheaper! Viabox is now an extortionate and unviable service, so therefore I am going un-viabox and NEVER using them again. I hope they read this as they will never get my business or even a single penny from me ever again, and I am going straight to their far superior direct competitors

I ordered a Kindle at Amazon. All the process worked perfectly UNLESS Viadress did a mistake and doesn't sent my order. They mixed my order with someone else. So my Kindle is completly lost since 1 month.
The Viadress support website is useless and since 2 weeks completely stopped to answer to my tickets.
Avoid this company and all will be better for you!

The first i'm used this forwarding services, I was panicked because of the many people who give bad feedback, and I live in Indonesia.
Their flaws I see only on customer service. There is no charge for repacking.
Shipments from the US to Indonesia before repacking 97 usd, and after repacking only 27 usd.
For the future, I hope the viabox can improve customer service.

They have the lowest shipping rates among all package forwarding companies in US and their service it excellent.

Brought over $3000 USD in computer parts for shipping to new zealand. Amazon said they deviled the item's so did the postal service to Viaddress. They did not reply to my MANY email's for over 3 months till they sent me a email saying they sold the item's.

Hopeless, worst online service ever, period! I want to change my shipping address from US to Singapore. Asked me to fill in a USPS form, and even need IDs and notary approval! What nonsense is this? It is NOT STATED in their FAQ that this is required. And furthermore what has USPS got to do with me changing my shipping address? All other forwarding agents that I have used, change of address and countries is just a click of the button. They knew I have an item in storage and they are holding it hostage, and making me payment exorbitant shipping fee to US instead of a much lower shipping fee to Singapore!

Avoid at all cost. There are much much better forwarding agents around!
