I lost 850 USD with them. They received parcel but it was bever sent to Europe because shipping company never received it. And they are saying that parcell was sent and nothing can be done.
I had a good experience with Shipito for over two years but they have changed and are now expensive and have woeful customer service. So I looked around for an alternative (I like to buy things on ebay and onward ship to the UK) and tried Viabox. My first experience was very positive, it all went extremely smoothly and was much cheaper than Shipito. I was disappointed that they didn't have DHL Express as one of their shipping options but Amarex did the job ok, if somewhat slower, and were competitively priced. I will definitely be using them again.

Their shipping department and customer support teams are professional, helpful, and friendly, and have made forwarding packages from the States much easier for me.
Viabox aka formerly Viaaddress is a bogus "business" once located in Canada (and was sued for 70K there), and which fled to Portland, Oregon to continue ripping off customers. They use another bogus company, Aramex, to "ship" your boxes. THEY NEVER SHIP, PROVIDE NO PROOF, KEEP (I. E., STEAL) YOUR SHIPMENT, AND DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS. I am in the process of getting them investigated by Portland, Oregon, police and the Portland news stations. IF YOU HAVE BEEN SCAMMED BY THEM, CONTACT THE PORTLAND POLICE AND NEWS STATIONS.
Packages arrived with no dings dents or scratches and delivered it in immaculate shape.

I like how they show pictures of all the packages that arrive at my suite on my Viabox account, no more guessing which merchants delivered my packages to my suite and which ones didn't. The previous forwarding company that I was using before was offering the same service but they were charging an arm and a leg for each picture. Glad I came across Viabox.
I registered for viabox & was given a suite number; I bought some sports shirts & socks & had them shipped to that suite; a day or two later, when I logged on, there was no US address in my dashboard anymore. I thought that was weird & re-entered the info; but it gave me a different suite number; despite having logged on with the same user and password, the support told me (after 4 days) that it was my fault for creating a 2nd account! I definitely didn't, but the order was finally marked as arrived in my dashboard, so I clicked on ship now and paid the amount. This was more than double what the estimate was... for 6 shirts & 6 pair of socks it cost $225US to ship to Australia! Ridiculous, but what else could I do. The amount then showed as paid in my paypal account (and in my associated credit card). In my dashboard, the item moved to the Outgoing side as I would have expected, saying 'processing'. When I checked 2-3 hours later, it was no longer on the Outgoing side but back in the 'arrived' area and asking me to Ship Now again and wanting payment again. Once again their support took 3 days to figure out that I had paid and then shipped them. They again blamed me, saying I must have pressed the Back button during payment. What a ridiculous thing to say, as their own site had it showing correctly for several hours after the payment, before reverting to the previous state! The shipping option I chose was DHL 2-4 days delivery. They sent me 2 different tracking emails (for TNT Express instead of DHL), neither of which worked. After 2-3 more days the Viabox site itself had a link on it saying Shipped & if I clicked on it, that worked. The delivery took 11 days, not 2-4. During this whole process I tried to call them on no less than 10 times, at various times of day, trying to actually talk to someone... voicemail every time! This was a terrible and expensive experience. I will definitely choose someone else next time!

Their service has improved tremendously over the past years. It is still by far my favorite service to forward packages from the united states. Their support is very quick and knowledgeable and their shipping rates are much lower than other forwarders. Keep it up guys!
I couldn't find any other shipping company to give me any lower rates and amazing customer service. They seem to know what they're doing.
The customer service agents were quick to respond to queries so overall I think that I would recommend them and I would ship with them again.

BEWARE PEOPLE... I purchased Ipad Mini from AT&T site and shipped to my address that viabox has been provided for me. And on march 12th 2016 I paid about 45$ for reshipping it to INDIA but they r putting it on HOLD from that day only till today I tried calling their customer care but no one ever picked up. Along with that whenever I tried contacting them through email support they never replied me with a solution. Now that I'm totally frustated I asked them a refund they said they can't... They ripped me!

I used Viabox 2 years ago and got hooked on it ever since. Their service has improved quite a bit from a couple of years ago. I use them every now and then whenever I come across a site that doesn't ship outside the USA.
From the beginning, Viabox kept me informed by email notifications of all what was happening with my packages, until my packages arrived to my house in Montserrat.
Answer: Don't use them. Try myus.com instead. The calculator is fake they will add 3 times or more the charge and call it dimensional weight - that is if they decide to ship to you at all! Don't fall in their trap! At least they was my experience.
Answer: No way to contact them for refund, the answer machine asked me to visit website and their website is down
