I was looking for a way to buy some items from a merchant that does not ship outside the United States and I came across few people recommending Viabox on web forums.

At first, I thought this is going to be complicated and expensive, but to my surprise, the process is very simple on Viabox website and the cost of shipping was very reasonable and affordable.

Viabox shipping rates are super low and discounted comparing to the shipping charges I've seen quoted by some merchants who ship outside the United States.

It actually turns out cheaper to ship to Viabox & have them forward packages outside the United States, than to ship directly from those merchants to outside the United States, that's if they actually do which is rarely the case.

I will certainly use Viabox again to buy few other things from the US.

I am unsure whether these people are thieves and scammers or merely incompetent. They have had my goods for over a month now and despite paying very overpriced freight charges they are yet to send the products.
My contact with the local sheriffs department indicates that they are known to be very dubious in nature.
There are plenty of alternatives out there, use them.
Oh and Viaadress - if you aren't too busy paying for positive reviews and actually want to address some complaints my suite is Unit A******* - send me my fricken stuff!

Fakeeeee company!

I have made an account@ viabox from 2 months. And i bought stuffs for about nearly 300$ and sent them to my suite their. They are already delivered there and something went wrong in the website while writing the shipping address. And i sent them till now more than 200 email and every time they answer after 1 week and say sorry we will do our best! And nothing change! And last time they said we are swamped! But we will help your problem. And my total order was 8 pounds and it was supposed that they will let me pay for 40 pounds!... i really know that i already lost my item in thissss fakeeee company. Their conscience is 0%

Plzzzzzzzzzzzz dont use itttttttt

If you are an international shopper, Via Box is a gold mine. It is free to join and they allow you to shop from any US retailer and have it shipped to their US address. Then they mail it to you for the loweest rate possbile due to their relationships with the mail carriers. Such a brilliant concept!

Website - Impressive, once logged in, you'll be welcome by a user dashboard. It allows you to put in the expected orders and updates you once the parcel arrives. It doesn't update me on the item I paid for shipping.

Service - Slow in response. Paid for shipping for a week now and hasn't got any updates on my item being shipped. Doesn't response to email. Will try calling - my bet is I wouldn't get through.

Overall experience - Not good. Will not encourage anyone to use them., it's only gotta be a one time thing.

I am legit reviewers, not scammers from other freight forwarder.

One of my many order number is this: VIA*******
If anyone read this and is form Viaddres, you'll know that I am not bull$#*!ting.

After reading all those negative rep, i have to say i had no problem with them. My package was small, about 1lbs and i paid 33usd for Fedex Express Shipping. They shipped the payment next day. I wrote them twice with the desk tool and they replied in 12 hours. I recommend to use viaddress for small package to avoid overcharging shipping and clearly write whats in the pack using the online tool. Also, if the vendor ships via usps, you have to fill out a form ( you can find it in the FAQs). And apparently they ship only via fedex

Fraudulent actions

They have no credibility don't trust them.

I haven't received my shipment 2 months ago

While other forwarding companies delivered to me within a week.

I ordered $642 worth of merchandise from Amazon US in January and paid for Viabox to ship it to Rio De Janeiro where I was working at the time. The package didn't ship on time so I changed my flights to give it another week and still no cigar. I moved back to Australia to find out it had been stuck in customs. I tried calling customs and no one there spoke English and I didn't speak Portuguese. Viabox offered no help. It was in customs for another 3 months, upon which I found out it was lost. USPS offered a cheque for $208, a third of the cost of the original package (a fifth if you include shipping and Viabox fees!). Viabox did not help. I asked to escalate this issue. Viabox did not help. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE.

They stole my phone

They stole my Google Pixel 2 XL.

It should get to Germany but they shipped it to Singapore and the support always just say: "Wait for our managers to contact you"

I have waited 2 weeks and still no email from the "managers".

They dont mind to hold your items and not shipping it, they might ask you for bankwire and bitcoin, they might even ask you for ID even if payment was approved, be ware of this scam if you really looking to ship items viabox shouldn't be even a choice.

I feel I have been cheated by this $#*! shipping company. I bought 8 pairs of baby shoes from shoes.com. Compare with Australia, the price in US is really very cheap. I paid $280.00 in total for those shoes. They shiiped to Viadress, and I was told the shipping cost will be $285.00! Crazy! And they said they can repack the box for you for free. I tried to contact them through the helpdesk, but haven't hear back anything from them for more than 1 week. And I cannot ask them to return the items to shoes.com. So maybe I can ask shoes.com to ship to some other shipping forwarder. Now I probably can only pay the $285.00 shiiping fee! God! The price I spent on the 8 pairs of shoes are doubled!. I will NEVER NEVER NEVER use this shipping company again!

All items were delivered on time and undamaged.

Much cheaper than other parcel forwarders I've found.

I purchased some ski gear from a US seller on Ebay & used this service as a forwarding address and I can't be any happier.

Shipping rates were very reasonable & delivery was within the quoted dates.

Imbeatable shipping rates

I researched and compared multiple freight forwarding companies and their shipping rates and I found out that Viabox has the lowest shipping rates.

This is the 3rd time I ship with them and everything has been great s far.

Viabox was easy to use comparing to other parcel forwarding companies. They don't require any security deposits or personal identification documents which I don't feel comfortable providing anyway.

I used their service to buy a few gadgets and a small TUMI Bag.
Since they do not charge for opening an account, have no membership fees whatsoever, and are based in a tax free state, i thought i would use them cause i was saving around 90 dollars of Tax versus other companies that were based in states that charge amazon a sales tax.

Bottom line of my experience:

- They shipped with TNT, the cheapest and slowest shipper.
- They charged me for around 100% more than the other shippers. To give you an idea, according to them, my dimension weight for the bag was 30 pounds. Bare in mind that different companies calculate the dimension weights differently. They all multiple the depth by the height and the width, then they take the output and divide it by a certain number. Look like this number is very high with these guys.
When you compare this to others, it is around 3 times the weight i got with others.

I ended up paying much more for shipping than i would have paid for tax.
Bottom line is stay away from them.

Stage 3: Viaddress does nothing, does not forward the package even through I paid them via Paypal for shipping it to me.
