I ordered a dress in January and to this day I have not received it. I've tried all the ways to contact them but they don't respond.

DO NOT BUY FROM VENCANO! The products are NOT the same as what they advertise on their website! It's cheap, knock-off imitations and won't last a week! And good luck getting hold of them for a refund too!

Good luck getting refunds, for cheap products, shipping is slow. Customer service is impossible, they do a good job of making it difficult to reach them.

I ordered clothing from you with the intention I was going to Flordia and I paid almost $40 extra dollars to make sure the delivery would be between 3 to 7 business days. 7th day it finally got out of processing state now I get notification I'll receive by the end of day on the 28th. I didn't pay for that I paid for 3 to 7 days. Now it came to my order will arrive on my porch when I'm already gone and in Flordia so someone can just take a package I no longer need since it will be too late at that point. Either get my package to me before the 26th or give me a complete refund of my money. I need this done immediately I didn't pay almost $200 to be treated like this. I don't appreciate being lied to. They took 30 days to process an order from Nov. 16th which I have yet to receive. As it was Christmas pajamas, it's now useless and their customer service is a joke. THEY WILL LIE TO YOU ABOUT PROCESSING TIME AND BLAME THE PANDEMIC, when in reality they just want to steal your money.

Paid extra fee to ensure I received it in time for new years and a month later no item and no way to contact them

The pictures on this site are the same as another site under another name that I ordered from about a year ago. Identical. I ordered a beautiful sweater and received something that (no exaggeration) looked like it was pulled off a trash pile and ironed. It was torn and damaged, smelled to high Heaven, and was about the size a child of five would wear. The "style" was nothing like the picture, and rather than aggravate myself further, I just threw it away. It was too much of a mess to even donate. When I contacted the company they said to take pictures of it. I told them I would send it back for a refund, and they said they did not want it back. No wonder. There are many bogus sites like this, and you MUST look for reviews before ordering, or you are throwing your money away. This also happened to me when I ordered a table from a site without doing my homework until afterwards. My credit card did refund my money on that. The ratings on this site have to be bogus as well. Scam companies have a lot of employees to make up bogus reviews.

I was so disappointed on how the customer service handled my order. I placed an order on 09/16/2020@ 5:11pm. Immediately I realized that I should ordered one size bigger since it comes in a smaller size. I contacted the customer service that same hour to exchanged my order to "Medium". A representative responded and said that they got my inquiry and my order now is placed on hold until I confirmed to them that I would like to do the exchanged. On my disbelief that after I had confirmed that I want the medium, they sent me a message that the merchandise has been shipped? WAIT? What? Didn't you just said that my ordered was put on hold, until you heard it back from me?
Unbelievable! So after 10 days, I got the item, and as expected, it did not fit me at all. So had to returned it and today. I got a message that I will be refunded of $11.00 instead of the $ 18.99 of the original price that I paid for it. So, clearly it was a scam! Please do not engage on this company coz first, their merchandise are poorly made, materials are cheap and lastly, the company is a joke! Scam! No good!

I ordered a dress from Vencano and was impressed with the price, quality and speed of my delivery. I will definitely be shopping with them again.

I ordered my wife a hoody than after I looked up the reviews for this place and most was bad but I got what I ordered and for a very good deal I dont understand why so many bad reviews I'll be ordering from them again
