Yes shipping takes a while but you have to expect that. I got exactly what I paid for. Lots of compliments on the earrings! I love the jeans. They fit perfectly! So does the top and it's even cuter than I expected! Both are very comfortable. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase

Wish I'd checked the reviews first! Dress arrived very quickly but looks nothing like advertised. Sent an email saying I wanted to return but when I try and log in it says my email does not exist, and they replied with your dress is still in transit. There is no customer service number to contact at all. I've tried emailing them again but had no reply. Just save your money and use a reputable company with good review and customer service.

I would like to give no stars but don't have a choice. This company makes cheap clothes like wish! The reviews on what I bought was not core t or I got the bare and switch because the overalls I got look nothing at all like the picture on their site and the material is super thin and not even Jean material. It has not belt as pic showed on site and it's not form fitting or more slender legs. It has wide legs.

First of all, this company is in China and delivery of clothes was over a month. Then when I received the clothes nothing fit and quality of fabric was crappy. I returned the clothes that I had paid over $60 for and two months later they refunded me $4.88. Don't waste your money.

This is my 1st order to Vencano. I placed my order on 8/7. Went to track my order said delivery would be 8/16. I was impressed. The date passed. Checked again, said 8/17. Date passed. Check again and said in replenishment. You will be sent an email once it has shipped. Should have stuck with Shein. Hopefully my shipment comes soon. They had no issues immediately charging my card for the order. Go figure.

I was never able to add the discount on muiltiable purchase, so I only bought two sweater dresses.
It was never clear as to when the ETA of my purchase was going to be.
I finally received them, beautiful comfortable, Worth the wait. :)

I do not even want to award 1 star! I was offered a discount to buy more of their cheap and nasty tap. The sweater I ordered was made of nylon, so awful it literally made my hair stand on end with static electricity. I was like a magnet to hair, dust etc and literally couldn't stand to wear this awful garment. "Oversized" is a joke- It was big enough to fit my whole family! The company "kindly" offered me the discount and suggetsed I "gift" the item to a member of my family or a friend as the cost of shipping it back (at MY expense) would exceed it's value. I have been in a dispute with them and PayPal eversince. Do NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. This is the second company, based in China that has done this and it is only when you have paid for the item and they have your money that you are made aware of the "Shipping" from overseas information.

Do not listen to the 5 star reviews, they're fake. If I could I would give it zero stars. I ordered on Jan. 16 of 2021 and I still have not received my order. It was worth $400. I looked up where they are located and they don't even have a direct location. There is no number you can call to. I looked up their number online and when I called it said that the number didn't exist. This entire thing is a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Totally a scam never did I receive my order it has been 4 months now I have been trying to reach them send them emails nobody has responded to me there is no number for me to call and I'm just very unhappy, I wanted my daughter to have a bathing suit for the summer, and some new clothes. Now summer is over and she never got her bathing suit. I am I single mom and I struggle to make ends meet, that 132$ was a lot for me. It's just so sad how you just can't trust anybody anymore. People have list their minds, what happened to the kind and honest people.?

Recently I was given a code to use because my recent order had a few issues. It didn't work. I explained this to the idiot on the other end several times. RIDICULOUS. Comprehension very low. They play games and act like control freaks. They acted like you were trying to take advantage of them. I've never incountered such behaviors before. Even though there were a few more items I wanted it's truly not worth the hassle. Will be shopping elsewhere. Buyer beware. The person I spoke with yesterday should be fired. The worst customer service ever.

Paid for expedited shipping (not cheap either) over 3 weeks later package arrived.
I was charged a foreign transaction fee on my credit card, even though the site stated U.S. dollars.
Out of the 5 items purchased, 2 were sized correctly. A small size was more appropriately 2XX large!

I ordered a Grinch shirt almost two months ago. It looks nothing like the style in the pic and doesnt fit properly but Im not complaining about any of that! I have been ordering stuff online for almost 20 years and this is the first time I received something close to soaking wet (sealed inside the plastic bag) with the tag peeling it was so wet and had stains all over the front. I dont even know what they are! It looks like an orange colour! As soon as I touched it I almost got sick! This is absolutely DISGUSTING TO ME! Apparently, I dont qualify for those WORRY FREE RETURNS as stated on their page and they removed my review RIGHT AWAY! Dont buy here! Just GROSS!

My order took 2 months to get to me. Once received, I no longer needed it as it was for a gift. I returned it on my own dime and they said they never received it. Unfortunatley I thought I had got tracking, but I didn't. I did however provide them the receipt showing that I returned it to their facility. I ordered in November 2020 and I'm still fighting for a refund of $125.

Worst experience purchase a burgundy blouse and when it arrived it was bright red. Tried to get a refund and system would not let me and there is no way of contacting customer service to request a refund or return. Do not use company to purchase a rip off.

I will never shop here again. I suggest everyone to purchase from Shein. They have the same clothes and only takes 5-7 days from start to finish! I placed an order with Vencano over 3 weeks ago and it took 2 weeks just for processing. I'm still waiting... Horrible!
