I ordered two dresses from vencano and only received one dress. They kept telling me lies that the dress would be delivered. I asked for a refund which never happened. Don't waste your money with this crooked company

Worst experience ever. Ordered a pool/lake floating mat. Two months later I received a cheap child's top.

Since then I've been trying to get my money back. They said they were unable to refund the full amount but only could do 80 per cent. 4 weeks later still haven't seen a dime.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from these guys. Wish I looked at the reviews first. I reported to BBB and plan to report to other agencies.

I purchased 2 sweaters and then read the reviews and was super worried! I'm sorry so many people had a bad experience but I have no complaints, great communication from the company about a delay in delivery but still received sweaters by delivery date and received a 20% off coupon from them for the delay. Sweaters look exactly like pictured... will definitely be ordering from them again!

I ordered from Vencano and when I got my package it was left on my doorstep opened and damaged and only 3 items were in there when I ordered 6. That was in June 2022 and I have been going back and forth with this company to refund my money for the 3 items I did not receive. I have yet to get my money back and they are being very uncooperative. I really like their clothing but that will be the last time I ever order from them.

Vencano puts you through hoops to return an item. Once you have submitted all details the company still does not send a shipping label. The item I purchased did not look as it was display. I did not wear nor will I wear it and wanted to return it.
The return policy is false and I would highly recommend not buying from this company. Stick with reputable companies you trust

I ordered from them 4/27/21. And never recieved my package and submitted a cancelation request still not money credited back to my account. The website will not let me submit anything else. It says that my request has been submitted already.

I ordered a grey summer dress in Jan 2022 to wear on a trip April 2022. The dress came and it is blue, not ugly blue but blue nevertheless. I figured oh well with the way delivery has been these past few years I couldn't chance sending it back so I kept it. Well once I was on my trip, I put it on and has a hole in it on one of the feathers which I didn't notice when I first looked at it and because it's on the feather it's not real noticeable but imagine showing up at a Sandals for an event and you notice a hole in your dress. I will never order from this place again. First off you had grey dress on the bag it was in so you knew that it wasn't the right color and secondly when sewing and putting it together you knew it had a hole.

I purchased a top on 11-15-21. Within minutes I remembered a bill that I needed to pay and canceled the order. Canceled within 20 minutes. They took the money out immediately. I've been waiting for my refund for a month and when I check on it I get a message that says they know I've canceled it and to be patient. It's ridiculous. I just want my money back.

Order hasn't arrived. They said it had been delivered I have cameras and know it hasn't been. They then give a number and say it is the tracking no for Royal Mail. It isn't. It is not recognised.
I am going to advise PAYPALl they are rogues.

The tops look great on the website, look different when you receive them. Also it states that you have 14 days to return, we received the msde on January 28th and are trying to return on January 30th, it will not let us return. This is fraud. I will try to work with paypal to get the refund.

My order took 11 weeks to arrive. All the shirts were huge, like an XL and I ordered Medium. Make up was dry and damaged. I ordered a pair of boots that were cheap and also big on my feet ( not as pictured). I have been trying for a month to get a return approval and they continue to ask me for pictures that I have sent multiple times. I will just give it away at this point. Lost $120 bucks.

Wow, I'm so surprised by all of the bad reviews... I had no idea. I guess I got lucky because I really like my shirts. Two of them are great and one is just okay... The fabric is cotton blend, not shiny, on the two favorites... the other one is okay but the color is more orange than pink as it was supposed to be. But that one cost less than $8... I only paid $11 for shipping for all three... tracked them all the way and they didn't take too long, maybe 2 weeks. So I'm pretty happy.

Found some cut leggings and put three pairs in my cart shipping said the would be here by 2/6 it's now 2/19 payed 25.00 in shipping. So I tried finding a way to cancel my order so I can buy somewhere else. Can't find a customer service number or chat and when I went to cancel it said it won't give me the 25 for shipping back when according to the tracker they haven't even shipped yet. Absolutely terrible company which is so sad the leggings looked so cute.

Note that there isn't an option for 0 stars, otherwise they would have gotten that. I ordered several items, all said would ship within 24 hours of purchasing. I paid extra for expedited shipping. 14 days later and my items still have not shipped. Can't cancel order so going to have to see if I can get my money back somehow!

The dress I ordered was as seen in pictures. Stunning my only problem with the dress is the sewing could of been finished neatly. But got my self a bargain. Ordered Friday and came today to the uk. Ladies if your a size 12 to 14 get a xl fits like a glove.uk customer

I bought a top on here 31st January which didn't arrive until mid March. They are now sending me 3 emails an hour, I've tried asking them to stop, blocking them & marking as spam but their emails are just flooding my inbox day in day out! What can I do? Someone help me

In Dec 2020, I ordered 4 items and kept one: boots which truly are beautiful and well made. The 2 sweaters I ordered were nothing like the beautiful ones pictured. They're thinner knit and dowdy. So I requested a return label through email which they sent. I sent them back of course a week later, having to pay shipping. I got a receipt from post office with tracking. Tracking said package arrived to destination. I was never reimbursed. There's no way to contact company. No email or chat with a real person. Phone number to Hong Kong doesn't go through. So I'm stuck. DON'T buy from these scammers.
