Ordered a beautiful tie dye maxi dress received a horrible tshirt with front zip. Want to return says I can't there is no way to contact them either

Your clothes are horrible and definitely not what you have pictured, lesson learned! I will never order from this site again...

Terrible. Bought what I was going to wear to my wedding never got it, said arrived, never did. Disputed with my bank!

At least 2 sizes too small; difficult return unfortunately loved the top if it had been true to size and r en sized up

The post office here in Calhoun Ga said did not receive my 2 bathing suits am out $29.00! Don't order from this company! :(

After 3 months still have no tracking. No information. It's for a wedding soon! This site is crazy!

First of all, I have to apologize to Vencano for the harsh reviews I posted earlier...
After ordering a sweater that hadn't arrived a month after purchasing it that didn't have the required tracking information included in its description, I did a bit of research to see if Vencano was a scam. About 50% of the online reviews I found claimed their order arrived BUT it wasn't the exact product that they ordered, and the other 50% of the online reviewers said that their order never came at all.
I nervously emailed Vencano to see what was up with my order, and they emailed back right away, which confused me. Why would a scamming website email me back so fast with more tracking details? Wouldn't a scamming website just ignore my email? Since there still one important detail missing from the tracking information they provided, I proceeded to think that it was a scam. So, I posted a bunch of awful reviews trying to warm people not to buy from the site.
I decided to email them back with more questions, and after emailing back and forth all night asking questions, my order arrived at my front door like they promised it would. In the emails I told them that I needed the package before Christmas as it was a gift, and I don't know if that helped get my order here faster, but it arrived very soon after our emails.
The arrived product is exactly what I ordered and it's in great condition.
I would recommend shopping at Vencano, they have great products, but only if you have the patience to wait a while for your product to arrive & without having all the tracking information needed to locate your package.
Again Vencano, my apologies for the harsh reviews, and thank you for your speedy email replies and for getting my order to me by the time I said I needed it.
I don't think the website is a scam, at least it wasn't for me, but I'd still be careful. And I've definitely learned to always read website reviews BEFORE ordering, just in case.

Jai commandé plusieurs vêtements Small selon la charte Small Reçu tous de taille XLarge. La qualité des tissus, de fabrication et couleurs n'est pas représentatif des images montrés. Dommage belle collection de vêtements original et attrayant. NE VOUS FAITE PAS PRENDRE
