This is a scam company, DON'T ORDER FROM VENCANO You can order clothes & pay for them, you won't receive them.

Beware. Worst place I've ran into yet for what I consider scamming. They may suck you in with a 1st order arriving quickly. Mine did in 4 days but a pair of boots wouldn't fit the legs of something much bigger than straight ostrich legs (mine are skinny enough). Sent them back and lost nearly all the money & the boots. (Could have sold them locally and gotten more money back from someone they actually fit. I'd already placed the 2 more orders before that happened.

2nd order had a T-shirt that according to their Sizing Chart said it had a 50 inch bust but turned out to be 12 inches smaller. It took more that 2 weeks to receive the order. Made a deal for 40% refund on the T-shirt and I'd keep it (I'll have to donate it), since they refused to honor their own Return Policy & Exchange Policy that would have refunded the full cost of the shirt and the shipping charge. Didn't get 40% back.

For the 3rd order it's been almost a month and I don't even have it yet. These last two orders were placed before I had any idea what I was in for, but they even charged me for the value of the coupon they "give" or you "earn." You won't find it in the Return & Exchange Policies, rather an obscure place on the site where it says coupons are nonrefundable, which actually means to me that you can't recoup the value of the coupon because it wasn't something you actually paid for. They actually told me if it hadn't expired it could be reused. It doesn't say they charge you for it if you have to return a defective or incorrect item that's their fault or even if it isn't. In fact, the policy says a full refund for defective items plus shipment costs for it will be paid by Vencano. Instead, I was charged $7.99 for shipment & a portion of a $14.91 coupon fees, leaving me with a $6.88 refund which wouldn't even pay for it's portion of over $35.00 in Expedited shipping. Looks like a great scam to me. So there's no telling what will turn up wrong in the last package that I paid over $53.00 for expedited shipment alone. Hints are already being laid for the shipment not arriving in the "guaranteed" delivery time paid for.

If you never have a problem, then that's great but don't expect processing time to be right and the expedited shipping charges are a joke. They don't guarantee a processing time, though they list it as 7-9 days (not working days). That being the case, they can effectively take a month or two for processing and then go ahead and apply the expedited shipping and make a lot of money doing it while you wait and twiddle your thumbs for something you won't see any faster than someone that paid the regular shipping charge. If you've read this and one day end up badly burned by this "so called" online business, Vencano, don't say you weren't warned. I certainly hope it helps many people avoid losing their money and their purchased products to this place. Good luck!
