BUYER BEWARE -
The quality of the items you receive will be nothing like the photos, stitching is a mess, fabric is cheap.
Even worse, they will charge you upfront for ALL items you buy, then you wait roughly 2-3 weeks before they ship, and only then will you be notified that items you ordered are no longer in stock and if you want a refund you have 3 days to reply to the email they sent.

Whether you reply to that email or contact customer support... WHICH is a nightmare of its own to get through to anyone, once you request a refund they will ignore your requests and only give coupons that don't work. I contacted them for weeks asking for a refund and they only reply with here is a coupon.

I have now escalated this to Paypal for assistance

I loved so many items so I ordered several things but items are not as they are described. Camouflage Jeans are not jeans at all they are more like polyester slacks. Comfy but not attractive. A blouse listed and pictured as having lace inserts on sleeves is not lace at all. It was just printed fabric. I was satisfied with the 3 sweaters I purchased. I still look at the site and want to order but I'm afraid items wont be as described. I paid for expedited shipping which was not cheap and it took over a month. Getting help thru customer service is frustrating. I asked for my shipping back and they offered it back thru a credit but needless to say I'm afraid to order.

Beware! I'll say it again… it's been 2 months since I have a big purchase with them, but cancelled 5 days after because it was taking too long to just separate my items(and I had a time schedule for what I need them for). Since then, when I try to contact for my refund, its an automatic message, they keep sending me "proof of refund" that is an image that no bank recognizes, it says nothing about my bank account, and they say its all the financial team can send.
I have made very few reviews online, but this was so absurd and ridiculous, that I will be reviewing them in all websites and channels so no one goes through this! So… ITS A BIG FAT SCAM! I still haven't seen any refund, lost completely my money, patience, and stressed me out completely as well. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE! These people should go to jail for this! Hi, my sister and I were ordering bathing suits and talking on the phone. We got the bathing suits in the wrong sizes. But... fast forward 2 months and we both have charges on our credit cards for $#*!'s sporting goods and wss. Mine showed up 2 days ago, her's showed up today. Both of us have had our credit cards voided and had to order new ones.

Please check your bank and/or credit card invoices to make sure you don't have unauthorized charges that you didn't make. This is not a coincidence as we both ordered from Vencano at the same time and within days the unauthorized charges showed up.

I have paid they have taken it out of my account and it has been over almost 2 months and I still have not received my purchases had 4 different orders I received one and have not received the other three and when I called and let them know they are now telling me that they cannot do anything except give me a coupon or reimburse me for half of what I paid for these items because it's on this end that the issue is and I'm not getting anywhere with them and I have not received my items as over $200 that I've blown with this company I will never order from them again they are ridiculous and incompetent and their clothings are cheap I urge everyone to stay away I will never order anything from them again I am so frustrated and pissed off

Read the reviews on this place they are terrible when I finally received my dresses that I ordered there was one missing I have never received that dress or a refund for the dress I have been going back-and-forth with Vencano and their billing department they offered me a 5% refund on each dress I received if I kept the dresses I have yet to receive that refund or the refund on the dress I did not receive. Their dresses are very poor quality and don't look anything like the catalog photos you see on the Internet they are cheaply made and not worth the money.
One more thing I'd like to add is that I purchase through PayPal I had opened a claim then Vencano reached out to me to say they could not process the refund until I close the PayPal claim and guess what? I closed the stupid claim and they did not refund my money. Really bad business. I was so stupid to order clothing from then Vencano... and I urge you not to you might as well just take your money and light it on fire.

Horrible! I ordered from this company several months ago, paid for expedited shipping and still have not received my order. I went through their website, of which
You have to register for an account, to check the status of my order only to go through a maze of useless pages that give no real answers. I am pretty sure that the registration of an account is only to fill your inbox with spam and a cover up to try and steal personal information. This company is clearly not located in the US as the wording in the maze of pages uses improper grammar. Extremely unprofessional and only lends to the illegitimacy of this site. I have tried on several occasions to contact this company through several of their associated email addresses (*******@vencano.com, *******@outlook.com) to no avail. I have requested a refund.

This place is a complete scam! They take your money very quickly but then they dont ship your order because they say it's in replenishment! Then when you try to cancel your order they just keep trying to offer you money off your next order. This place is a ABSOLUTE JOKE!

Ordered last May (2020) and several other times. Items never received. Unable to get in touch with them. Tried to message customer service... it kicks me off the page. Scam!
