Items that are on clearance need to be clearly marked as such. It was my first shopping experience with you guys, and it felt like a breach of trust to discover after the fact that an item I thought was on sale was actually on clearance. I didn't know that until the item arrived. I went back to the item page to see if I simply missed a glaringly obvious notation, but saw nothing. When I contacted customer service for help, I was told "it's on the sizing chart". Kind of hidden, don't you think? It felt very deceptive and makes me wonder if you're even a trustworthy company. I am giving you guys another try, but I'm still hesitant, and obviously not happy with the result of my very first purchase.
Love the products. Wish larger sizes were available on products longer. Seems as though if you don't order large sizes as soon as a product is released, you miss out.
