I love everything you create even though I am a 55 year old grandma! I especially love the t-shirts, pins and stickers. I think I am too old for the purses and wallets but they are adorable as are so many of the clothes! You guys put new things out constantly and it's so much fun to shop and so easy! Fast shipping, items as described, I absolutely love both products, I've been looking all over for white foundation but the only ones I've found around my area made my face burn and red, I love the white foundation from vampirefreaks because it's true to color and doesn't burn my face when I have it on like my previous foundations I've tried from the stores in my area, I will be buying more soon.

Good customer service. My purchase was delayed in shipping due to a weather emergency and customer service reached out to me to let me know it was delayed and that if it didn't move soon they would replace the item.

I enjoyed the options on the website and ease to order through the shop pay app. I wish it was easier to know what size the tights i was ordering would be - the site has one size, quee, and plus size listed on the size chart but no where in the tights description did it say that it was one size fits all. It only said that on the packaging when it arrived.

10/10, i love the hoodie, its comfortable and warm without being to warm. Would have loved softer strings on the hood but the strings are long enough that the tougher thin material of it is not an issue. Was happy to see that it arrived safely and even a day early (the delivery email and text message was appreicated! And the extra additions added is very much loved. The packaging is also super cool!)

As with all orders I've placed with Vampire Freaks, my order arrived timely, wrapped well, and all accounted for. Love the products, especially the lip gloss and makeup, which are very high-quality, in my opinion. The makeup never breaks out my skin, as it is sensitive to most everything. Overall, a great shopping experience and awesome products every time I order. Hate to say it, but I'm addicted to VF!

I'm obsessed with all things VampireFreaks! I usually get my stuff from Spencer's but wanted to come direct to the source. My only issue with my purchase was that the leggings are SO small. I wear a medium/large usually, but here I think I'm going to be in a 2xl. Disconcerting, to say the least, but everything else I've loved.

The boots I ordered are exactly what I saw on the website. However, had to exchange for a bigger size. Customer Service was super friendly and had no issues with the exchange. Will keep shopping for more awesome items!

This is honestly my new favorite website to scroll through and shop for hours. They have all sorts of amazing clothing and accessories that are hard to find anywhere else. The items that I ordered came packed securely and not damaged. They even included a free sticker and bracelet! Items also shipped in a timely manner.

Email is very fast! I used to use their website where it was similar to a MYSPACE! I enjoyed products there, now just more gear to choose from! I got great customer service, shipping was fast! Just received my order! The stickers look great and for all four sets great price. Also got the quoth the raven tee love the texture i was worried i wouldn't because of sensory issues but its not a problem, i also love the way it sits on me i purposefully got it in larger size to help passing and it looks great! Shipping was expensive and took a while but thats manly because of distance and can't be helped everything was packaged nicely and nothing was damaged definitely recommend ordering from here.

I've loved a couple of pieces and a couple of others didn't work for me so I returned them. I have only good things to write about this company. Everyone is very pleasant and helpful.
