The website makes it very easy to shop. I didn't have any major issues with the order being delivered or receiving any emails on the item itself. It shipped out in the amount of time they stated it would take and despite the mail service having delays, the item still arrived on time.

It was my first time shopping with vampire freaks. The products were made south quality. They also threw in some cool extras! A pin, a pen, and some stickers. My kids were jealous lol
