I bought from a few online shops and shiped my parcels to USGoBuy and have since been amazed. My parcels were wonderfully consolidated wrapped and shipped in one piece to my home address, Botswana, Africa. USGoBuy comes across as just what the Doctor ordered. There constant communication and feedback is pure customer service 101. I highly recommend it.
Fancy website, but very expensive forwarding costs (more than double the value of my goods). Plus, they do not do any of the things they advertise - they don't re-pack to save you money and they don't reply promptly. I think the 'positive' reviews on this site may not be from real people. They are worded suspiciously like the responses I have received from their customer service team.
My package has been at USGOBUY since JANUARY and still hasn't been forwarded to me, or returned. Customer service is simply dreadful - the worst I have ever encountered anywhere. I have sent over 15 emails, with varying incoherent and moronic replies from their customer service team. Customer service refuse to refer me to a manager to resolve my issue. Beyond bad,,,,, don't waste your time or money dealing with USGOBUY.
I started to use them 2 years ago. In the first year no problems. After that it looks like they raising the shipping prizes and making mistakes. This is the time you need their service, but the service is so bad. Just a Chinese girl answer your email. I try to call the local number in the US, but no one picks up the phone. It becomes a big scam like many other Chines web shops.

My first experience with USGoBuy was pleasant. The free storage (free for 90 days then) and the helpful customer services were great. The package consolidation service and the coupon they gave really helped me save my money on shipping and made it a lot more affordable for me. I am currently using USGoBuy again and waiting for my next package to arrive at their warehouse. I really hope this second time will be as satisfying. (girlpower)
Had 3 packages sent by them so far. First 2 was good and packed my items compactly and the shipping was reasonable. Not sure what happened with the 3rd but they used a box that's way too big for my items, padded the dimensions even more and charged me almost twice what it should've cost! Half of the box was foam peanuts! I had to spend time and energy to measure and photograph everything to dispute the charge, and when asked if this is a regular occurrence, I was told to send them a note every time to ask them not to use too many peanuts! So their customers gotta remind them how to do their job right every single time now? Ridiculous! They did give me a full refund so I'll give them another chance but if this happens again I'm looking for another package forwarding company.
So far it has been a great experience using us go buy service. I just hope you could offer cheaper shipping rate. And at 1 time, I remember there is I package was not register in your system and was not send to me. I have check with the US postal service and it was delivered to your location. I hope this doesn't occur in my future shipping experience.
I've been using Usgobuy for around 3 years, and I've always had great service, no problems at all. When a package arrives, I get an email, and the forward service is always very super quick. All round a great service; I'd be so stuck without it.
My parcel no is U*******5052 and never get shipped till this day. This is the first time i use USGoBuy Forwarding Service. But the service far from great, i wonder why usgobuy want to ruined their reputation. Why make some people dissatisfied without explanation? And why make people like me to write in every site for negative review? Why not just send the shipment and make everybody happy, and you get the stars. Simple isn't it? This happens the actual shipping address is not matched with your PayPal address, you are reported by merchant, vendor or credit card account holder, etc At that time your parcel won’t be shipped until you are verified.

On Dec 2 I ordered a graphic card value $289 and was shipped to Usgobuy in the following 2 days.The latter sent me an email confirming receptionof my package and that it is in consolidation and it will take 48 hrs to process.No answers from them after 2 days and its only after 8 days that I received an email saying that my package has not arrived yet!. That type of email that you can't reply back! My package is still with the.It si a christmas gift for my son. I query them again and they reply saying that there is a winter storms in Port Land and delivery is delayed. I dont know who to believe and how to sort out this issue. Anybody can help please?
The email titled "your package has not arrived yet” may be sent to you because "the tracking number you upload does not match the actual one, we add the package to your account as another package." In this case please subject to the status of the package in your account.

Ive only dealt with them twice, the first time they over charged the postage by $18. Ive dealt with them again just to use my $18 credit, they told me the price a few days later they wanted more postage, how can a company that sends millions of parcels get my shipping so wrong both times.

After you make payment we will open, repack and consolidate your parcels for each shipment and ship your parcel in one business day. All the difference will be credited to your e-wallet in your account or you will be asked to make a second payment before we ship your parcels out.
Your original packaging of your parcel is not firm enough for international shipment, so we add some protective materials to your parcel protecting your items from any unnecessary damage. So your parcel becomes heavier and larger, there is extra shipping fee you need to complete.

Rates are fair and shipment is fast. Package consolidation is excellent and they take good care of the packaging. Only complaint is that they charge an estimate fee before consolidation that is higher than the final price, so you have to pay in advance for them to reimburse you later.
