No, it's a genuine service. I've used USGoBuy for three years for consolidating purchases made in the US. They have successfully sent me fourteen consolidated packages in that time, with the fifteenth currently awaiting dispatch. My only advice is to be sure to pre-notify your personal customer console within the website of tracking numbers for all purchases you make. This will ensure they are credited to your account.
